gp doctor and service
We have to always make at least 2 to 3 visit to the doctor inspite of having medicine from the first visit. This is really difficult and very unprofessional from your part. The patient holds a daman insurance and it is becoming financially burdening as each visit is after a week.
After meeting with GP, the GP doctor mentioned to go to the specialist IF YOU ARE NOT RECOVERING after this course of medicine. Now the call center is saying I have to book another visit to GP for no good joy and then to ENT.
What does this mean? The medicine is trial and error? Why can't the treatment be correctly done and avoid the duration of illness
The patient is unwell and we have to take to another hospital.
This is not the first time we are experiencing this.
Desired outcome: Professional service
Formal complaint regarding disrespectful treatment and excessive waiting time at ahalia hospital
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the disrespectful treatment and excessive waiting time I experienced during my visit to Ahalia Hospital on 16-06-2023. As a patient in need of urgent medical attention, I believe it is my right to receive prompt and respectful care, which unfortunately was not the case during my visit.
My name is Josuva Daniel Jeyaseelan, and I visited Ahalia Hospital on the aforementioned date. I arrived at the hospital at 6:30 PM with a high fever of 103°C, seeking medical assistance from the General Practitioner (GP) department. However, instead of receiving the necessary care and attention, I was subjected to disrespectful behavior and an unreasonably long waiting period.
First and foremost, I would like to highlight the disrespectful conduct of Sister Vidiya and Sister Aswini, who are working under Dr. Hasna on the second floor of the hospital. Throughout my interaction with them, they displayed a lack of empathy, professionalism, and courtesy. Their behavior towards me was dismissive, condescending, and utterly unacceptable. As a patient in distress, I expected to be treated with respect and compassion, but their attitude was degrading and left me feeling humiliated.
Moreover, despite my severe fever and deteriorating condition, I was made to wait for an astonishing duration of over three hours. This prolonged waiting time, especially given my critical state, is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for patient well-being. I believe that intentionally prolonging my wait, as it appeared, was an act of negligence and indifference to my urgent medical needs.
I understand that hospitals can be busy and that delays can occur. However, it is the responsibility of the hospital staff to prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition. With a high fever as alarming as 103°C, it is incomprehensible that I was forced to wait for such an extended period without any explanation or reassurance. This not only compromised my health but also subjected me to unnecessary physical and emotional distress.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I expect a thorough investigation into the conduct of Sister Vidiya, Sister Aswini, and any other staff members involved in my mistreatment. Appropriate disciplinary measures should be taken to ensure that patients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity at all times.
Furthermore, I request a sincere apology from Ahalia Hospital for the distressing experience I endured. It is essential for the hospital administration to acknowledge the seriousness of this issue and provide assurances that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
I believe in the importance of providing feedback to improve the quality of healthcare services. It is my hope that my complaint will lead to the necessary changes in staff behavior and patient care protocols at Ahalia Hospital.
I have attached relevant documentation for your reference, including my visit details, patient information, and contact details. I look forward to a prompt response from your side regarding the actions taken to address this complaint.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Josuva Daniel Jeyaseelan

Doctor
Date: Saturday 18th March 2023
Time: 4:00 PM
I Saw the Internal Medicine Department Doctor. Tamer Moustafa (Licence: GD24091) 3-4 Days before, I was referred to the department by Ahalia Hospital GP due to high sugar.
IM Doctor gave me medications and today I went for a follow up and to get referred to a dietitian. But the doctor was very rude and shouted at me even though I took a token and was next in line.
Maybe it was because I went for a follow up for which he may not be getting paid or his mood was not good. Either way, whatever maybe the reason, he should be professional while at work and treat any patient respectfully.
I know 1 complaint will not make any difference to the Ahalia Group or to the said Doctor.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response and an apology. Either way I won’t be going to Ahalia Hospital again. Thanks

Dentist
I had route canal with filling last week of July 2020. Now January 15, 2021 the filling was removed. I visited the dental department January 16, 2021 to rectify the issue. I talked to the staff there and they coordinated with someone uncharged via phone. I wasn't able to talk to the manager. Now when I went back to the clinic I was informed that the reason the filling was removed is that there was no cap. I don't know about the said cap or what not. Now I asked them why I was not told why the doc didn't do it. Now they will do the procedure again they are asking me to pay again. I already paid for the said services. If it was properly done in the first place then this could not happen. I should not be paying anything now if they will do the procedure again. It's not my fault that the filling was removed.
Thanks.
Desired outcome: I should not pay anything

Irresponsible hospital management and mainly receptionist
Yesterday (1/9/2020) I had contacted the receptionist and booked for an appointment and I got appointed for today ie; (2/9/2020). The patient who had gone through a eye surgery last week travelled a long distance to arrive to the hospital at this epidemic time for her checkups, was unable to see the doctor.
This was clearly irresponsible of the resciptionist and the managment, who fail to inform the absence of the doctor to us.
Am hoping for a clear enquiry and a responsible feedback from the hospital management.
For the validity and references of the complain am attaching pharmacy prescription
Thankyou.
al ahli driving center
Al ahli driving school the worst. They fail you every time as they need only money. It's impossible to get driving license there. Don't waste your time and money. They don't care at all. Just fail many times to get money. What u book exam u have to wait 3-4 weeks. Then they calling and again change your time in system. When u come be ready to pay again and take classes as it's their plan.
doctor
It is the first time in my entire life that i have come across a Doctor (Dr. Elsy) who is completely against medical ethics. In fact, until I went to the pharmacy I didn't know anything about my medical condition. She seems to be like a radio station, we can only listen to his stupid ideas and advises but cannot utter a single word on our health condition...
