As per my humble request & security persons request to Help desk officer to called Air India Express member/authorities to come and sort-out my issue but nobody took the pain & dare to came to meet me there, which shows negligence and irresponsibility of the airline staff members.
I repeatedly requested Airline staff to come through Help Desk officer, but all of my efforts went in vain, finally security officer agreed to send my parcel to L&F section as I begged for it & my flight time was also running out.
Now kindly grant me some time extension to receive my battery bank from Bangalore Airport or let me know any other alternative option if having.
