AK Management review: Refund 156

a bunch of con artist, they phone me after i did a google search for a loan, they did not inform me that they were brokers... but sure made me broke! £89.00, i complained no response, i asked for copies the telephone conversations they had with me under the freedom of information act as they did not tell me they would be taking this money, only that if i gave my bank details it would not be taken if i never went ahead. i was an complete idiot to listen to the con artists. steer clear of these total ### heads!

i have tried to send e-mails, but no contact, no answer, £89 taken from my account with a promise from one of your collecgues that no money would be taken, this was done two days after your colleague rang me and i advised her that i did NOT want any loan. I have advised my bank who are investigating it and the FSA.

I do not recall having a conversation with these people and i did not give them my permission to take the funds of £89 out of my account as i needed that amount to cover the rest of my rent. Today 89 pounds was taken from our account, which was money to get me to hospital, just finished cancr treatment and 3 weeks ago, due to cancer treatments, fell and fractured my humerus, as shattered had to be replaced, , in tears and distress, we had never heard of them, ws my partner cardd Arthur Woodcock, that they without permission, have cocontacted my MP who is part of an all party group looking into these companies mand also Financial Ombudsman, who again are aware of AK Management, they have blocked our phone no, as now when we try to phone them, cut us off . Is it possible for the refund of 89 pound that's bein taken from my account as i never heard of this company..any help

i had 89 pound taken from my account from which i complained then they took it again i received a letter to say that i was getting a refund and o ive my bank details i rang up and told them m bank had been closed they said they would send a cheque STILL WAITING i have got a solisiter sorting it out for my as am on benefits

Same happened to me they told me no money would be taken till I got myself loan, never got a loan and they took £89 off me and would like a refund m moore

Hello I have just been on the phone to my bank to find out these people have toke 89 from my account I am not even aware of who they are I was told by my bank that I am entitled to a refund and they would keep 5 pf my money being a single mum of two on benefits this is alot of money to me and I was told by the company itself they dont do refunds which is beyond a joke how do they axpect to live of what they have left in my account with two kids to provide for

Im on tryin to get a refund myself, have you rang them and sent them emails to admin@a-kmanagement.co.uk and wrote to these people in writing, the address i have used is compliance manager akmanagement uk ltd, 1st floor, st james house, northbridge road, berkhamsted, hp 4 1ef, i hope this is to some sort of help for you.

Hi everyone, I have been scammed by this company. They have taken £89.00 from my account they did not find me a suitable loan and I was contacted by a company who stole £500. I emailed AK Management and they are refusing to refund my money. I am going to take this further. They have also blocked my email address can anyone give me any advice on what to do?
I cant let them get away with this, this company is a scam.

Anyone has tried with the bank a "backcharge"? What is your experiences? According FCA regulations unauthorized debits must be refunded by bank immediately, hopefully with a heavy fee for the payment processor used by AK Management.

I also had a debit of GBP 89.- not authorized and contacted their friendly customer sevice department. They offered and iniciated immediately a refund, no problems. Very professional and efficient company. Before trying a lenghty backcharge procedure contact them directly. Their customer service is there to help.

Checked my bank, and £89 has been taken out by Ak management don't know why never even applied for a loan, so how they have got my details is beyond me, I have reported this to my bank, this transaction was still pending but they couldn't do anything about it, so now I am waiting to see where we go from here, scariest thing is how have they got my details from, keep you informed of developments

Hi all they took £89 from me I didn't even apply to them for a loan! My bank, Natwest said there is nothing they can do for me, and told me to write to the company and ask for my money back, sent recorded delivery, and report them to the fsa!

never even applied for a loan with this company yet they took 89 pound out my account when I only had 100 pound left to live on and pay bills. spoke to the banks fraud team and got a full refund but this company is absolute ### taking money off people that have very little. NEED TO BE STOPPED!
