I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the handling of my refund request, which has been pending for an unacceptable two months. Despite my relentless follow-ups and even lodging a formal complaint with the Dubai Economic Department, I have been met with nothing but lies and empty promises.

This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is utterly unacceptable. I demand immediate action to resolve this matter and expedite the processing of my refund without further delay.

Furthermore, I expect a full explanation for the delay and assurances that such negligence will not be repeated in the future. Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to explore legal avenues to seek restitution for the inconvenience and stress caused.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.

Al Futtaim Group Complaint regarding significant delay in car repair service (dxb bb 75254)

I am reaching out to formally raise a complaint regarding the prolonged delay in repairing my vehicle (Plate No. DXB BB 75254 - Urban Cruiser 2025 Model) at your Al Wahda, Sharjah branch.

The vehicle was submitted for body repair following an accident, with the insurance claim approved on 09th September 2024. At the time, I was assured that the required part (car bumper) would be ordered promptly. However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past three months, the part is still unavailable, leaving the repair incomplete.

I kindly request your immediate attention to the following:

A detailed update on the status of the required part and a clear timeline for completing the repair.
Measures to prevent such delays in the future.

I am conducting daily follow-ups with the Al Futtaim representative, and during the last call on 21-Nov-2024, I received the same response: "No material delivery confirmation from the supplier, and we cannot provide an exact delivery date." Please advise on the next steps.

Ask them for immediate progress on the specific part and a deadline when the entire project is expected to be finalized. Al Futtaim Group Formal complaint regarding persistent and hazardous issues with ram truck

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the persistent and serious issues I have experienced with my RAM truck since its purchase. These issues have not only caused significant inconvenience but have also posed a grave safety risk to my family and me. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution, the responses from RAM have been inadequate and dismissive, further exacerbating the situation.

Initial Issues and Response: A couple of days after purchasing the RAM truck, we began experiencing electronic malfunctions, including automatic gear shifting and sudden display shutdowns. These issues occurred while driving, which raised immediate safety concerns. Despite reporting these problems, RAM dismissed them as minor and refused to replace the vehicle, stating that such issues were common.

Breakdown Incident: Approximately a few months after the purchase, the truck suddenly stopped at a traffic light during peak summer hours. This was an extremely hazardous situation, especially with my daughter in the vehicle and the heavy traffic conditions. RAM’s response to the incident was delayed, and the recovery process was poorly managed, leaving us stranded in scorching heat for over an hour.

Subsequent Issues: During a trip to Saudi Arabia, despite pre-travel servicing, the truck broke down again due to an engine belt failure. We were left stranded for several hours, and despite repeated attempts to contact RAM for assistance, the support provided was inadequate. The truck has then been at the RAM service center for 45 days. Initially, I was promised that the vehicle would be parked in shaded areas, but it was left in an open yard, exposed to extreme temperatures. The parts required for repair have still not been procured, prolonging the inconvenience and causing undue financial and emotional strain on my family.

Current Situation: After the truck was returned following a one-month repair process, we were assured that all issues had been resolved. However, just one month later, the vehicle broke down again without warning, with the brakes, steering, and battery failing simultaneously. My family and I were once again stranded on the road, narrowly avoiding a potentially fatal accident. The truck was towed back to the service center, where it has now been kept for an additional week. Despite claims that the vehicle has been serviced, I have lost all trust in its reliability and safety.

I request an immediate action on this matter. My family’s safety is at risk, and I cannot, in good conscience, continue to use this vehicle. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution, including potential replacement of the vehicle or an alternative solution that guarantees our safety and compensates for the numerous hardships we have endured.

