not stopping / calling at kr puram boarding point
Hello Sir / Madam,
I have booked a ticket for my sister Jahnavi Mekala through ABHIBUS.com, the booked ticket details are: bus service number 3507, ticket no: [protected], seat no: 6F on 26/08/2016 from KR Puram to Tirupathi, start time 6:35 AM. She has waited from 6:15 AM near Ganesha Temple, KR Puram but she received a call from the number [protected] and informed as if the bus was near VOLVO Factory near Kolar and she has to make her travel arrangements to Tirupathi. Neither the bus was stopped at KR Puram boarding point nor she was called and asked to board from KR Puram. This is the peak of carelessness of the conductor of this bus. We want to take it to the senior management of APSRTC seeking necessary action on the person responsible.

I have travelled in apsrtc volvo bus on 31-jul-2016 from tirupathi to chennai by 5pm. Service code/name 47087/tpt-chennai.
In reservation levy amount (+) 103.00 ( service tax : 46.00; passenger amenities : 45.00; pis tax : 3.00; cess oth : 9.00; )
For passenger amenities they taking money but driver not given any amentities and for non reservation they taking money 400 of 300 rs ticket force fully for non reserved peopel on demand. If we asking amenities to driver(Bangaraiah) he saying rtc people not given any thing what i have to do like that. But tv boy saying forgot given that amenities . That driver and tv boy selling that amenities outside for some cost. Please take action on this.
bus delay and bad behavior
I was traveling with family of six including 2 ladies and 2 children by service 6342 kurnool to bangalore on the 21/07/16. The bus was to depart from KNL at 23 00 hrs. We boarded the bus at 2235. ore online tickets were checked and verified by the conductor. The bus did not move out untill 2330 hrs. I complained to the driver. He said he is waiting for the toll money. Finally he left at 2340 hrs 40 minutes late.
We reached Hebbal at 545 am. We three got done and the rest had to travel until kempegegowda terminal. The online ticket print out was with me.
The moment we got down and left by auto, the conductor demanded for the ticket. They were helpless as they didnot have the ticket. The conductor insisted them to get down. they had to plead with him. still didnot listen. They called me and i sms the ticket to them. they showed to the conductor and then he accepted.
This is nothing but harassment.
charging extra money
When I was travelling from Tenali to Hyderabad, driver gave ticket which is showing total amount is 423.00 rs. And taking 500.00 rs from passengers. When we asked what is the price of ticket, that bloody driver was shouting on us by saying you guys can't keep quiet. These RTC employees will do strikes for their salary hikes and they will take money from passenger's pocket like this also. What should be done to this kind of worst and rude drivers. First of all who are they to block the seats and sell for more price and not showing that extra price in records. Who are they to eat public money.

I have booked a ticked through online for the journey between hyderabad to Vijayawada 7th April 2016. They provided ticket to me through SMS and mailed E-Ticket with service number 4791. I have reached Station before half an hour and waiting at the station for more than 45 min and then i called to the driver. the driver told that he was in traffic and will come to stop as possible. I have called the Driver 3 time and he contiou told that he is on the way and i waited . after 30 mins again i called to the driver and he tols that he left the stop long back.Driver Name: S V R BABU and ph.no is [protected]. newly started 4499 bus from palakonda depot, srikakulam dt.
On 5th march'16, I have started from Palakonda at about 6.30 am in 4499, a newly started service to Vizag with my family of four members. After arriving to VZM I got down for urinals, telling the driver to wait for some time and he agreed to stop in the other side of VZM stand. But, unfortunately the bus moved without picking me up, afterwards within a very less time. Eventhough my wife asked the driver to stop some time to get me climb in the bus, the Driver irresponsibly moved the bus. I searched for bus anxiously here & there and travelled in another bus paying RS.49/- again, when a very little amount in hand and catched the 4499 bus before Madhurawada where the traffic jam occured. I quostioned the driver for his irresponsibility towards passengers, and he replied nothing will be done & no problem at all to him.
Now I request the RTC management to act upon rightly & immeadiately on this incident and do the justice by refunding the additional ticket paid by me, by recovering from salaries of driver and show that it cares for its customers and bring discipline in its staff so that no other will do like this.
( RTC authorities may consider for a 'free travel for me one day from Vizag to Palakonda' as compensation and its response to satisfaction to commuters.) ------Sriramulu, B

