Yesterday I was logging in to COD to play a match or two since i haven't been online for a months only to find a ban message that said temporary ban on the game.
"Your appeal has been reviewed and we've confirmed with our security team that your account has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data**. As you were the account holder at the time of infraction, your ban will not be overturned."**
I have never used any hacks or changed any game data, I haven't even been online the past 3-4 months and I play on PlayStation so I don't even know how it's possible for me to hack on my PS5.
I am being penalized for something I didn’t do and I am unable to log on into my activision account to appeal to the ban. Is there another way I can get my account back because I’ve spent lots of money on that account.