Al Futtaim Group Head Light Assembly Toyota Land Cruiser O55770

I had my vehicle given in Dubai Festival City nearby Marsai service station when my car was run 79K kms and it was under warranty and had head light malfunction. they told me it needs replacement and we have temporarily fixed it and during the next service we will take care of it. I got the message of malfunction again and had given the vehicle for service in Sharjah Al Wahda Street and i am being charged AED 6361 for this. What kind of atrocity is this that i am being charged for a component now as they could not replace the part under warranty due to non availability of the part,

At marasi service station Raghav was the service advisor and in al wahda i just spoke to Farook who is the service advisor.

Is this the way the customers are duped for making money.

My vehicle is still in Al Wahda and would like to have an reply from the top management. I also work for a government company and would request a fair decision.

Al Futtaim Group Service

I have bought a car a year ago from Al Futtaim.

I have been coming with the AC issue 4 times already, including last month, exactly a month before the service time.

Now i came for service with broken AC again, the again took my car for a week.

After multiple calls and requests for a manager just today (6 days after) i received a call saying that my car is waiting all this time for me and AC not being done because there are no parts.

All these days I was waiting for my car, wasting a looot of money on taxi and no one informed me that i should collect my car.

But the most important they had audacity to try to charge me for the AC issue, even tho im under warranty.

The manager even did not say sorry,and was pretty disrespectful.

this is the worst service possible.

Al Futtaim Group Carplay

I just bought a new toyota corolla and i have a problem with my CarPlay that’s not connecting with iPhone 14 pro and they aren't trying to solve it for me and it always give me that sign of type c and x on it that is not working i went to the service and i called them alot nothing change so please its a new car and i really need to use the CarPlay for the maps and when i tried to connect iPhone 11 on my car i found that its connect directly so maybe the system needs update and last time when i called the service they told me that they send to japan and waiting their replay

Al Futtaim Group Toyota Land Cruiser DXB Q 79969

A chassis alignment check I carried out of my car, Land Cruiser, Reg No DXB Q 79969, as per the request of a prospective buyer, revealed very surprising results. The copy is enclosed for reference.

Now, when I look back, the complaint raised by me during the first and subsequent servicing is highly prudent and very relevant.

I had noticed the vibration of the front portion and steering and side pulling of my car in the beginning and this was officially reported and recorded during the 10,000 km service. I highlighted and showed the service engineer abnormal high wear and tear of the front wheels within 10,000 km. This was confirmed by them during the test drive. My claim was rejected by Al Futtaim who said that the car was perfect and the tire abnormality wear could be because the car was not driven for almost a month in summer when I had gone on vacation soon after the purchase of my car. They advised me to change all the tires at my cost which I was not ready for.

Though I reported the same issue whenever I visited al Futtaim for service, they never took it so seriously. I made them understand that it was not due to the tire because the same issues persisted even after I changed all the tires at 55000 km and 11000km. The service team was finally convinced of the issues, but they could not ascertain the reason nor did they take any ownership.

I am a normal driver who goes at a very nominal speed and takes care of my car very well. I have never gone off-road or in deserts. Once one car came hit from behind and the damage repair was again done at Al Futtaim.

When I see the alignment readings of the chassis now, I am convinced that the reason for the vibration and shake is due to chassis misalignment. This is a serious issue and I feel that I have been cheated by the manufacturer and the service team at Al Futtaim.

All my servicing so far was done at al Futtaim under warranty, normal or extended. The history is available to you. I would like to know the reason why the issue was not detected by the Al Futtaim service team which otherwise was done by a normal B-grade garage. I want to know the reason immediately how and why it happened and how to mitigate the issue.

Al Futtaim Group Car

Al Futtaim Group Toyota CHR

I own a 2021 CHR, which my daughter uses for her daily commute. The car has been behaving erratic and frequently refuses to start / move with multiple error messages - including EPB, Hybrid system and Braking override malfunctions.

My daughter has been stranded on a few occasions already

The problem has been reported thrice already to Al Futtaim - first time the battery jump start guy came and declared there was nothing wrong with the car. Subsequently the car was taken to Al Futtaim on a recovery truck and returned with claims of “we have thoroughly checked and serviced the car - there is nothing wrong”. The problem continues…..