bus driver of service number 3900 didn't stop the bus at ibrahimpatnam bus stop
Hi,
Bus driver of Sevrice Number 3900 scheduled from Vijayawada to Hyderabad didnt stop intentionally at Ibrahimpatnam on 31-01-2016.
My Wife reached Ibrahimpatnam Bus stop around 11: 15 PM and the Bus timing was 11:25 PM.
Bus Driver didnt stopped at Ibrahimpatnam and the driver phone number was metioned wrong in the Ticket SMS.
We are in opinion that the Bus might stuck in the traffic and waited 12 AM in the morning. After that once we coneveyed the same situation to Customer support team at aroud past 12 AM and some how after few minutes the driver called us from a different phone number [protected] and informed that he is Nandhigama and asked us to come there and board the Bus. With out stopping at Ibrahimpatnam he argued that he waited a few meters away from Ibrahimpatnam Bus stop (He didnt called the Passenger even though he should be having passenger Mobile contact ) and he also expressed his opinon that ticket money wont be retutned even if I lodge a complaint
How dare he is to say like that instead of feeeling guitly for the toruble that he caused to the Passenger!
What if the passenger was travelling for a Job Interview or for an exam? Will he do the same if he does the same to his family memebers?

bus timings at tin factory / iti gate
Hi, Generally, APSRTC will say " Bus will start at Majestic at 10:30 PM and Reach ITI gate at 10:52 PM " Means it will take only 22 mins to come from Majestic to ITI gate. Will it be possible ? even in metro also it is not possible. I request you to change the timings of ITI gate and KR Puram . because in the normal traffic itself, it will take min 50 mins to reach ITI Gate. I am not sure this complaint will reach to relavant dept or not. If reaches, please take action . Because of this issue we used to wait in traffic and cold for more than an hour
lack of buses to saroornagar during eveing time
From the last one month there are lack of buses for saroornagar in the evening time we the people are facing severe problem regarding this from 06pm to 07 pm in the evening there is lack of buses.
So, i request u to provide minimum two buses from the timing 06pm to 07pm.
malfunctioning of a/c and improper behaviour of driver
It was a Indra bus on 17th aug 2015 service no 3969.First thing was bus was almost 1hour late and after calling driver he said will b there in few mins.when I was boarding the bus driver was speaking in such a bad language and speaking in a way as if he was waiting for 10mins for us.
After boarding the bus I found 2 of our 4 seats booked were completely wet.When complained the driver n conductor asked us to put a blanket and sit which is bizarre as blanket is also getting wet and the worst thing was a/c was leaking and water drops were falling on us.i was travelling with my 2year old kid and it was the worst experience I ever had travelling as there was no kind of help what so ever. all the window seats were leaking which were vacant and rest of the seats were occupied.

I travelled in an APSRTC bus from Kavali to Nellore on 19-07-2015. The lady conductor was shouting at many passengers and trying to avoid giving change. How can you people employ such people without ethics? I have seen many conductors with such behavior in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra and Telangana. Cann't change? What do these so called IPS and IAS officers do, except AK Khan.

I have booked a ticked through online for the journey between Chittoor to banglore 25th May 2015. They provided ticket to me through SMS and mailed E-Ticket with service number 9003. I have reached Startion before half an hour and waiting at the station for more than 45 min and then i came to know that the bus was left for that time. Here the mistake is they changed Serv no: from 9003 to 9022 and didn't informed to me, they didn't even called me before leaving the station.

