same thing happend to me i got put onto a loan carnt log into it have text loan place like requested to approve loan have got nothing back ive also attempted to contact them by e mail and it said there was a fault on site it said so many thousand has tryed to get in contact with this site too so i also feel ripped off id like my money back too as im only in part time work and need every penny. d watson

you are fast enough to take all our money, without us knowing, so WHY are we still waiting on our refund, You are not meant to take money unless we take a loan, it seems NOT ONE of us have, good way to get rich on other folk

i too feel i have been scamed the agent on the phone assured me that no money would leave my account until i had been accepted 4 a loan and money was recieved into my bank i have been told i can have a refund take away 5 for their admin but i now have to wait its such a joke to get a straight answer from them im very unhappy obviously i was in need of money in the first place and then 79.00 taken out my 4 children benefit has left me really short can any1 tell me how long i will be left waiting please miss m l asbury...

has any1 had there money returned? i have no contacted my bank and they are taking action against them as i have now being trying to call them and the phones are being diverted and my emails to them are coming back as failed due to server unrecognised so seems they have scamed us all i would get on to your bank i am getting my funds back in 5-7 days through visa disbute, this will be the first and last time i ever give my card details again and aslo stop this company from your bank from taking anymore payments, hope this helps anyone who has to fell for this company

I have heard nothing at all from AK Management, they don't even have have the decency to contact anyone and exp[lain why this has happened to every one, but how many more are there, it took me 2 hours to find this site, i and to cancel my card and instruct my bank never to give AK Management money again, this whole thing has left me in turmoil, on benefits and struggling to make up payments for basic bills

what is the point in this site if no one ever reply s to us with an answer?

i have just been in touch with the payments team option 3 when calling and im on the refund list and my money will be back into my account on the 27th of feb i had to give my card details again and after about 5 fone calls im now on the list so i wait and see if i get it returned and will let u all no i never had to write in they first asked 4 an email which i did then i had an email back saying i could get a refund and had to call to start the process off they then took my card details and it got sent to compliance team and now im getting mine returned xxx hope this helps x

my partner was taken in by these people last week but she decided not to take the loan
but lo and behold the mnoey disappeaed from her account today, now i am just putting the feelers out now as this company basically does not care who it tramples on or what it does they think they are above the law, they are relying on the fact that as individuals we will not/cannot take this any further, however if alot of people were to come together to take this company on there are several ways in which we could really hurt them nothing illegal all through the proper channels.I am just wondering if anyone else

me to, going to try phoning to see if i can get it back, but what they do is wrong and they need to be stopped, and more people made aware of how they work

Hi everyone, I also have just been scammed by them and had £79 taken from my account which has made me overdrawn. I am having this investigated as we speak. I have also seen online that they are definately a scam, wish I had know that before.

just phoned them yet again to go from 1st in cue to 6th, and keep getting sent back to main menu to star all over again, good way of getting even more money from folk that cant afford it

just sent them an email, and going to try yet again to phone, really sick to death of this company, its a bloody joke that likes to pray on folk needing a bit of help

just asking about a small loan was told money need up front told not to go ahead, now the sum of 379.00 is from banknow i cant pay my bill which means my phone and board band will be cut off, i only work part time and the money i get i have to live off and pay my bills, my bank as told me thatthey can not do any thing about this, i really need that money paid back in to my bank, am really not happy about this they should of double checked with me

same happened to me its a discrace waited 6 month for refund but still none i also was told was on waiting list to get it back in bank but it never happened when ringing u either dont get threw or when u do get threw ya get passed around, so still no further forward im going to take them to court as think its discusting i too was on benefits n ended up with bank charges 2c and my phone bill will be sky high off ringing them becvause they dont reply to emails anne

ive just rated them as terrible and put on facebook to warn people

sent a letter to them as well, sent it special delivery, cost me £5, but wanted to make sure they couldn't say they didn't get it, even sent them a reply envelope with a stamp on it, as yet no reply, can you imagine the interest that they are scamming of people like us

hi again everyone i said i would let you no how it goes with my refund well i finally had it refunded last week after been given 4 different dates that it would credit my account then finally i had it returned i just kept calling them and them finally returned my money hope you all get the same outcome x

i h ad £79 taken from my bank account i never even heard of this ak management until money came out and the bank told me who took it phoned them and they said i had to put it all in an e-mail i have done this havent heard from them as yet i really want my money back i am the only wage earnner i need to buy food im so upset

i also did not give this company permission to debt £79.99 of my card i dont even no how or were they got my card details but i am very unhappy about this and contacting the police if the funds are not put back in to my account within the hour and then im going to my solicitorand am seeking legal advice about sueing this company because i am a parent to 5 children and am living on benefits at the moment due to my children being so young and needing my full time care and under no circumstances would i have giving permission for that amount of money to debted from my account because i just could not afford it

I would like to say that you people are an absolute disgrace. I spoke to AK Management on Tuesday 29th June who advised me that I would be guaranteed a loan for £4000, I then get the email from you, what good is a payday loan for £750 when I asked for £4000. They have also taken £79 from my back account two days after I spoke to them without my permission when they assured me that this would not be taken without my express permission after I got the loan I was looking for, I have basically paid £79 for an email with unsuitable loan options. I am absolutely disgusted that I have been lied to and extorted out of £79. I have written to the FSA and the FO to complain about AK Management and Money essentials.

i cant believe these people ! i have been crying all morning last week i thought they had stopped my pension credit, as money didnt appear on my balance when i went to withydraw. WHAT I NEED TO LIVE ON .when they asked for my details i questioned them why they needed it and they told me no paymrents come out till we accept a loan. i naturally thought it was for the direct debit details how vunerable am i cant wait till monday .will get police c.a.b politicians you name it not just for me, m but any other poor person that has been affected by this . we phone up these companies because we are in need of help. i have not accepted any loan thinking i was being careful.HOW dare you AK how do you peop[le sleep at night
