Conductor behaviour is bad & he doesn't give change to 3 passengers

Bus route :- Eluru to Dwaraka Thirumala

Actual fare 15/- from Eluru to Bhimadole.
Bus conductor gives ticket & he said carelessly that he will give change after de boarding the bus. I am standing exactly at the door & seeing the drama. I have seen that he doesn't give change to 3 passengers saying change is not available.
Please take action on conductor.
Though 5 /- is small amount but counting 5/- from 20 passengers a day he will get 100/- per day.

I booked a ticket from bangalore to mantralayam in the APSRTC bus and reached an hour early to the bus time.
The conductor and driver starts bus by 6PM by the time he already loaded the bis with more than the available seats and he stopped chikkaballapur and loaded some luggage. Again he started and stopped the bus for dinner that too in veg and non veg hotel. Basically if other buses i have travelled only stops in veg hotel for dinner. And after leaving from the Hotel near bagepalli again he loaded few people in bagepalli roadside. Already people are standinh in the bus i dont know why this people loading others.
I thought booking a bus means means only available limited seats but in this bus loaded the peoples like sheeps. Right now i am in the bus. The date and time is 06.10.19 09:38pm. I dont know what to ask him. If any body see this complaint please do some needful atleast to other people. And my final statement is i will never travel again in APSRTC and also not suggest to anybody.

As we the students of madanapalli institute of technology and science are facing problems as they are not stopping at our college because we are having busspass and they won't get any fare from us. they are just looking for fares. is apsrtc a government corporation or private corporation why these drivers are considering our students as useless if there is no use with bus passes please stop issuing bus passes

3 hrs delay, Drivers are old people, why old age people still in service I am not understanding, this is ridiculous, actually the bus as to reach the Vijayawada at 8am still it's not reached, 3 hours it will take time to reach Vijayawada means 11am, I have meeting at Vijayawada 10am, how I have to face my company about this situation? If I loss my job means this APSRTC will give job for me? This is very bad. Service no. 3871, From Bangalore to Vijayawada Vennala service. Started at Bangalore on 23rd 7:30pm.
non working of ac in amaravati ac service bus
I travelled in APSRTC Amaravati service No.3356 with ticket No. [protected] from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 9 August 2019. Though it was an AC bus the AC was not working properly. After lot of complaints by passengers, the bus was taken to Vijayawada bus depot garage for repair around 12 clock in the mid night. Though more than one hour was completed the complaint was not cleared. It was stated by the technician that gas was not there. The bus was travelled to Visakhapatnam without repair. The two top doors were opened the bus travelled. As the price was charged for AC and the AC was not working the difference amount between AC and non AC should be refunded. The travel was much more horrible than normal bus because of lack of air circulation. As there was no alternative I have travelled with difficulty. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the differential amount. I expect a prompt response before taking up the issue further.
rude behavior of the driver
We were coming from an APSRTC service bus (Indra) with a service No : 51151, from Nellore to kurnool on 10 Aug, 2019.
We have experienced that the driver stopped at nandyal, a group of members get down from bus for toilet purpose. A few minutes later the bus gets started without checking the members . One of our colleuge didn't receive the bus who is unknown to the area.After sometime we were noticed the person was not there. We asked the driver for the remedy.driver got tempered at us and used improper language.we severely disappointed with the driver behavior who is an employee in an highly affiliated road transportation system.
regarding delay of super luxury bus service
I am travelling in chittoor to kurnool bus to kadapa which started at 4.30 PM in chittoor.. In your website time to reach kadapa is shown as 8.30pm... I have choosen this bus because I have connecting bus to markapur from kadapa at 8.30pm.. Now driver is telling that bus ll reach kadapa by 9 PM.. When I ask this conductor is telling bus condition is not good... R u charging less as bus condition is not good?

