During my recent travel from Mumbai airport, I encountered significant issues with the behavior of the check-in staff. They were consistently rude to all passengers traveling with Air Express. I kindly request that this matter be addressed.
In one instance, I experienced verbal abuse from a passenger associated with CIAF. Additionally, I was approached by Mr. Sahil, Omkar, and a woman wearing glasses, who demanded that I pay an additional 5,000 rupees without providing an invoice. This behavior was unacceptable, and the lady acted as if she owned Air Express. Total I paid 15000 for small mistake.
I felt a strong urge to confront them, but I restrained myself for the sake of my family. It is concerning to have such unprofessional staff representing the airline.