Al Futtaim Group new car purshased with system issues. vin.

Assalamaleikum, i bought my vehicle recently from al futtaim toyota highlander 2023 vin 5tdlb3ch5ps588365.. It was on 10-08-2023. After few days, i realized that there is a system issue. I observed that map language is in both languages (part in english and other part in arabic) while the language setup in system in english. It is showing on car screen and also the voice guiding the route is stating in english and arabic at the end. I spoke to the sale person who told me to contact service center. I booked appointment on 18-08-2023, they investigated and took video recor and photos. I was informed to wait for update. Next day, they called me for appointment on 23-08-2023 for inspection they said by the technician in charge. Then they told same thing to go and wait for update to resolve my issue. Since that time, i am not getting any update and my issues is still not resolved. I am contacted several times to the sale person but no action his taken till now. Contact of the technician who inspected my car in badiah service center is +[protected]. And the sale +[protected]

Al Futtaim Group Sales professionalism / sheikh Zayed Rd

I have made a booking for Toyota Land Cruiser 3 weeks ago and made a 1000aed booking fee . Received a confirmation by email with an attachment detailing specs and also prices for various modules . Surprised that increased the price two times in 2 weeks ignoring the price the price was communicated verbally and also on writing by the sales representative.

This due to the fact that are possibly shortage of vehicles and sales team desire to optimise benefits and which is unethical & unprofessional approach from sales individuals representing veterans agent for Toyota such as Alfuttiam.

Al Futtaim Group Unbilled invoices

We have a problem with Alfuttaim Dubai as our company [Redacted] and we have two order numbers from Alfuttaim Group with the following numbers we had now more than 6 months after delivery trying to send them invoices but with no luck as we received this orders over mail and they need us to send our invoices over the SAP Ariba system but they can't establish a trade relation till now for more than 6 months, so appreciate your support to solve this issue or accept our invoices over email to close this issue

Al Futtaim Group Toyota land cruiser

Dear all,

I went to the showroom Al badia today after calling the show room manager Faizal , 2/9/2023

Unfortunately very impolite and bad behavior from the Toyota representative, Faizal in turn threatened to call police after i objected his bad behavior ,

Vehicles lcd display on the car is popping out from 2 yrs and it become a nuisance recently . It’s a faulty item from a third party and many customers have replaced till now .

Desired outcome: I want the warehouse manager Faizal to say sorry to me for his Mia behavior and sort my car issue urgently .

Al Futtaim Group Your workshop in Musaffah area Abu Dhabi

This is the 3rd service I do at this center and all I hear is lies. Before they used to be better and since then all is bad.. Customer service is bad... Supervisors keep ignoring your whatsapp messages... 3 days maintenance and car is not ready although they promise u.. You go to the car to find it left alone in the corner with no one working om it but all other cars are dealt with other staff members. You ask why and they tell u someone lost his mobile at home and they will come to work on it this afternoon etc. Previous 2x occasions the same... Keep coming on the day and time they sau and car not ready so take a taxi again.. One time I had to go to dubai by taxi because of those lies... Why do we have to waste our time and money on a company like you who push customers away... I will make sure to tell all people about your service as it is not fair.. They are drinking coffee in the company and we are stuck on the roads between abu dhabi and dubai just because we believe what they say... Shame on you really... As a respected company you should not allow your staff to lie like that...Instead of 3 days foraintenace say 4 say 5 but do not keep bringing customers over to tell them come back later and when they come again you say tomorrow etc.

Desired outcome: Nothing ...just finish my car and I will never buy from you again...will make sure all my friends and colleagues will no do so too. I had it 3 times now and I had enough. I will never renew my contract with u or buy any of your cars.

