Dear Sir/Madame,

I'm having difficulties with online payment for the tickets I'm trying to buy.

I've tried out VISA, Mastercard (debit card and credit card) yesterday (11.01) and today (12.01) but in the end I see that payment failed. Then I got the message "fraud detection". I can see that now it may look like a scheme, but I didn't get a chance to pay with my card for the first time.

I contacted your customer survice, message unreplied,

I've written to your messanger on Facebook, nothing.

Could you help me, please?

The case is urgent, as it is only one part of my whole itinerary.

Im from Poland and I'd like to buy tickets from Kochi to Abu Dhabi.

My booking in the Air India Express was from Mangalore to Dubai ticket number - TWKJII and later to London with different airline connection. During the check in of the Air India Express at Mangalore International Airport, I was denied the boarding pass in the last moment of the flight departure and reason was given that I don’t have the Dubai transit visa. Due to which I could not attend the important company meetings held at London and entire expenses of to and fro of my flight charges to London via Dubai is lost.

However, in the Air India Express it says as United Kingdom travellers or European Union with a minimum validity period of six months need not apply for the transit visa. Therefore my question here is, since I had a valid UK visa for six months, why was I denied boarding the flight at the last moment and created confusions by the Air India Express airline authorities at the Mangalore International airport. They also enquiring whether my next flight was in the night and when I said them that it just 2 hours layover to my next flight, they started creating another story telling that I should have six months duration of UK visa considering from the day of departure of the flight. How would anyone get a UK visa on the day of departure? I think they were making up a story so that I can push my booked tickets to another date for some reason.

When I called the customer support of Air India Express, I was not given any support rather the women responded very rudely. The airline has extremely unsupported staff.

The total expense of the flight is about 1165 £ (pounds) equivalent to 107,515.2 rupees.

Please consider this issue at the earliest and provide the total cost of my flight charges which I lost due to miscommunications by the flight authorities at the airport. Please take the required measures so that no passengers would be troubled so badly at the last moment of the flight departure.

I want to inform and complaint about the lack of ignorance and awareness of Air India Express counter/boarding staff in Kochi airport, She didn't informed seat no 14/A doesn't have enough leg space which I had paid AED 50/- for extra leg room exit space.

Inside the flight staff informed this flight seat no 14/A doesn't have leg space only available leg space in 15&16 row, unfortunately I had travelled with my knee/joint pain till end of my journey in seat no 14/A.

Air India express is a total fraud.They sold extra tickets and ultimately there was no availability of seats in the flight on 27/02/2022. I don't understand how they sold out the confirmed tickets if there was no seats available. Moreover there was no arrangements made for the passenger. Unfortunately I had to stay overnight at the airport only. Neither they confirmed next booking, nor any arrangements for food or hotel. Pathetic staffs with lot of attitude. Are they running an airline or local bus services. Highly recommended not to make any bookings with them.

Your cancellation policy of a 100% forfeiture of airfare if the travel is canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure, is harsh to passengers who are compelled to cancel their travels owing to COVID restrictions. This is particularly in the face of the fact that the RTPCR test results are invalid after 48 hours of the scheduled time of arrival at many destinations.

I had a booking for my daughter from Mangalore to Muscat today (7 Jan 2022) in IX - 817 (leaving Mangalore at 9-00 AM). The PNR Number is 6T58SW.
I did the RT-PCR on 5th Jan, and got the results on 6th Jan at about 5 PM. As the result was positive, I had to cancel her journey.

As I was compelled to cancel her travel only after receiving the RTPCR report, I lost the window of 24 hours and therefore the entire amount of RS. 53, 000 was forfeited.

As you can imagine, the compulsory change of travels plans owing to COVID issue is agonizing on its own, and the financial penalty imposed by your harsh and arbitrary refund rules adds to the agony of the passengers.

Under the circumstances, I would request you to kindly review your cancellation and refund policy, and allow at least a 12-hour window to cancel and obtain a partial refund, particularly if the travel is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the passenger (e.. g, owing to positive RTPCR test results).

As for my case (PNR 6T58SW), for one passenger, I would request your good self to kindly consider either of the following options:

a) Please issue me an open ticket for the booked sector (Mangalore to Muscat), for the passenger KAUSHIKI GUHA, which she can use to book your flight at a future date.

