Most respected sir... Apsrtc service no: 3455, with seat no-11... Travelling from kadapa to visakhapatnam... I dropped in gajuwaka and cleaner also came along with me to give the luggage I told to give the luggage of seat no : 11.. Cleaner told me to wait for a minute.. And then he suddenly gone in to bus and bus moved to visakhapatnam... I chased the bus and I cant get the bus in visakhapatnam finally the bus driver called me and told me come to madhurawada bus stand... I chased with private auto and finally taken the luggage... There is lot of inconvenience to me by wasting of my valuable time and lost rs 700 towards auto fare from gajuwaka to maddilapalem...

Already bus is late by 20 mins, bus driver due to his negligence left one passenger who was supposed to start from adoni. After reaching yemmiganur, due to the passenger shouting on phone, the driver has again returned the bus from yemmiganur to adoni back..This is purely high negligence of the driver...This is happened on 28 of August 2018..Need proper explanation for this..Due to his negligence all the passengers has to suffer..Need to take proper corrective action on this.

Today am traveling yemmiganur to Bangalore bus no Ap02 Z 0354 this bus is already done by all passenger in Reservation in this bus and again putting addinatinal customer In bus maybe totally travelling in this bus around 70 people's due to am asking simply questions because why are putting reservation tickets in this bus am traveling lot of times in express service no 6537 & 6536 also same this is warrest service in yemmiganur APS RTC department in main think is some times suchesion is bad that time all are suffering that in Tennessee am thinking so please think about The Passengers also.

rash driving, rude behaviour of drivers and conductors
I usually travel in local city bus no. 28 in the city Visakhapatnam. Almost all 28 bus drivers especially metro bus drivers are very rude and driving buses very rashly, they're not at all following the traffic rules. Bus No. Ap31TH 1258. #passenger #evening 18:30 #beach road to #simhachalam. Hope some charge against the driver and conductor will be taken soon.
Bus driver driving very rashly on the road the incident happened around 8 Am on 24 sep 2023 on the way to Naidupeta to Sri kalahasti.
Bus is moving like anything which is not acceptable on two way road.
Bus driving keeps passengers and other vehicles also in danger. FYI iam attaching bus photo with registration number.

My sister had called the driver and said we had reached the bus stand Entrance exactly at 5:25PM and we informed there is a huge traffic to come inside the bus stand, so we will get into the bus at the entrance itself. the Driver talked harshly saying(kathalu matladuthara, ticket book chesukuna vallaki memu harathulu evvala and so on...)is this the way of talking to the female passangers ?please take the action on him or i ill escalate the mail to the higher Authority.

fleecing of passengers
On the 26/03/2018 I alongwith my son boarded the Garuda Bus at tirupati bus stand bound for Chennai. At first the Attendant of the bus said that there are no seats, then he asked me to take Seat no 9 &10. Then he asked for the fare. I gave him Rs.1000/. the fare to chen nai in that service is Rs296/. He gave only Rs 200/ as balance. For the remaining balance he said he would give later. On arrival at the Koyembedu Bus stand when I asked for the balance amount. He
said he has taken rs100 per ticket as he had given the seats. He simply refused to give the balance and made me get down from the bus.
I was taken aback by the behaviour of the driver and the attendant.
I dont know whether the management knows about the fleecing of the passengers. I had to lose Rs.200/ of my hardearned money because of this cheats. APSRTC is known for its service and customer friendliness.
I hope this complaint gets noticed and not to let these kind of fleecing of passengers. The details :Bus no AP29z 1336, Time-5.00AM. Garuda, Destination-Chennai.

I, V Srinivasa Rao boarded a APSRTC Bus Service No.5927 along with 2 of my family members with seat Nos. 3, 4 and 8 from ADDANKI TO UPPAL CITY BUS TERMINAL. We reached to Uppal cross Roads around 5.15 AM and bus driver dropped at UPPAL CROSS ROADS only instead of UPPAL CITY BUS TERMINAL. I asked bus driver about bus departure point at UPPAL and he said the Uppal bus terminal point is only at UPPAL CROSS ROADS. We requested to APSRTC that above said Service Number bus alignment point please be shifted from UPPAL CROSS ROADS TO UPPAL CITY BUS TERMINAL POINT for early morning passengers convenient.
I am complaining about the service of bus departure
Actually bus is in the madanapalle bus stand it is having service of nonstop to tirupati but at first they told us only 30 mins of waiting is available but now after 1hr they didn't start the bus if i ask them they are not responding properly even controller of the madanpalle busstand also responding irritatingly is it necessary for us to keep a fight with them

They are Collecting too much Prices from passengers against MRP on all of the drinking products and food products mainly Water bottles and cool drinks.

telugu velugu bus services are using as non-stop bus services and collecting express charges...
I'm Mr Lakshman Reddy Exsm and now presently working for SBI mummidivaram branch.
There are non-stop bus services Kakinada to Amalapuram to and fro. As per people requirement, If Express buses are are not available, Depo managers are providing Teluguvelugu or Deluxe or Luxury. but charges are different if they provide Teluguvelugu bus services as non-stop service, conductors are collecting Express charges. And that is not fair, if they are collecting according to bus luxrurios means Express cost 61/-₹ if it is non-stop are limited halts, Deluxe is more, Luxury is more. Teluguvelugu fare is 42/-₹ for limited halts. while they are providing Teluguvelugu as non-stop why they are collecting/Charging Express charges? And ticketing is also a fraud, I have proof I will show you. (passenger tkt cost is 41/-₹ and luggage tkt cost is 18/-₹ and 2/-₹with out luggages) why they are collecting luggage charges.
Other wise they has to collect same Express charges to all bus services for Deluxe and Luxury too.
Deluxe and Luxury buses other than non-stop bus services the charges are same for non-stop and limited halts buses.
Please looking into this matter I hope you can understand my issue resolve this issue as soon as possible...