Pallevelugu passenger bus is travelling between guntur and tenali with bus no-11Z3555. As of my knowledge passenger who is travelling in bus can get down in the Stop where the ticket has taken. But the bus conductor giving ticket to the passenger as desired but not letting him to get down in his desired stop. The Passenger asked him about this.conductor answered that bus can not be stopped as your wish and abused the passenger with his rude words. Sir I and my wife both are senior citizens. on 18-04-2016 at 13.30 hours the bus conductor : 508133 for employee of apsrtc depot-2 madanapalli, chittoor dt his behavior and helping for senior citizens and other passengers is not good. A driver from Kushaiguda Depot, and a regular driver in route number 147 from ECIL to Kondapur, which starts from depot early in the morning at 0530 hrs will not maintain timings and also important issue is smokes cigar while driving the bus. Being a responsible person he is not maintainign the rules and regulations

I an going to VJW on bus I parked my bike in bike stand on gvrm. I took the token and I went to Vjw. While I cane back to take my bike. He is asking the extra money by using the bad words and he drunk. I have given complaint in local available staff but he is not taking the priority to ask because of his same relatives. Please take action such stupid person don't give contract such drunken fellows

Here I'm presenting one of my bitter experiences with APSRTC online ticket booking and their service.
On 6th May 2013, for 9:40 PM bus, I'd booked a ticket(Ticket No. [protected]) from Kankipadu to KPHB.
As I'm new to Kankipadu, I waited for this bus at Platform No.1 inside bus station. After 1 hr 30 mins past to the actual time also the bus did not turn up. So I called Customer care and talked to the Bus driver. He told me that the bus would stop at Reservation counter but would not enter into bus station and cut off my phone.
But as per rule, he should have called me on phone as my number is already with him. But he did not do it.
After having few conversations with Gudivada Depo Manager, I got another last bus in that night to pick me up.
I adjusted my self to share the seat with another person in the driver's cabin. After arriving Vijayawada(a 14 KM distant from Kankipadu) driver took me to the Vijayawada Controller for entering my ticket in his SR. Here I came across another bad experience. As it is everywhere accepted, I carried only the message of the Ticket in my mobile. The time was 1Am in the mid night. The controller insisted me to get a printout of the ticket then only he can enter my ticket in SR. The internet center in Busstation is already closed by that time. He told me to go onto main road and get it printed. I tried in vain to get a single Internet cafe opened at that time. I told him the same too but he's not ready to listen to me. On the another side, I was being forced to speed up this by the driver as his bus was waiting on the platform with passengers. I'm left with no other option. I laughed at the Controller's stupidity and told the driver to go away and i would take another bus. Such an i***ts are in Vijayawada bus station. How can they expect a printout at 1AM where all the shops remain close by then? Do they not have any brains? And also how can they insist me to get it by hook or crook when 36 passengers are waiting in the bus? I lost 320 Rs because of this i****t. To go into the city and get the printout, it takes 30 mins for sure. Do they stop the bus on platform till that time? Can't they even think like this? Every passenger is carrying only the Mobile message of the ticket and it is accepted by all the buses. If the print out is mandatory why do they accept the mobile message? Hell with APSRTC.
And also one another worst situation is with APSRTC online portal. When I tried to book a ticket using my credit card, it deducted the amount from my account but did not generate ticket giving the exception "Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`abrs_apsrtc/abrs_rtc_reserved_tickets`, CONSTRAINT `FK_abrs_rtc_reserved_tickets_servicekey` FOREIGN KEY (`Service_Id`) REFERENCES `abrs_service` (`Service_key`))". I tried to get my money back by calling customer care. Till today I did not get the amount back.

This complaint is regarding no.of buses from secunderabad to old bowenpally.
i have been traveling in this route from 4 years.This route have less no.of buses and this buses wont be on time.people are fighting in order to get on the bus.it is really hard for old people to get on the bus.another important issue is that if one bus arrives then it will be followed by 4 other buses.Due to this if any one passenger misses the bus he need to wait for another 3 hours to reach his/her home.i have been facing this problem since 4 years.so please provide more no.of buses during morning and evening time.We will be very thankful if APSRTC takes action regarding this issue as soon as possible.