I have to travel from Bhogapuram to Srikakulam. I was waiting at Bhogapuram stop, I given signal to stop the bus but he didn't stop. Here no bus shelter for passengers because National Highway works are going on. I caught the bus by overtaking and asked him why didn't you stop, he replied bus is loaded but it was free only. Hello sir, I'm N.Bhanu vardhan, a student pursuing engineering, i am traveling in a bus related to the depot of madanapalli 2 . I've asked conductor to give me the ticket to Vidyanikethan college, but he has charged me with Tirupati ticket. When i asked him he said that after rangampeta all comes under Tirupati, but i know that there is mangapuram after rangampeta for which the fare is 45 rupees. Is it fair to charge me with an extra fare of 20-25 rupees? Hoping for your immediate action

That conductor/driver is very rude behavior, he started fighting and he is asking to get down at mid night and he is not respecting to ladies also,

I booked an APSRTC bus seat for the trip Hyderabad to Eluru and have boarding point at, Survey of India- Little Flowers Junior College, Uppal, Hyderabad.
Bus hasn't stopped at boarding point without any intimation and was about to be absconded which made me uneasy and frustrated upon services.

I am traveling from Addanki to Chennai today (17 Feb 2019)
And writing my complaint during my journey.
I don't know why RTC drivers allocating seat to male passenger next to female passenger.
Through reservation process I booked my ticket and there is a rule in RTC that male passengers are not allowed to sit next to female passengers
Sitting next to a unknown and other gender passenger and doing long journey is such a uncomfortable thing..
Now no seats are available in bus and as a human I couldn't able to ask the passenger to go and sit somewhere else. This journey is is such a uncomfortable journey to me :(
I hope RTC will sort out this kind of issues.
water leakage in the bus

Recently you have changed the bus station for andhrapradesh buses in chennai from koyambedu to maadhavaram. But we have been waiting for around 4hours.. Only two buses came and due to pilgrim area.. The bus was filled as soon as it reaches to bus stop. Many people i. e. Passengers have been waiting for so long hours... The services you are giving to the passengers who are going to pilgrim area(tirupathi and kalahasthi) was very poor and really it up settled me and everyone. Kindly make more buses as soon many people are frequently going to tirupathi. Services in maadhavaram bus stop is very very poor. Kindly make the necessary improvements to help passengers.

refund of 2 garuda journey tickets
Esteemed Sir,
Myself (D Revanth Reddy) and My father (DRK Reddy) booked up and down tickets of Amaravati buses of APSRTC, Andhra Pradesh. But to our demise, we were accommodated in Garuda buses (cheaper version). The Garuda bus (NLR-BNGLR 12:00 Oct 25th) was Pathetic. There was no proper AC, no working TV and there was a lot of Diesel smell in the bus. I vomited thrice during the journey.
When asked about the same to the driver, he responded that the bus is in its last days and had already travelled 12, 50, 000 km+ already. We were shocked that a bus which travelled more than 10 lakh kms is driving us.
After spending a night in Bengaluru, we returned to the majestic station hoping at-least the return bus would be Amaravati, but to aid the pain, it was also Garuda, (TKT NO: [protected]/028 95860)
When I went to meet Nellore Manager at the Bus Depot to resolve the afore mentioned Issue, Murali the manager there just paid me the difference of 400 rupees between Amaravati and Garuda fares.
My NLR-BNGLR hardcopy ticket is with Umadevi ([protected]/[protected]) and BNGLR-NLR hardcopy ticket is with Murali ([protected]).
Could you please at-least refund me 3000+ INR for these journeys and please please please don't mistreat your loyal customers

a girl has harassed in a bus
Hi, Yesterday i.e. 21-10-2018 I was traveling in APSRTC bus KNG- BNG Majestic bus a girl was harassed by a guy. That guy was booked the ticket with fake details also he mentioned Female. And the conductor while checking the ticket he didn't even check whether he was Male or Female. Just simply he checked his ticket and made him to sit next to her seat. In the midnight she was sexually harassed by that guy. Can you please tell your drivers and conductors to take care of that such kind of situations.