Very bad service at Abu Dhabi Mussaffah workshop. Their aim is to charge you out of your contract. Lie to you about what is going on. Regular maintenance takes 3 days although they promise to give on the same day.. you go asking for your car to find it in the corner with no one working on it...ask for reasons...other lies you hear ... you pay taxi fairs more than the actual maintenance will cost. They do not answer your questions or whatsapp messages or calls. Better deal with other company my dear ..trust me ...they used to be good .. but for the last 3 maintenance visits I score them 0 for professionalism and honesty.

Al Futtaim Group Al futtaim body workshop - umm ramool

My vehicle Z-55705 Toyota Raize met with an accident on 06-06-2023, the mistake was not mine. I submitted the police report and related documents at Al Futtaim Umm Ramool Office on 08th or 09th. After that, nobody called me and the representative Mr. Waseem was not answering neither my calls nor I got a call back. Later on, upon contacting the Insurance company they told us to get the car to the workshop on July 7th, that means after one month. Again I was not getting any proper response from Al Futtaim workshop nor my calls were answered. On 13th July they informed me that the insurance is still not approved. Why your representatives are not informing the customers in case of such delays from the insurance Company? I spoke to the insurance company to get the approval, and get it done on the same day. Again I received the car with the same condition, not repaired, on 25th July saying that the parts are not available. How can such a big company can do such irresponsible deal with their customers? I took rent a car for these 18 days. If they have to give me the car in the same condition they could have do this on the same day of approval of insurance, and they better know the availability of Parts. They promised after getting the parts only 2 days it will take for the repair. Now Yesterday I got the call for the parts availability and I gave the car today morning. But Now they are asking for one more week for the repair works.. Never thought Toyota will give such a bad service.

I had bought a Maserati watch with invoice number 2014/w019/28772. Store code 008. Burjuman dubai Uae

I had bought this watch on 03/08/2023

I had requested the person on the counter to make the watch small which he did for me I took the watch and went home I did not get a chance to open the box and wear it till the 08/08/23

When I opened the box I found to piece to be scratched on the dial if the watch

I went to the shop immediately and informed. Mr. Raul of the shop that I have received a damaged piece to which he flatly refused as he is unable to do anything since it is five days after purchase

I told him I did not get the chance to open it you cannot expect me to go home and open it right away but he said nothing cannot be done as his brand manager has refused to do anything for it

Desired outcome: I would like the watch to be replaced immediately

Al Futtaim Group alfuttaim car service

Dear AL futtaim

Iam raising a complaint against my car service which was given on 21-July-23 at DIP branch for minor service & noise complaint from front left tyre. so customer agent called me back on same day that service is done but there is some bush issue which they have to replace after that noise will go away, so he told me either take car or leave once he receive quotation from supplier, since then iam calling him & sending messages but no reply only last friday he told he still not get any reply from supplier anyhow he will get on monday means today but today after 10 days i message him then i got a surprise that he is on leave & no clue for my car everyone there has to check & come back to me.

iam really surprised how these guys are working & why they do not communicate with customers & all customers are in black.

please i want really fast action to be taken against them & want my car to get back to me as soon as possible.

in april 2023 i went to toyta showroom in ajman to search for a reliable car however sales man help me to find my car and he toldmme before i book the car it will take max 4 weeks for delivery and dont worry we are toyta...etc now been i month after i book the car and arranging myself for delivery he said no the car not coming this month alot of customers asking for the same car i cannot do anything now 3 things i need to highlight

1-its not my concen if everyone asking for the car u need to update me daily regarding my car status this called customer service which they really miss

2-when you promise a customs with dates you need to fulfill no one is teenager's here i dont need fake promises.

3 - they really say whatever they want to.say to customers and i don't know whom to complaint please need your assistance to whom shall i talk .

I would like to file a complaint regarding my request for refund. I requested it since April 25, 2023 unfortunately, until now the refund didnt receive yet.

Could you please update me regarding the refund? As I have been waiting enough.

I never thought that the refund will take more than a month to process it. I was promised by the agent that it will take 2-3 weeks only. I have been sending reminders also, calling the customer service, but until I havent receive any response.
