Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked an online ticket from Kochi to Dubai through Air India Express official sight and i had cancel the same ticket on 9th of August 2019.
As of now i haven't received any refund yet, so request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.

non delivery - inflight pre-booked meal
I had a reservation MCT-IXE-MCT; PNRWBBWUK; booking ID:NN2916241448524;
On my return flight on 20th august 2019, IXE-MCT, I was allotted seat no.15E.
While booking my tickets I made a meal booking but it was not served.
I did not raise a complaint during the flight since I got confused about whether the booking was done.
Is it common to express flights, It was really bad and I need to see what the action you propose in this regard.

I took ticket in IX350 on 2nd Aug 2019 from muscat international airport to kozhicode international airport time 2.45 am. They announced the flight may delay 9.40 am. That is around 7 hours. They didn't provide me accommodation and compensation.

This email is with regarding to the Delay of our Flights where we travelled on 27th June 2019. Attached is the actual initial flight ticket details for your glance.
It has been a very short Vacation trip to India for my Family and it's the first trip from Abu Dhabi Airport in my last 20 years of Travel from Country's like Maldives and UAE. During any short trip every hour and Day counts and due to the delay of flight from Abu Dhabi to Delhi, we lost the connection flight from Delhi to Chennai and so we lost and rebooked the Train Ticket from Tirupathi to Vizianagaram and the Darshan to LORD BALAJI at Tirupathi.
Even the Ground staff has offered us the Room and Food Facilities, we have lost our valuable time and below are the points I need to highlight for my claim.
• I made by booking from Clear trip on 19th June 2019 from my UAE Credit Card.
• Total Pax is 2 adults and 1 child
• As I travelled from Dubai to Abu dhabi with luggage's and Family I opted them to offer me alternative flights at Airport, but they mentioned that we cannot and for the connection flights as well I need to talk at Delhi airport if any seats available or not .
• They offered me room at Premier Inn in Abu Dhabi Airport with a scheduled estimated departure on 27th Afternoon.
• As we done the checked in for luggage's in the airport we reached with hand luggage on time but the flight keep delaying.
• After a delay of again some more time in Abu Dhabi airport we are given Boarding to the flight. The first Officer and the Captain mentioned that there is some delay in slot for the TAKE OFF and we need to wait another 20 minutes.
• The delay became more and the AC was kept off in the hot summer of UAE. We cannot breath freely and the children are suffocating. The passengers got very angry and were taking with the Crew Members and the First Officer and Captain CHANGED THE STATEMENT THAT INITIALLY WE HAVE SLOT PROBLEM AND NOE WE HAVE TECHNICAL FAULT AND WILL BE REPARED SOON. We are offered food again to calm the passengers.
• We were literally feeling Hot and Sweaty in the Flight after paying for our Comfort.
• We landed in Delhi and many passengers took the way to the Air India office for the connection flights. They were least bothered to listen and we need to beg for them to arrange the connection flight and they are not ready to refund any money at all. If they would have offered we have option for the flight to HYD and Chennai.
• After being behind them with my Family and Luggage they offered us room at a Worst small hotel where we need to carry our luggage to put IN and OUT of the taxi they booked with sweaty outside.
• They offered me the for the next day flight only from DELHI to CHENNAI and they don't want to keep the luggage at airport or Check-in my luggage where our Family need to carry ourselves.
We have opted to travel with Comfort but not with this type of scenario's where the Air Line is least bothered and they don't mind if we want to make a written complaint at Delhi Airport. I can assure that many of this delayed Passengers have gone through one of the worst service and to Compensate against the Hard Time my Family has good I am looking for a compensation.

The flight I was suppose to travel had a technical fault which the airline came to know about in the morning. All the passenger have been at the airport since 11 am. And there comes the news the flight has been delayed for 5 hours.! Seriously? The airline came to know about this problem in the morning and they let the customers know once they reach the airport! Is this the service air india offers? Is this the way they put the customers into trouble. Since they came to know about the technical fault they should have let the customers know that there will be a delay and they should let us know the time so that the passengers can either leave home later or check out the hotel delayed. Now this airlines put the all the ladies, seniors and other in problem due to this uncaring or irresponsible decision made by the flight operation team. Kindly get into this problem and make the necessary needs for the passengers waiting at the airport and also compensation for the suffered passengers because of the 5 hours delay.

