Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [APSRTC] review: Balance amount not returned by bus driver/conductor

Dear Sir / Madam

I am Pradeep kumar residing at Chennai. This is inform you that, on 09 Sep 2023, myself & my wife boarded on A/C bus Vehicle No: AP39UL4520 to travel to Tirumala. Ticket issuing Driver cum conductor DRI NO: [protected] said Rs.110/- per ticket totalling for 2 tickets Rs.220. I gave the Rs.520/- so that he will pay me the balance 300/-. On the contrary he wrote the balance amount at rear side of travel ticket Rs.300/- and saying will pay later. On arrival at Tirumala, the driver cum conductor did not returned the balance amount Rs.300/- instead he left the spot immediately after getting down the bus at Tirumala. And we could not locate him after that. We decided to raise this complaint online. Hence this complaint. Request you to look into this matter and arrange to return me the balance Rs.300/- at the earliest. I am ready to submit the original ticket upon request. My contact number is [protected].
