On 12/24/2024 at approximately 0800, I was permanently banned for an unknown reason from COD Black Ops 6. I played the several days in a row before with no notification of any wrong doing and there was no indication of a shadow ban or any type of disciplinary actions.
I have attempted to appeal the ban on Activision website but it will not let me start or complete the appeal process.
It will be gratefully appreciated if we can resolve this as soon as possible and advising me of what caused the ban on my account and that it is not repeated on my end if I am the one at fault.
