Amazon simply refuses to help, I have ordered thousands of dollars in products without a hitch, one day a friend asks me I order a 199$ gift card for him I had 400$ in my gift card balance I havent used. Amazon puts my account on hold to verify the 199$ order. I send every document they requested like 100 times, they keep answering the same things like robots, they keep asking that I request to my bank to call them to verify. Wich is simply ridiculous, the bank doesnt call a retailer, the retailer calls the bank. The bank doesnt do that, so they simply refuse to help me. The only logical explanation is I have 400$ in my account and they wanna steal it, god knows how many ppl is suffering the same fate and how many millions of $ amazon is stealing from people, not only that they get treated like criminals or ignored by the nazis called account specialists. Wich only answer by fax so the cowards dont recieve all the hate they deserve/

totally true, they get every legal hole to STEAL ur money, in my case i did buy a product 50$ on gift card and rest via credit card, well they said that the credit card is unautohorized ( totally false) and they decide on their own to ban my account, ( with 50$ on my benefit and totally legal as that was purchased a week before), what an evil company they are. ill never buy another giftcard there period

I purchased a motorcycle through amazon shipping, but when the package never arrived i contacted amazon about the incident they managed to weasel their way out of claiming responsibility. I even sent them the emails with their name on the header line and proof of the 2000 dollars in amazon gift cards sent to amazon email address. Any other company takes fault and had departments preventing these criminal acts.

They also stole from me and blocked me from the claims and all communications. They deny my reviews and comments about it.
I ordered a coat, it arrived without a piece and it was not teh material they promissed, they accepted the refund, I sent it back and denied they ever received it and Amazon is refusing to help. When I googled the company I found out it`s full of fraud info.
I went to google streets, found the adress and found out the place is "To let", I called the real-state agents and got confirmation that the adress I sent it to is empty. Amazon "solved" the issue by blocking communication with me.

I ordered 3 books from Amazon back in November 2019. Every time I went to their site to check on the orders their message said my orders were on the way but running late. Then when the Covid thing started happening their site says shipments may be delayed because of that too. The track my package option was grayed out so I couldn't track my packages either. When I finally go tired of waiting I went to their customer "chat" and "chatted" with Leon who said there was nothing I could do at this point because they only give you one month to sort this stuff out after you have placed an order. Why the heck then did they keep saying my orders were on the way but running late? I know $67 and some change doesn't seem like much to a company like Amazon but to me it shows the lack integrity. They could have at least offered store credit or something to make up for THEIR mistake.

Dealing with an Amazon/Amazon Synchrony nightmare right now, received food with toxic bird poo inside, missing items from damaged shipping, open items in boxes etc. We now can't see an accurate balance on our Synchrony account, the app is bugging out and looks hacked or bugged out, same with the Amazon app itself. Shipping speeds changing, orders changing and it's unmanageable. The Synchrony website won't let us log in, it's showing our old phone numbers. We have to call every time we try to log in to check our account. They told us it's taking time updating so they can't see the old numbers on their end. The 2 factor authentication locked us out earlier this year because of that problem, many wasted hours talking to customer service about this! We made a payment of 1k the beginning of this month then another 213.00 a few days later to cover everything, they say items were charged now they say they weren't. Calls are dropped, we are bounced around from department to department. Fraud all around, or just plain confusion? I had to keep increasing my credit limit to cover the orders. We were out out toilet paper and had to make new orders because the older ones didn't ship promptly.

same I put 500$ in gift cards in and now their like contact us but they give me no way to contact them and when I go on a different account and use costumer service they keep leaving half way through the conversation. this happened 3 times in a row.

I worked hard for more than a month, desperately needing gift cards because I was basically homeless and unable to get a job because my ID had been stolen. So surveys seemed like a Godsend. I could earn gift cards and get the things I really needed. I foolishly chose Amazon gift cards as rewards because I knew they had all the things I needed the most, such as a cell phone, and clothes. But after I earned 3 gift cards from iPoll and opened an Amazon account, and they accepted my gift cards that I earned over weeks of constant work - Amazon stole them and blocked my account. This is just evil. I am old and have no money, and homeless, and they stole my earnings. My survey job was all I had, and now I have absolutely nothing.

