Amazon Unable to get into my account

Aug. 8, 2023 my TV and computer service went down. I spent a lot of time trying to get into Amazon, but there is no way to speak to a human being. They kept trying to send me a code on my phone, but it does not come through. I have received messages on my phone that someone in California is trying to change my phone #. I am not near Ca. and the IP is not my computer. I was able to get my TVs working via Prime for awhile but not the computers, which the woman said she wasn't trained to do. I finally contacted the router service and he reset my passwords and got that working for awhile. However, I cannot get into my Amazon account and am going in circles because I can't get human help and the phone code is not working. Now my Prime Fire stick only works if I put in the password every time I turn the TV on. Both of these issues are unacceptable and I am not receiving the services I pay for.

Desired outcome: Fix the problem. Have a human contact available and provide actual service.

An Amazon driver was delivering a package and pulled into a very tight and space restricted area in front of our garage. The driver moved the Amazon truck back and forth until it was facing the way to the street.

In moving the Amazon truck back and forth, the truck backed into arborvitae landscape trees and knocked them down pulling up the roots and also damaged grass of the lawn in the landscape area.

The driver left our property without stopping to report the damage they had caused.

We have Ring videos of the Amazon truck entering and leaving our property.

Desired outcome: Prompt payment for property restoration.

Amazon Account locked for no reason

Amazon has locked my account after years of doing business with them. I called customer service answered all security questions. My account still locked with gift card balance on it. I have called the company multiple times and have been hung up on. There is no way/email to contact the company. I beleave Amazon is perpartrating a Fraud against me. There is no way except a phone call to contact the company. They are buffering customers from contacting the company. They are not resolving my problem. They are keeping my funds.

Desired outcome: The Amazon company is made to take responsibility for their outdated system .My Amazon account is opened up. I am credited for their poor customer service

Hi, I have done business with Amazon for years. Today my account was locked OUT for no reason .I tried multiple times contact Amazon. I answered all security questions. My account is still locked with gift card balance. The customer service is not cooperating and hanging up on me. There is NO Email to contact Amazon. I beleave Amazon is running a Scam and keeping me locked out of my account. I have filed complaints with every GOV agency I can!. The Amazon company needs to comply with FCC and internet laws.

Amazon Account lock

I have done business with Amazon for years. Today my account was locked by Amazon .I called the company multiple times. I answered all security questions .My account is still locked out. I have a balance on this account. I called Amazon complaint department and was hung up on. I feel Amazon is trying to Defraud me. Amazon security protical is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. I beleave Amazon is attempting illegal acts against me .I want this issue investigated. Thank you Alan Conlon

Amazon A refund for an item i didn't receive

I placed an order (order number: #[protected]) with Amazon on 10/07/23 but never received the item, I got on to Amazon about this, and they promised a full refund and I received a follow-up email to say they refunded me with a gift card but the gift card or the money is nowhere to be found I did asked Amazon for assistance with this problem but got nowhere

Amazon Services paid for and not receiving.

I had a account with them for years and paid the prime yearly fee. I also brought a Firestick used thru the company which is now useless. I also have a kindle that is used for my kindle account thru amazon that they have removed access to that I pay a monthly fee for. They canceled my account with no reason. They have gift registries that friends and family can donate to and they are keeping those donations and not returning to the receiver or the donor. If you use the donated funds to try buy something they cancel the account and keep the money. They will not give a reason or which rules that you have broke. There are thousands of us that are just waiting to find a attorney to do a class action lawsuit against them. They are deceiving consumers about the services that you can get and when buying items that require a account with them then they cancel your account.

Desired outcome: i want access to my firestick and my kindle account back.

Amazon Rude customer service

I was speaking to an agent named Rabuzo who was assisting me with why Amazon.com couldn't ship a Kindle to South Africa. He then got another consultant in called Yas (?) who I found incredibly rude and unhelpful. I've been buying for the past 20 years from Amazon.com and shipping to South Africa but he basically told me I'm lying, that Amazon.com will never ship to South Africa and that I need to purchase from Amazon Saudi Arabia. He then summarily closed and cleared the chat and blocked the ability to provide feedback. All I want is a simple answer as to why I can't purchase an Amazon Kindle from Amazon? But now this experience has left me incredibly frustrated and with a sour taste in my mouth.

Desired outcome: A simple apology and explanation would suffice.

Amazon Electric bike

I purchased and received and electric bike in february 2023, the hydraulic brake broke a few months later. I contacted the seller in about june and started the return process request. They sent me a disc brake to relace the hydraulic one. I don't know how or want to do that. I want to return the bike for credit. I contacted amazon during this time and for several months have been getting the run around from the seller and amazon. Amazon filed an a to z claim then denied it because they sided with the seller. I feel like i am being frauded i ordered a bile with a hydraulic brake system and now am being told to put a disc brake on instead. Seems lilke a defective product.

Desired outcome: I would like to return product and get a full refund.

Amazon This is regarding the Oneplus Nord CE 3 Phone i ordered.

Placed an order with exchange of old phone on 8th of August. Delivery timeline was between 10-14 August. Until 14 August the product was not delivered, hence started connecting customer care service.

