On the 31st July2019 I made a layby of a rose gold ring at American Swiss mafikeng crossing.
I went to the store today to cancel the layby. I am disappointed regarding the service I received from the store. The ladies in store refused to assist me, they stated that they are not allowed to cancel the layby and I must wait for the 6 months layby period to end. They also stated that they don't have any money in store therefore I cannot be reimbursed.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if I can be refunded as soon as possible.