I booked the 2tickets from Chennai to ongole.so I received the sms about driver details and iam trying to reach that number it's not reachable and I was strucked in traffic.reaching to busstop will take another 10mins but he didn't waited for me and he didn't given me a call and he left from the bus stop.when iam reached busstop I asked in enquiry he told bus already left.so please enquire about 5990 service no RTC BUS and purnish him please

Service no 27160, date of journey 6-3-2018, Visakhapatnam to Srikakulam, should depart at 2:40pm from vizag complex, but it arrived at 3:25 pm to complex and departed at 3:40pm. Unfortunately no knows the tracking information and the reason for delay even if enquired at complex. Very frustrating to wait for 1hr not knowing whether the bus was cancelled or whether it will arrive and the delay was enormous

I travelled by APSRTC bus from Vijayawada to Rajahmundry. the service number is 2925.It is travelling from Vijayawada to Srikakulam. the bus is superluxury, charged me 202INR. the bus started at 6pm on 1/3/2018from PNBS Viz, and reached Rajahmundry by midnight 00:02am(2/3/2018).The driver stopped the bus in Eluru bypass road DABA Hotel.The bus was indisceminately heavily loaded with vegetables over top and and in side luggage portion. The bus swayed like pendulum, you can understand the intensity of loading.After reching the RJY bus depot, I lodged a complaint in booking 1693 dated 2/3/2018. The supervisor withcomplaint book told me the APSRTC higher authorities are insisting to load all buses travelling in this route upto 1500MT. Otherwise the conductor will be scolded and removed. I am terribly shaken when this bus crossed godavari road cum rail bridge. I took photos of the bus in proof. I donot know who will be responsible if some mishap happens over bridge, because the bus is swaying like pendulum, the back door is not shut because of heavy stuffing.It is highly irresponsible act if APSRTC is keeping revenue at higher stake than lives of innocent passengers.
I beg your higher authorities check this early otherwise some day bus will collapse into Godavari.

I am resident of Hindupur (Anantapur dist).I bring to your kind notice that there are no proper bus facilities from Hindupur to Bengaluru.People who make to and fro journey during the weekends and weekdays, villagers, students, Employers, women, and, Children are facing difficulties.This is causing regret among the residents of Hindupur.
So I request you to address my concern and add a few buses to the existing Schedule so that it will help to a great extent.

apsrtc suplux bus

I did reservation for APSRTC bus from bnglr to tpt. But due to some reasons the bus I reserved didn't came and they informed me to board other bus by giving it's number (service code: 3765, BNGLR, majestic to VJA). When I board that bus, the conductor told that they didn't obtain any info and started arguing. Not only this, he stopped the bus for hours to load the [censor] on the bus. When the passengers asked the conductor then also he started arguing.
So, my kind suggestion is to look up on the conductor and drivers. And try to bring co-ordination in the management. Plz Don't bring inconvenience to the passengers. that's all what we need.

From My child hood onwards I been seeing the road from aswaraopet to jangareddygudem is in a phase where by walking is much safer than going on by bus or any other transport.
I doubt the ap road transport whether checked or even stepped here?
Wanna see the people faces here by aproad transport.
I hope you take as serious matter and give to strong and efficient contractor.

no proper hotel for passengers
This is national Chief convenor of Anti Crime Anti Corruption Intelligence Cell. We have received complaints at Bangalore to andhra Pradesh Bus service of APSRTC. On going towards ap the Maxim buses are stopping for food at near hosakota. The small hotel in that hotel people are charging much as well and food is not good if passengers are asking to the drive the driver reply is saying that APSRTC has order to stop. The bus service for public . so immediately take action and change the location. do the needful to the passengers

I am Traveling from Bengaluru to Allagadda on dec10, 2017 the driver didn't stop the bus at the stop and i called him why he didn't stop the bus and he is talking very rudely saying that you are not at the stop what can i do. And he didn't called me even once also to conform me where i was, i only called him so many times to conform where the bus was.Again i called him to stop the bus but he didn't lift the call.And there is no way to go so I had cancelled my trip.
I want APSRTC to take this as a serious issue because i facing this issue 3rd time and also i heard that so many had faced this issue many times.
I respect & like the Government services that's why i booked APSRTC bus even we are getting private buses for less price.If it is like this definetly i will never book a bus of APSRTC.I think APSRTC will take this as serious.

Bus driver has opened the lugguage door when started from nellore and asked to put my lugguage three bags in but when I am getting down in Bangalore he was asked to open the door myself and take the lugguage myself which is not professional and asked me to complain anybody "I don't care". Second point is he has stopped in Gudur and loaded extra lugguage and lately arrived in naidupet and rudely talking with passengers which is really bad to have such a worst etc drivers in our state.government should take severe action on drivers and train them well how to talk politely with passengers.