OR

b) Please issue me a refund, as the travel was cancelled on circumstances beyond my control.

I had booked a return ticket for me and my wife to travel from Kochi to Abu Dhabi. Ticket reference : ZSVPYY.
Date of travel was 7th June 2021. However, the flight was cancelled by Air India Express as UAE put a ban on flights arriving from India. Hence I have advised Air India Express on 30 May 2021, to cancel my booking and make a refund. Its been 4 months now and despite sending so many reminders, I am yet to receive the refund. Appreciate a resolution or the same

I have booked a ticket from air india express website on 3rd August 2021 and the amount showing in the ticket was Rs. 46963.77 and they have charged AED 2594.75 which is more than equivalent and around Rs. 52000, when i am checking with them they are not replying for my concern.

I done transaction online and using UAE Citi Bank credit card. And i checked with bank they told its completely Air india express who took money.

Due to cause of ICA approval, I could not board with my family from Delhi airport to Dubai.
ICA was not in-force on the 3rd of April 2021. Onward it came In-force. We came back home from the IGI (Delhi) airport.

Airline is giving airport/govt. taxes only. It is nothing.

I kindly let you know that Etihad airline is also giving another booking date as my friend was also travelling on the same date.

On date 11 March my son Divyansh Pandey was traveling from Sharjah to Varanasi. While reaching on Varanasi Airport his baggage arrived at very late and once I open my baggage at home found that my some items were missing from bag and lock also broken . This is first time I faced such issues

Itinerary YGWDGZ COK to DMM. refunded amount 9, 203.18/ — , still I didn't receive my refund money, please do the needful ASAP. I am totaly unhappy with response from Air India express that they failed to make or adjust refund to the credit card.
I have canceled my itinerary from kozhikode to abudhabi on 03/08/2019 with PNR LKDCKQ
on this I supposed to get UAE Dhs 377.88, untill now they not adjusted in spite of of sending couple of emails to both finance dpt&c.support, but no use.
Kindly address this issue at the earliest.

Hi Sir,

I booked the 3X flight tickets during beginning September and some uncertain condition i cancelled the tickets. The PNR numbers are below

until now the refund amount was not received, even i send 3 emails as per customer service advice to Finance @airindiaexpress.in, but the result is no one responding the mails.

I would like to raise complaint that there was no notification on flight delay from Trichy to Dubai IX 611 on 19-oct-2019. I haven't received either email or sms. I could have plan to reach airport according to new departure time. This is ridiculous service from air India express. If you look your past history most of time there is delay. Especially I had experience more with air lines. Even there was no update at airport website on departure.
Request to improve your services. Hope we will expect good service in future or to switch with other country would be good option since they are maintaining their ETD / ETA.

We travelled from Dubai to Mumbai this month and when we received our luggage from the belt it came cracked and completely broken from the corner. It's a Carlton London new suitcase and How irresponsible are your workers to not care. Worst airlines ever. We tried reaching out to someone at the airport and no body was even interested in listening. I even tried calling on the given complaint numbers. How is it that the airlines do not feel responsible for the services they are supposed to give. The suitcase was as costly as the tickets. We can't afford to keep getting broken stuffs from the belt just because your employees are rough. I need to get in touch with someone regarding same. My name is santhosh and I had booked ticket (PNR TQETMA) for my family of three person from Mangalore to Muscat dated 20th Aug, due to some reason I had to cancel the booked tickets on 23rd August ( Cancellation ticket attached). Air india express was suppose to refund my balance amount of Rs27000+ with in 10 working days and even after 33 days their is no refund from your end, due to which I have to bear the financial burden as I had booked tickets from my credit card. I am continuously calling up customer support & sending emails to your finance department there is response.

Who is going to take responsibility for financial burden due to delay in ticket refund and mental agony that v have to go each time to get our hard earned money.

Last night, I was doing air ticket booking via online portal with airindia Express. After the payment done using my credit card, the system was telling there is error, asking me to try booking again. At the same time, I got message from my bank that the transaction was successful. As checked with my bank, they say the transaction is pending with Airindia Express side. Please note the transaction authentication number 334619. Kindly reverse the payment back to my bank. Waiting for your action and also your prompt reply.
