I am the interested party on the renters insurance policies that my tenants hold with all state. We had just changed out po box so I was calling in to change that with the 7 tenants that have policies with you. [protected] was the first and only account number that he changed for me. At the beginning of the call I stated that I had several tenants I had to do this for. After the first one he stated that he needed to ask before doing more. I waited he came back and said no the policy holder would have to. Our company is the interested party on the policies and it only makes sense if we change or move that we can update the address. None of the policy holders info or covereage or even the name of the interested party LLC were to change. I have been doing this the last few days and even the other companies like geico had no problem. I told him this is very important because if something happens where we need to receive correspondence it will not get to us. He said he couldn't do it. Confused I asked to speak with a supervisor, thinking he was confused on what exactly I was asking (which was exactly what he had done for the above listed acct # and I verified name address and everything), He stated NO!. I would really like to have someone contact me so I can get this all settled. I understand how people get confused but that was uncalled for. my email is [protected]@aulder.com my phone number is [protected]. Again my companys name is MB Apartments LLC. Thank you so much with this, I am just looking to get this finished so the records are correct. If via email is easier I can do that too and provide all details.
Desired outcome: To get the address updated so we will receive correspondance