I was travelling from Dubai to Pune with 5 other family members including two children. The flight interiors were in shambles. We all were in a state of shock on entering the flight. The kids started to cry as they felt very unsafe to fly in a flight where the windows were taped with a tape, seats broken, pathetic toilets. We could actually feel the springs on the seats.It was totally unsafe. I don't think it's fair on customers who are charged a lot of money for flight tickets only to put them to discomfort.

I have done a air ticket cancellation on 16th Dec, and have not received my amount yet in my account. This is so unacceptable service you are providing and only for this reason I will not choose this airline next time.My PNR ref No : VABICY. I called the Air India today and got to know the transaction has been processed and it will take another 2 more days to hit my account. I have not received the amount still after 1 month. This has been so frustrating for us as a customer with the kind of such a poor customer service. I will take up to the next level of action if i am not receiving the amount in 2-3 days of time.

Myself Dr Ranjit Pillai, I had very hard bad experience with your gate staff on my travel 17th October 2018 in the gate of flight IX 540 flight towards trivandrum ( 10pm). They are unnecessarily checking the hand baggage again on the gate and emptying many of my fellow passengers duty free purchased stuffs and I saw one the gate executives is tactically getting those things by threatening and manipulating the passengers saying heavy charges etc. I questioned this and I tried to pictures the gate gul who steals the stuff. Then it was a nightmare for me and I am kicked out. I made a complaint on Dubai police and left in another flight. I would like to make this as a strong complaint against the gate members at this time. I can remember those two persons face.

Because of her old age and Knee pain I have booked wheel chair by personally going in your Deira office and paying Aed. 200,
( this was another disaster, No body in your office answers phone, which is mentioned on web site and it took 2 hours for me to search address, which is wrong on web site),
On the travelling day, Flight has been rescheduled by 10 hours, which has not been informed to us by message or email which is completely unprofessional,
And on top of it, NOBODY HAS ATTEND HER WITH WHEEL CHAIR AT DUBAI AIRPORT. AND NO AIR HOSTESS ANSWERED HER PROPERLY ABOUT IT...

My name is Jeyanthi Mala and I accidentally booked a ticket from Singapore to Chennai (Booking Ref: RKLLRS) yesterday (26/8/2018 at approximately 8.00 am) when my final destination was Trichy. I realized my mistake a few minutes after the transaction was completed. I contacted the customer service hotline and was informed that there will be a penalty fee of SGD90.00 which I thought was unfair since it was a mistake. So request the matter to be escalated to a person who could make a decision and was informed that there were no such person. I should contact the office the following day should I wasn't to speak to an officer.
When I contacted the customer support on 27/8/2018, my call was handled by Srinath. He kept telling me that it is the penalty policy but was not able to clarify the reasoning for the policy. The travel date is 7/9/2018 and I realized my mistake and yet the penalty was not being able to be waived off. He informed me at first that I was to pay SGD90.00 and later, when the cancellation was authorized by me, he informs that another SGD 18 (hidden charge) will be charged. I am rather disappointed that Air India Express' senior staff member is unable to provide full and complete information before a transaction takes place.
During our discussion, he also threatened that if I do not cancel today, I will have to bear the total cost of the ticket. Is this how Air India Express handles its customers. This is poor form.
I am truly disappointer that I have to pay the penalty fee, the web service fee and most all having to deal with an employee who did not have the authority to deal with my concern.

I had booked a ticket OVJFUM in Air India express from Sharjah to Trivandrum and Unfortunately I supposed to cancel the ticket and I done it. I got an message as cancellation fee is nearly 375 AED which is nearly 50% of my ticket fare. This is really unfair.
As per your policy the cancellation charge is, fixed penalty of INR 2200/- or its equivalent in local currency + Transaction/Convenience Fee - If the cancellation is made 7 Days or more prior to the scheduled departure of flight.
I have cancelled it before 40 days, so the penalty fee should be around 120 AED per booking (2200 INR). Then how come it's more than 350 AED? I never saw any other airlines charge nearly 50% of fare for cancellation even its not a offer ticket, or cancelled during 24 hours of journey.
Past 1 week i was struggling to get a solution from your customer support (i emailed to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in) but they still sending me an automated emails rather than listening my issue and solve this. I was also asking them to call my number to solve this matter instantly but no one responded so far. I was feeling like speak with a machine/robot every time i emailed them.
As a NRI, i felt ashamed of your airlines service which is managed by a Indian government itself.
I really wanted you to give me a solution urgently or this could be my and my families last journey in Air India express.

on behalf of my wife anju sharma ( PNR # URFCWL) travelling from DXB to ATQ with IX192 on 5/08/2018 along with my 3 year kid, who are forced to suffer in dubai airport for more than 7 hours as on the time of departure they were notified that flight IX192 is delay by 07 hours 10 minutes.