1) August 14, 2023 - Connected to customer care. Representative assures that the product will be delivered by EOD. Tried reaching to delivery agent, phone was disconnected. Status updated to delivery attempted (didn't even reach the home to deliver as I was available to receive the product).

2) August 15, 2023 - Connected to customer care. Representative assures that the product will be delivered by 16th August.

3) August 16, 2023 - Connected to customer care. Representative assures that the product will be delivered by 17th August.

4) August 17, 2023 - Connected to customer care. Representative assures that the product will be delivered by next day as the agent was again unable to deliver. Again marked status as Delivery attempted (Same as before).

5) August 18, 2023 - Connected to customer care. Representative reschedule the delivery for 19th August without consent. Again assures to wait and the delivery wil be executed.

6) August 19, 2023 - Scene 1 - Connected to customer care. Representative assures that action will be taken and will try to deliver at earliest. However post this call fusther explained in scene 2.

Scene 2 - Delivery Agent reaches the door at 10:00 PM, he says that the exchange cannot be processed today as the window is not popping up to enter verification ID. I connected again with customer care, they weren't able to provide resolution and arrogantly says, instead pay the difference amount and accept the product without exchange. Post this call when I requested to escalate the issue to senior authorities, they disconnected the call after putting the call on hold for more than an hour.

Disappointed and frustrated as I have spend almost more than 10+ hrs following up cumulatively. This is a prepaid order.

Need assistance.

Desired outcome: I would like to recieve compensation for the suffering and losses i incurred because of Amazon's irresponsibility. Would atleast need minimum discount of the same difference amount the executive asked to pay to accept the product.

Amazon Login issues

Amazon has got the worst customer service. I called in because I was directed by the website because All of a sudden I can't log in to my account. Waited for a long time. When someone finally picked up the phone and put me on hold while figuring out what was going on and left me hanging. Called back nothing better. He pretty much just tells me he can't help. Not enough information in his system. I asked to be transferred to someone who can. He told me he can't transfer me and to call again. And insisted I call Verizon because the OTP on my account is not working. And it's Verizon's problem and I added Apple too because they are my email provider. These people have 0 customer service. These people need to be fired or you need to train them. Because it is not fair. We are giving you a lot of money for your products and services. You ought to employ people that knows the important of good customer service. Meanwhile, I don't have a solution(s) to my account login problem.

Hello Amazon.

Please see the email I had previously sent to Amazon regarding an item of poor quality I had purchased from them. Clearly, I seem to be getting no where with this with the people at Amazon. What I would like from you now is details of the payment that was made for the purchase of the item listed below. It could have been paid for from credits I had in my account, from Christmas gifts I had been given in the form of credit gift cards, of charged directly from my credit card provider. I have checked my credit card statements, but the are a number of costs that were lumped together. Please identify the daye on which that purchase was made. Then I can ask my credit card provider for a 'back charge' because I don't get ant responce from people at Amazon.

Reference the above mentioned order. I have already asked for a refund and returned the item through your "YODEL' postage system on the 4th July 2023. ( copy Yodel receipt of postage attached below) Yet I have had no information regarding the payment of my refund on that inferior item I bought from you.

I had contacted you through your website, but the problem with that is that I have no record of that correspondence, so this time I am contacting you through an email from my personal email account.

I know you are going to say that it was 'GO_OUTDOORS' that should be refunding me my money. The problem I have with that is that I bought the item from Amazon.co.uk.

I have checked all my credit card transactions, and at no time did I make any payment to Go_Outdoors. The only payment I have made for the purchase of this item was to Amazon. That makes Amazon the retailer.

If Amazon allow other people to sell items on their wed site, they have a moral responsibility to ensure that the people they allow are honest, responsible traders. In this issue, even if I agreed that Go_Outdoors, are the retailer, Amazon have not provided me with any information regarding how I would get my refund. How would Go_Outdoors refund my credit card when I haven't bought anything from them, using my credit card?

I look forward to getting my refund from Amazon in the very near future, as you are the retailed that took my money for the item.

I have a copy of the Yodel receipt for the returning of the item should you need to see it, but the was an issue in loading it onto this document

Amazon Don't buy amazon gift card

I bought $800 worth of Amazon gift cards.

Three said already claimed. Amazon said had to take back to store. Store said they only activate.

The manager called Amazon, was told they were claimed already but NOT by my email... someone else?

While at store bought $300 more. The manager activated and peeled off strip and one of those already claimed. I've lost $300 in Amazon gift card and they won't credit it back to my account, they won't take ownership for their cards and I'm out $300. 😭😭😭😭

Amazon Smell training kit

I received a Smell Training Kit on 8-16-23 that I did not order. Earlier this year I did purchase a Smell Kit, and am still using it and will not purchse a new one. On 8-17 I received a email from Amazon stating " We're sorry The Smell Kit is no longer available and your subscription has been cancelled. On 8-15-23 a charged to my credit for $37.05. Please credit my for the $37.05 and tell me how to return the unwanted kit.

Please mark my account to never send me a product that I did not order.

Desired outcome: I do not want the product and wnt the charge removed from my credit card.
