I am complaining about bus driver
As today 29-11-2021 at morning 7.30am the bus has not stoped at the stop even though the bus is not full.please stop the bus at stops many students are effecting
The bus number is AP29Z 3733.i don't know the name of driver.please take severe action to the driver.and please give sufficient buses to our locality.

Its a sincere request to take action on bus express bus driver(AP27TX8559) for stopping the bus on prakasham varadhi .literally i would have pulled the driver out of the bus ..as my own vehicle would nearly hit ur APSRTC due to the bus driver stopping all of the sudden on the bridge ..so i kindly request you to take proper action on such driver . And i am very concerned on passegers inside the bus.

Loud speaker sound for shop peoples
Madhanapalli, Chittoor district. RTC bus stand, shop peoples using more speaker sound. Please manage the shop people. Keep them less sound. Passengers are suffering a lot. They are using early morning 3 o clock on words.

The driver and the ticket guy allowed some guys to travel in the bus from the midway..
They were not wearing masks and were careless
The bus was full and even in such a situation where the covid cases are increasing rapidly... Allowing such an action will be punishable...
When asked, the ticket guy responded that it's late and the people will be stuck...
I can't understand how can someone be stuck at 6:30pm in vizag when the buses run till 11:0pm
If you people want to run a business by risking life's... Then sorry.. But you are nothing but a threat to life...
Kindly take action as soon as possible and make sure this won't repeat...

Here iam writing to inform u that my parents travelled from jammalamadugu to lingampally in Apstrc service no:- 6176 on date of 13-03-2020 as they have luggage of 25 kgs rice packet and 25 kgs of Dall, insted of giving ticket driver took extra money of RS 100 to his pocket. As my parents are not aware that the driver has to give ticket. When they reached home I came to know that the driver has not given ticket.

I lost my VIP travel bag containing my belongings at APSRTC Tirupati Bus Stand on 18-12-2019 while waiting on platform sitting on a bench in front of KSRTC Airavat Bus to Bengaluru (KA57F984 ) to which I was to board (trip no, 1705TPTBNG) to depart at 17.0 hrs. Someone stole my bag which I kept on the ground near me between 16.30 to 16.45 hrs. Efforts made by me and my two sisters to locate the bag around did not yield results. There seem to be no security personnel around and our queries with Depot staff sitting in front of desks on the platform did not help me, They could not guide me to trace the bag bag and gave vague answers, saying that it happens regularly, I heard that the Police station is little away from the spot and I could not venture to go there being three ladies and also I have to get back to Bangalore by the 17.05 hrs bus though they waited for me for some time. Hope some CC TV shots might help to to catch the thief and recover my bag and belongings. I request the APSRTC to take a lead and arrange to recover the bag. It is appalling such things are happening in spite of modern technologies installed in the key transit centre of the most important pilgrim Centre in the country and the world as well. This is regarding a local RTC bus bus no for your reference is AP11Z6395. This incident took place on 18.11.2019 in 28 metro bus. I boarded my bus at Railway new colony even though conductor saw me clearly she considered me as if I boarded at RTC complex and levied a charge of 20 rupees where as the original fare is 15 rupees. While asked about it she shouted recklessly. And the bus stopped at a place for the personal work of driver and conductor for 20mins. Some buses are not even stopping at a request stop like Simhadri hospital, even if being requested. what is the purpose of a request stop when it cannot be considered as a stop by driver and conductor. This is so reckless of RTC now a days autoes are far better than buses because they won't charge recklessly and never shows attitude or their personal frustrations.

I lost my android phone. I get out of the bus last at tirupati.. I checked my phone before 1 hour.. And after stepping out of bus I realized my phone is not with me.. Immediately I found the bus within 10 min but I could not find my phone.. The prsn who has stolen my phn switched off the phone.. I waited for the bus since 6 at kphb colony... I have booked this ticket from abhibus. The bus is supposed to come at 7...i kept waiting but the bus didn't come... I tried calling the driver but the call didn't connect due to issues with drivers mobile. The driver mobile number is 7801053333 . Around 7:30 I called to abhibus customer service and enquired about the bus they told tht it is near Miyapur crossroads. I kept waiting and it became 8:20 and yet the bus didn't arrive yet . I again called back to the abhibus customer service and they informed that the bus is near ameerpet. I asked them to connect me to the driver... They took some time ND connected to the driver. I asked the driver to waittheir for few minutes. I will come.. He didn't wait rather he spoke harshly... Around later in the night at 9, I didn't even find nay bus to visakhapatnam from vizag. There were no vacancies... I didn't not even get. Call from the driver tht the bus his arrived... I kept waiting their for 2 hours without moving. ... This happened not only for me.. Along with me there was even other Co traveller who was waiting for a bus to rajamundry. Same is the case with her. I booked this ticket for 1200. I want my money to be refunded, I suffered the whole night because of this