I have to stepdown in lakdikapool (Lotus Childern Hospital) and i have to catch another bus towords khairatabad
but buses going towords khairatabad (225, 218, 113, 158, 9) are not stoping at lakdikapool (Lotus Childern Hospital)
So its making trouble to travel in this route.
So please provide stoppage at lakdikapool (Lotus Childern Hospital) for all buses towords khairatabad.
or provide direct bus from madhidipatmam towords khairatabad

Sir, Generally I am sympathetic with the drivers of APSRTC as they drive all day in the unruly traffic conditions and usually tend to overlook their misgivings with regard to driving errors.
But when it comes to highway driving most of these drivers just do not seem to have the sense of speed of other vehicles on the highway.
On the 21/12/12 at about 5.30am I was on the Bangaluru highway7 approaching Shamshabad and noticed a bus trying to take a 'U' turn, I was just about 50 to 60 yards from where the bus was trying to take this 'U' turn and apart from flashing my headlight I was hooting my horn, but this did not seem in any way to alert the driver to stop and let me pass before completing the 'U' turn. He just forced his way making me swerve off the road to avoid an accident.
I stopped my vehicle thereafter to take his name for complaint but on the contrary this driver was full of abusive language and in between I could make out that he was also accusing me of not breaking my vehicle to let him pass first.. This clearly shows that he lacked the sense of speed, I was doing about 90km/hr and was just about 50 yds from where the bus taking a 'U'turn.
The bus driver refused to give his name but the details of the bus are as follows:
Bus No. AP 28 Z 19 route no 451 time about 5.30am
I would indeed like a responce of the action taken against this driver, and would also appreciate an apology for the foul abusive language he was using.

True as these drivers feel THEY ARE IMMUNE to traffic laws & their behavior is at its worst 90% of the staff are rogue drivers just yesterday on 5th June 2015 at 23.00Hrs on Vijaywada highway at a speed of around 60kmph a bus AP12Z1924 of Yadirgutta depot at Kamineni nearing Narketpally suddenly changed lanes while I was overtaking in my car at 80kmph. I was already half way through of the bus length when this occurred. Had I not stopped immediately there would have been a collision. Later I overtook the bus further & asked him to stop but he kept jerking & speeding unwilling to stop. This enraged me & with great difficulty cornered him to stop. On asking him of his rude behavior & irresponsible manner of driving he started abusing me my wife & family (who were all with me) & then started instigating the passengers(who were all asleep at that time) by waking them up & telling them that I was delaying their trip.
Height of their arrogance, & only because of my family's request let the incident be forgotten or else I wanted to lodge a complaint at the police station as well as the RTC depot.

IN THE BUSES RUNNING FROM JBS TO IBRAHIMPATNAM AND MANY OTHER BUSES I HAVE SEEN THAT TRAINEES OF HAKIMPET TRANSPORT ACADEMY ARE OCCUPYING 1/4 OF THE SEATS CAUSING INCONVENIENCE TO THE PASSENGERS. THE APSRTC LOGO THAT " PRAYANIKULE MANA SAMSTHA KU NIDHI VARIKE SEATLICHII GOURAVINCHADAM MANA VIDHI" IS NO WHERE SOLVED. HENCE I REQUEST THAT CONCERNED OFFICIALS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SEE THAT PASSENGERS TRAVEL CONVENIENTLY AND ENJOY THE BUS TRAVEL.
non renewal of student general buspass
I AM a student of narayana junior college of TARNAKA branch Hyderabad India . My student general bus pass / all the students bus passes are not being renewed from [protected] . Neither the college authorities nor APSRTC bus pass renewal counter staff are not giving proper response (said that college code blocked)
daily every narayana student's are spending minimum Rs 20/- to Rs40/- college collected all the tuition fees.

harassment by a conductor
To Whom so ever concerned,
I am getting prank calls from an APSRTC conductor and I am very sure that he is from 16AK bus ECIL to secunderabad station. The last four digits of the vehical no is 4227. I once travelled through this bus, pretending to check my bus pass i think that conductor noted my mobile no and has started calling me and troubling me.
Please look into this matter.