This is regarding the flight from Delhi to abu dhabi flight no : IX-115 dated 12-feb-2018, 20:50 from Delhi.
I was late to board the flight by just 5-minutes that is 15-minis before departure due to some personal issues.
But the stuff over the gate while boarding was so rude with me that I cant expect anyone else in my life such, The person one of them was about to unload my baggage and asking me to walk back and book next flight whatever.

worst crew members
I was travelling from Madurai to Singapore with my Wife and three kids(Twin infants and toddler). The crew was just watching us, they dont even offered basic help. Me and my wife were struggling to keep the hand luggage inside the cabin. One of the crew member just came and opened the cabin and said"Sir you can keep the luggage here" and left. Luckily one of the passenger after watching all this helped us to keep our luggage inside the cabin. Such a worst experience with Air india express. I dont understand why they have such a helpless and inhumane crew members. After reaching Singapore as well while getting down we really struggled a lot without any help. There crew is good for nothing.

I would like to bring to your kind attention the following incident:
My Mother, mrs.Mumtaz Basha, a senior citizen, Aged 80, who had booked her flight on 06 Feb 2016 as following:
Air India Express Flt.No…… Trz- Dxb Departing 1 am
Fly Dubai Flt.No. Dxb – Mct Departing 07.50 am
She had the following documents:
1) Flight Tickets for both sectors
2) Copy of Valid visa ( Family Joining visa for two years (2 ))
3) My Passport copy
4) My credit card copy along with authorization letter
She came to Trichy airport around 9.30 pm and showed the documents in order to obtain boarding pass.
The Air India express staff denied her a boarding pass and also said that her she cannot travel because of the following reasons:
1) She is 80 years old.
2) She is traveling alone.
3) She does not have a return ticket.
4) She does not have a visa for UAE.
5) There is problem between Air India express and Flydubai and there could be INR.100, 000/- fine for Air india Express if she is allowed to travel.
She trained to explain him the best that I will be meeting her in Dubai Airport and take her along to Muscat.
The staff was rude and told her to leave the airport immediately. Another staff joined him and even pushed and manhandled my aged mother out of the airport and told her to go back home.
My aged mother, 80 years of age, was sent out of the airport and standing alone outside airport at 12 am Midnight of 06 Feb 2016 Saturday .
I was I dubai to meet her in the dubai airport and take her to Muscat along with me. When I called her whether everything was ok, I was devastated to know the situation and spoke to one staff, tried to convince him with facts, but he told me that she cannot travel and she has to go back home.
After failing to convince him, I called my friend rush to the airport and check the well being of my mother. He went to the airport immediately and saw that my aged mother was made to stand outside the airport in the cold night .
He tried to speak to the staff and I was also connected by phone and I also spoke to the staff, but he was not willing to listen and refused to take her inside the airport.
After so much of tension and torture, my friend had to take my mother home around 2 am.
After this manhandling incident and denial of entry and travel, my mother’s health became worse because of this trauma and still under shock.
We are praying for her recovery and good health in these tough times.
I would like to ask the following questions to the Air India Express Staff :
1) Where in the law says that a 80 year old person cannot travel alone?
2) Where in the law says that the transit passenger should have a visa in the transit country ?
3) Where in the law says that the passenger who is travelling on a family joining residence visa for 2 years should have a return ticket?
4) Where in the law says that a passenger should suffer if there are issues between two airlines?

