With a mountain of hopes to all the indians, Air india Express, said to be a budget airline, launched ! They announced inaugural fares very much attractive ! All indians in UAE felt that though they are not offering any inflight services free of cost, at the same time, they are not charging anything for that !
Soon after this, they started showing their real color ! their rates are par with other IATA carrier some time more than that ! Just because of budget carrier, no in flight service, at the same time cost of ticket is more than IATA Carrier.
All nationals who love india should boycot AIR INDIA EXPRESS.

Brand new bag cracked used for the forst time and the air india express says they will give us just 25 aed … if there is brand tag they would think of a something ridiculous! No facilities provided , no pillow for a pregnant lady upon that damaged my bag and giving us breakfast money of 25 aed
I have booked Air india express twice on 14th and 15th jan, where the airlines cancelled the tickets both the times. and nobody is talking about refund. i had to go through a lot, be it my work or the sufferage of time.

Mid size American tourister hard luggage, grey color, wheel missing.
I was on flight from CCU to BLR flight no: I5554 on Oct 7th, 2023 with PNR: IV64SY
The suitcase has been hardly used and it got damaged due to the gross negligence.
