Arby's review: Service

Location: 3180 Green Mount Crossing Dr., Shiloh IL 62269. Store ID: 7654

Aug. 13, 2023 5:05 p.m.

Drove up to drive thru. Waited about 7 mins. Was never addressed. Drove up to the window. Waited about 3 mins. In the meantime, two other cars drove up to the drive thru. I then knocked on the window. About 2 mins later a lady in a blue blouse opened the window and rudely said, "we're closed till 6 o'clock". I said ok. You should put a sign up. She again very rudely said, "there's one on the door". I was ticked by now and said, "I am not at the door. I am at the window". She again very rudely said, "there's one on the door". Slammed the window closed. Walked away.

Had this been the only time I had been to this Arby's location and incountered a very poor attitude like this. I may have chalked it up to a bad day, but this has been everytime by any employee I encountered. So I will never be going back. Apparently it is ok for customer to be treated badly.

I would like to add, there is an Arby's in Fairview Heights, IL in a rough part of the town. Employee's have always been very nice and polite. They should be commended.