Every one I like to inform every one and also like to raise a complain all the passenger who travel By AIR INDIA EXPRESS, I had a bad experience when I was traveling From Mangalore to Doha With My wife and my child, the staff are so rude and lot of harassments from staff till the security in the Mangalore Air Port, trying to open all the baggage’s creating problems to the passengers unnecessarily without any strong reasons, its has been noticed that the new ways to make money is that for access baggage weight where they have Set the electronic weigh machine is to 5kgs More then the normal, usually we weigh our baggage’s from our manual weigh machine, which may have some error, considering this and taking this point in mind we reduce our things much more then the luggage allowance to avoid the charge of access luggage, but still every one find the weight more then what they expect, so the Air Port make a good profit of this charging Rs. 475/- per kg, and next thing is that after boarding the flight they don’t provide any kind of food or a glass water for hours after the take up where we find and face tuff time due to the flight is at 7Am and we had to report to the Airport at 5Am without having a proper breakfast, mean while I would like to tell you that I had booked my flight at 8 Am and at last movement I was lucky enough to know that have called me and informed me the flight time has changed to7 Am or else it would be another problem that i may miss the flight, later one board the seats of the flight is such a bad condition that we cannot even lean back, , traveling for hours its normal that passengers may need some entertainment for getting bored, but in this flight they take another advantage of the passenger to make money that is the drop down the TV screen with a movie which is of their own choice and each TV provided for 2 passengers where it cant even watched properly with fading effect on it, and try to sell the headphones to hear the Audio of the movie, and this headphones are waste after they use in in the aircraft because its not useful for any audio equipment, later on the food supplied is not even worth for animals to eat, such kind of food are supplied for passengers, were I noticed everything is returned back to dustbin when gathering back, After that comes liquors for selling like whisky wine bear etc to make again some bossiness in the board, The Airlines are taking advantage as there are no other international flights from Mangalore where the passengers are helpless and forced to take a direct flight from Mangalore. This flights does not have any accurate timings and can change their timings at anytime, more over flights also can cancel any movement and even refund not available so we can take any other flight to avoid delay even though the fault and delay is from their side. earlier I have noticed there were 2 flights in a week and now its 1 flight for a week witch is not reliable, the timings are very early morning which is makes in convince to all passengers who are traveling, The Air India Express is not bothered of giving a good service but trying to make Money and take advantage of the passengers who are helpless, and they say the flights are going in loss may be this is th reason they try to recover their loss in this kind of business, even though they don’t have any feelings of Air crash took place recently, and passengers traveling in this are flying with risk, comparing to this I really appreciate Emirates Airlines which I use to fly from Bangalore to Doha, Via Dubai, but I do enjoy the good service, I had 8Kgs of access baggage were I was not charged any this extra for this due to the kindness of the airlines, the baggage allowance was 30Kg and the Hand bag allowance was 7kgs, and the cabin crew I found were polite too, the food was excellent, and they had provide a free TV to each seat in front of the passengers with a control box hanging were we can select movie, songs and games to kind along with a free head phones, there was also a night lamp where we can use it for our convenience, tea coffee are provide to everyone on request any time when they needed it, they also provide toys, color pencil blankets to kids and children with some special gifts which makes children happy to enjoy the journey, it was said Emirates Airline gets Award every year for the best service and performance, but just I had taken a chance in the Indian Express that to avoid traveling to Bangalore to take this fight, that was a mistake I had made and faced this problem, or else traveling to Bangalore is not so tuff as there are more then 400 luxury super delux AC buss Pvt and Govt, every day too and fro, where we don’t even find tired after a sleep in the sleeper coach and next morning reaching to Bangalore, Airport busses are available from the buss stop which makes passengers convenient, and the New Bangalore International Airport is excellent comparing to Mangalore Airport, so I request and co-operate all who have gone thorough this problems and also join hands to teach them a lesson, that the Airlines are for the service of People and its not that the People are here to give them business and take advantages of them, And stop to put an end to this Monkey Business.

One of the worst airlines flight airindia express. We (2 kids, me and my wife) travelled from tiruchirapalli to Singapore they haven't allowed 500grams extra weight. I thought to support lose making airline and booked. But peoples are very rude worst behavior especially that so called airindia Manager who standing around biasing counter.
This airline never come up in another 100 year even. Stupid company and workers like other government service

baggage lost at air india express airlines checkin counter
While check-ing in at the Air India Express check-ing counter at Terminal 2, Row 3 on Feb 10, 2012 I forgot a small polythene pack containing some important docs and a toy. However at the time of final security check-in before boarding I remembered the same and asked the airport staff to contact the airline official at the counter to keep it safely so that I can pick it up from their office on my return to Singapore. When I returned and went to their office later they could not find the baggage and also did not have any clue as to who was at the duty that day and where could the package be. On inquiring again and again on phone no progress has been made. It is quite strange that the concerned staff is not at all bothered to put some effort to locate it.
We were planned and then we all 180 were deplanned . No AC no water in the flight nothing . No clear communication . After having in the ight for so many time I der technical maintenance flight was not taken up . We were on vacation and all 200 people have stuck up at airport without another and any further solution

poor performance
On Behalf of people of Cochin & working in Abu Dhabi.
We are nearly 24 people working in Abu Dhabi on 1month work /1 month leave rotation cycle. We use to travel 6 times a year. We used to book Air India Express since it is our national carried. Now I find most of us are boycotting Air India Express. There are many reasons for it, such as cancellation of flight, Clubbing, strike of pilots, pilot errors, Condition of flight, far hike etc…. One good example is the price of a ticket from Auh to Cok form Jan 2nd to 6th 2012. Air India Express is DHs. 850/- .Comparing to other flights it is 660/, 670/700 740.Dont know why. So we are forced to book for other flights. This is a common practice to most of destination I India. People are neglecting Air India Express.
I humbly request the authorities to review this matter seriously and see the prices are standardized and all related mentioned issues are reviewed and action taken,