Amazon has stolen my money I have had nothing but panic attacks and I feel totally violated last week I broke my phone and couldn't remember my password to my old account so I had made a new one I purchased some champion clothes for my kids I got a portable washing machine a new compound bow and also purchase a two hundred dollar gift card all of a sudden my account is closed it's temporarily on hold and via chat via call via anything can't get a single person to help me keep giving me excuses I can't submit the information they want because it keeps saying unexpected error so I emailed the CEO because I'm not going to let them just keep my money and get away with it they can't even tell me why it was closed and I'm asking for a refund and they won't do that even though it's on the same card help help I'm a single mom I worked very hard for that money I'm just in tears about this

I've been jobless for a month and when I got 88 dollars of my first paycheck Amazon immediately stole 66 dollars of it and refuse to help, claim they can't find the order number. I haven't ordered anything in literal months. Bank says if Amazon says its my charge then it doesn't matter what I do and obviously Amazon has proven isn't going to be honest or helpful. They also charged me for 3 months of Amazon prime after I cancelled and only repaid 2 of the charges after many attempts to contact them. Absolute garbage company, there's a reason I stopped ordering here.

my account at Amazon was locked for no apparent reason. The customer service person I was dealing with told me he could see no cause but when he tried to help me resolve the issue my account got reset up as if it was brand new . Same info and everything as it already was This caused my gift card balance of 86.42 to disappear . I have called now several times to get the matter resolved and each time I promised it will be yet now over a week or more nothing has been done .. what can I do to get this matter resolved.

Only the Charging Station ( Offer for buying the Playstation 5 console ) arrived, nothing else. The GTA 5 arrived a week before from that same order. I ordered the Playstation 5 console, but their picture was of the charging Dock, not the Playstation 5, the order made it sound like the playstation arrived. I am not getting anywhere, when I send messages, nothing seems to be coming back, nothing promising. Whenever I try to go to my order, I always get sent to a Big Sorry with a picture of a dog where they can't find that page. The picture is what shows, it was the offer for buying the playstation 5.

You can clearly see what happens when I try to review the Console, the trick is to say it was delivered, of course the Charging Dock showed up, it was delivered, the illusion is the Console came with it. So, it cost $660.47 for the GTA 5 Game & the Charging Dock.

I don't have the shipping package, I had so many parcels that day and it got lost with all the other package wraps.How is it I can't review the Playstation Console on your site? I was expecting the Console later, nothing, but your site shows a picture of the Charging Dock and not what I ordered, the Playstation 5 Console. I go to review the Console, I get nothing, it doesn't exist. Surely you can see something isn't right with this? You must've seen in my last email, the person I chattered with stated they didn't have any Playstation Console, meaning they took the money knowing that.

It would be nice to put this disc in something, since it cost me so far $660.47 for the GTA V & the Charging Dock. The Charging Dock was for buying the console as a add in, the picture is the Charging Dock, when it should've been the console as the order picture. I'm getting nowhere about the console, I can't find anything on the console at all, like it doesn't exist.

This is discouraging and stressful, I showed the picture of what was delivered from your site, it does not show a picture of the Console, it shows the Charging Dock being delivered. I did not receive the Console, but what was on the ordered picture arrived. I sent a picture of what was received, I can't get anywhere, I get run arounds, it just seems very hopeless. I would like to know how you can't see what was delivered, what was sent, what was in the mail, what was picked up. I sent a photo of what I received by me, that is all I can do.

I have no choice but to take it as a loss, I'm getting nowhere.

Stay away from Attshop, they'll just send you a gift with the product. the picture will only be the picture of the gift, not the product you pay for. I lost over $600.00 & all you'll get is the runaround from them & Amazon. The gift is the picture, when it arrives, it will say delivered & the illusion is what you actually paid for will be considered delivered. I ordered a game in the same order, with a $30.00 gift cost $660.47, making them nothing but thieves. I phoned Amazon, but they wanted a picture, I explained I had a lot of orders come in the same time, so my little package was lost with all the other waste packages, figuring the main order would just arrive a little late, it never arrived. I took a picture of the game & the gift, sent it, still no response after their message of asking for a picture & explanation of concern. I chatted with them, & the 2nd person I chatted with said they didn't sell the product I ordered, there I said you knew that & yet still took the money. As i've stated before, they're just THIEVES.

Amazon is a horrible experience there customer service is awful they are very rude and they straight out stole 40 dollars out of my account and were laughing about it they refuse to help me refund me or send me my order I’m going to post it all over every social media platform I have all the documents as proof this website is run by criminals and should be shut down

Amazon just stole my $100 gift card and closed my account. They constantly are giving me the run around and intentionally found an "issue" with my attached payment method (they said they needed to verify the card, I sent them proof of ownership, picture of my license etc). Now they're asking for proof of ownership of the gift card, which I also sent. They are literally stealing my money and I won't tolerate it I will be taking action shsjnst them

They also stole my $150 gift card, purchased at a retailer and uploaded into my account. Upon uploading they tagged it as suspicious activity and shut down my account. That was April 1, 2023 and since then I have spoken to several customer service reps, management, corporate office and even the customer service escalation team to no avail. I've been hung up on by several customer service reps, or been told they have no authority to restore my account and refund my money, or even credit my account. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of my purchase with receipt and the physical card. They just kept asking me to give them the credit card that was used as proof of tender, even though cash was the tender used. Apparently they cannot read the receipt that clearly states this. Well here we are at the end of January 2024, and I still have no access to my account or my $150. They are thieves and a class action lawsuit needs to be filed against them. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMAZON.COM!
