My name is Ayanda Sauerman. I am greatly disappointed with the service I have received from American Swiss in Water crest. I took my chain to be cut into 2 pieces, one piece was to be an ancle bracelet and the other a neck lace. when the 2 pieces came back it was discovered that the ancle bracelet do not fit me, it was small. I asked the Sne, who was assisting me the store manager, how was she going to know what is the size because I did not remember her measuring me, She advised that she forgot and apologised and it was sent back, at that moment she used a piece of wool to measure my leg, the wool its stretchy anyone with a common sense would know that. when the ancle bracelet came back the 2nd time, it was so tight that it could snap any moment, and She had advised that She would send it back again. but this time when I left it, I never received a ref number suggesting the case has been logged, I waited about a month to go and check, when I got there I asked Her why I never received the case number and She said, because it was never logged the technicians had refused to work on the same item for the 3rd time and She provided me with a number that I could use for a person who may be able to assist, who works privately in Smith Street Mercury Building. I still have the slip She wrote on me with Her handwriting on it, she teared a blank till slip and wrote on it. I took my bracelet not happy because I could not understand why her mistakes is becoming my problems and mind you, I had paid for the work to be done and now that it cannot be done the way I wanted or fits, I have to go somewhere else and pay more. which is just ridiculous. shortly after before I could even go to Durban in Mercury, The necklace snapped where it was worked on. I took it back to Her and asked to fix that because I am not going to pay for poor work put together with poor customer service. Se took it back ever since I took it back She has never contacted me, when I asked Her to log the case while I was at the store, She told me the system is offline, She will log the case when its back online. its been almost 2 month. is the system offline? and why is she not calling me for an update.
Desired outcome: I want my 2 items I took back to Her the necklace and the ancle bracelet fixed , if that cannot be done. kindly refund my account with the value it was purchased for.