Every one I like to inform every one and also like to raise a complain all the passenger who travel By AIR INDIA EXPRESS, I had a bad experience when I was traveling From Mangalore to Doha With My wife and my child, the staff are so rude and lot of harassments from staff till the security in the Mangalore Air Port, trying to open all the baggage’s creating problems to the passengers unnecessarily without any strong reasons, its has been noticed that the new ways to make money is that for access baggage weight where they have Set the electronic weigh machine is to 5kgs More then the normal, usually we weigh our baggage’s from our manual weigh machine, which may have some error, considering this and taking this point in mind we reduce our things much more then the luggage allowance to avoid the charge of access luggage, but still every one find the weight more then what they expect, so the Air Port make a good profit of this charging Rs. 475/- per kg, and next thing is that after boarding the flight they don’t provide any kind of food or a glass water for hours after the take up where we find and face tuff time due to the flight is at 7Am and we had to report to the Airport at 5Am without having a proper breakfast, mean while I would like to tell you that I had booked my flight at 8 Am and at last movement I was lucky enough to know that have called me and informed me the flight time has changed to7 Am or else it would be another problem that i may miss the flight, later one board the seats of the flight is such a bad condition that we cannot even lean back, , traveling for hours its normal that passengers may need some entertainment for getting bored, but in this flight they take another advantage of the passenger to make money that is the drop down the TV screen with a movie which is of their own choice and each TV provided for 2 passengers where it cant even watched properly with fading effect on it, and try to sell the headphones to hear the Audio of the movie, and this headphones are waste after they use in in the aircraft because its not useful for any audio equipment, later on the food supplied is not even worth for animals to eat, such kind of food are supplied for passengers, were I noticed everything is returned back to dustbin when gathering back, After that comes liquors for selling like whisky wine bear etc to make again some bossiness in the board, The Airlines are taking advantage as there are no other international flights from Mangalore where the passengers are helpless and forced to take a direct flight from Mangalore. This flights does not have any accurate timings and can change their timings at anytime, more over flights also can cancel any movement and even refund not available so we can take any other flight to avoid delay even though the fault and delay is from their side. earlier I have noticed there were 2 flights in a week and now its 1 flight for a week witch is not reliable, the timings are very early morning which is makes in convince to all passengers who are traveling, The Air India Express is not bothered of giving a good service but trying to make Money and take advantage of the passengers who are helpless, and they say the flights are going in loss may be this is th reason they try to recover their loss in this kind of business, even though they don’t have any feelings of Air crash took place recently, and passengers traveling in this are flying with risk, comparing to this I really appreciate Emirates Airlines which I use to fly from Bangalore to Doha, Via Dubai, but I do enjoy the good service, I had 8Kgs of access baggage were I was not charged any this extra for this due to the kindness of the airlines, the baggage allowance was 30Kg and the Hand bag allowance was 7kgs, and the cabin crew I found were polite too, the food was excellent, and they had provide a free TV to each seat in front of the passengers with a control box hanging were we can select movie, songs and games to kind along with a free head phones, there was also a night lamp where we can use it for our convenience, tea coffee are provide to everyone on request any time when they needed it, they also provide toys, color pencil blankets to kids and children with some special gifts which makes children happy to enjoy the journey, it was said Emirates Airline gets Award every year for the best service and performance, but just I had taken a chance in the Indian Express that to avoid traveling to Bangalore to take this fight, that was a mistake I had made and faced this problem, or else traveling to Bangalore is not so tuff as there are more then 400 luxury super delux AC buss Pvt and Govt, every day too and fro, where we don’t even find tired after a sleep in the sleeper coach and next morning reaching to Bangalore, Airport busses are available from the buss stop which makes passengers convenient, and the New Bangalore International Airport is excellent comparing to Mangalore Airport, so I request and cooperate all who have gone thorough this problems and also join hands to teach them a lesson, that the Airlines are for the service of People and its not that the People are here to give them business and take advantages of them, And stop to put an end to this Monkey Business.
