I bought a watch not so long ago for my husband, and it just came lose, very disappointed on the quality of the watch. And now I have to wait for 6 to 8 weeks for the mistake that was not ours but quality of your product, ref: RE010920001554 not even a month old. This product was supposed to have been refunded no matter the engraving on it.
The service I also got from fourways mall branch were I bought the watch is disgusting and insensitive to the customer. I work with customers and I know how they need to be treated always. The some of the staff in that branch need training on customer service. I will never buy again in that branch.
The worsted part the branch manager for fourways called me yesterday 11 September informing me that I need to wait another three weeks for the watch to get fixed. This is really unfair that I'm the customer and have to suffer for poor quality of Tempo. I have similar ladies watches I bought them in Randfontein and they all engraved cause I think I buy quality that will last me years not half a month. Truly disappointed at Tempo watch and how the branch is handling the situation.
Desired outcome: I want a refund or my watch to be fixed before 20th September.
