Arby's quality of meal was bad

filled out the on line survey twice. finally was contacted after 2 weeks and the 2nd survey about my issues with meal.I have worked a mile down the road from Arbys in Cullman, Alabama. I've eaten lunch there a minimum of 50 times just at the hwy 157 location. The man that contacted me was very apologetic. He told me he was going to send me a coupon for a free meal. I told him that it was'nt necessary. He insisted. Another 2 weeks gone by and nothing. At this point all i can tell your company about your slogan, we make it right, is sure you do. Just thought you needed to know about the lack of response and the continuing quality decline in service and meal quality. The company i work for is audited on a regular bases. sounds like Arbys could use a audit team. Sincerely, Matt Aydelotte

Arby's service

Last night on April 20, 2018 I came to the register at Arby's on Highway 70 in Hickory, NC. A manager named Seth was there and seemed to be looking at me wrong. Later on in the night a friend knew of Seth, and told me he was gay. I feel like he was trying to make moves on me that just felt downright sickening. I will never go back to that Arby's again and if any guys don't want to feel like another man is giving them the eye they wouldn't go either!

Today April 29th, we stopped at our local Arby's to get a couple of Beef an d Cheddar sandwiches. The service was worse that ever. It never is good, can't handle any more that 2 cars orders at a time . This tie I went in to order and it took every bit of 25 minutes to get served. Orders were taken but no food was bagged just kept piling up on the trays.
The older white woman working just kept staring at the computer but couldn't make any sense of it. Don't you ever do time studies on the service given inside and drive thru. Just a hint this one would fail every time. Thinking of going elsewhere and I'm sure I am not the only one to do so.

Arby's gyros

I was so excited that Arby's was serving "authentic greek" gyros for a limited time. I love gyros, and since moving to southeast Kansas I have been unable to find a place that serves them within a 2 hour radius.

So my husband went to our local Arby's (which only opened a few months ago) to get me a couple. When he tried to order them, he was told you could only have either beef or turkey, despite the large signage advertising the greek variety.

Why would you advertise something IN THE STORE and not serve it? I was so disappointed! We cannot afford to eat out very often, and we chose to spend our money at Arby's. We ended up with different sandwiches, which were good and always are for the most part, but I am still wanting a real gyro.

What's the deal? Which Arby's are actually serving them?

Arby's the gyro

I went yesterday to buy the 2/6 my husband has never had a gyro and wanted to try it. Well when I got home I was like well as always they show one tv it looks great but when you buy it .it's nothing like tv. The meat was very very thin and if I took his off and added to mind . Hey we would have that one on tv. Why show it one way then buy it and you go to buy it .it's nothing like you show on tv. The only thing was good was the favor. You guys should not show one thing and sale something else. No meat if you buy on tv.it's of meat that is what the commercial say. We have the meats. Lol that's real funny.

Arby's food

I go to this arby's almost every single day. But about 90% of the time their food sucks. I always order the same thing. Its an egg and cheese croissant and their croissant is just about all the time hard and not edible. They never offer to replace it or anything. They know us very well, but customer service with that sucks also. Plus with me not getting meat I also do not think I should be charged the same amount. This is not right because Arby's is double dipping because you charge me for the meat and don't use it on my sandwich but get double the amount of money because you charge someone else and I paid also and only one slice of meat is going on. They have old signs on their windows for deals and they don't offer you that even though it's on the windows. It's not my fault that you forgot to take it off...I have never seen such service anywhere. This happens all the time but I have finally decided to complain. I would like something done or some kind of great compensation for this. This is not acceptable.

Arby's political boycotting

BOO ARBY'S! It is perfectly legitimate for an individual consumer like me to refuse to eat at a certain restaurant, shop at a certain store, or refuse, for any number of reasons, to buy products that sponsor a tv or radio program. On the other hand, when a company or business publicly declares it is no longer going to sponsor a radio program because the host of that program called out an immature, misinformed, media-indoctrinated, snot-nosed kid, one has to wonder why certain corporations regularly take actions to punish certain people's behavior/speech, while the vast majority of bad (filthy, libelous, and worse) behavior broadcast in the rest of the media is summarily dismissed, if even noticed! The answer: Pure POLITICS! It is businesses run by liberal CEOs who can't pass up a chance to try to knock a popular conservative off of the air. When you buffoons realize that there's a massive army of consumers (say, 50% of Americans) supporting Laura Ingraham's right to free speech who are willing to do a little boycotting of their own, you'll come to see that your corporate boycotting will not bring the feeling of satisfaction or the kind of rewards you expect, but will result in a lot more harm to your bottom line and reputation than you counted on. I love Arby's food, but will not give you my business again unless I'm convinced you're committed to treating people on both sides of the political spectrum equally.

I drive to the next city every week to eat at Arby's. But since Arby's chooses to boycott the conservative Laura Ingraham show, then I will no longer eat at Arby's. I am tired of Millennials like David HOGG who have an entitlement mentality complaining about the values that made America great. The number one killer of people are knives. You don't hear crazy Liberals wanting to regulate and boycott knives. Millennials tend to be lazy and have a horrible sense of entitlement when they have achieved nothing. They just want to tear down statues of history and have the crazy belief that stopping guns will stop murders. I am sick of their crap and cowardice companies who listen to them. So I will no longer use any of the products of the 20 stores that boycotted Laura's show. She is a voice of truth in a swamp of political correctness.

Arby's shocked!!!

Even tho you represent a large variety of products, I will not be purchasing any of your extensive product base. Due to your cowardly removal of sponsorship of laura ingraham's show because of a little kids temper tantrum! Rediculous absolutely rediculous! I'd tell hogg to grow up and act like a responsible adult. But how can one do that when your company, as an example, doesn't act with common sense? He's a child, he acts like a child, he lied like a child. He wasn't at the school when it went down. He rode his bicycle to it.
But besides all that you, in turn, respond by pulling your sponsorship because of a child's temper tantrum even after given an apology!
Hense ypur company's list of products will not cross my threshold any more! There are a plethora of products out there with out your name on them, even in the private lable product line!
You should be proud, you let a spoiled child's tantrum affect your bottom line! He will disappear in a short time as they all do! But your product will still not be purchased by my family or myself. Rediculous!

Arby's look of disgust and poor food that made my stomach hurt

In my 44 years I have never complained out loud about poor food service and arbys has always been my go-to food due to great food... But not today. Store just opened and I was the first customer from the looks of it, as I walked in the two ladies standing back where they make sandwiches made a sound of disgust as they gave me a dirty look. I almost left due to the assumption they werent happy and these two individuals would be preparing my food. I ordered a medium roast beef with swiss and medium potatoe cake and the new oreo filled treats to go. I drove 10 minutes back to work to eat in my office. When I opened the bag the bottom was soaked in grease, I can understand some grease but literally everything around the cakes was soaked. I pulled the potatoe cakes out and they had black specs all over them from grease that apperantly hadnt been changed in a long time. I took a bite because I was hungry and they tasted liked fish and drenched from the grease. Garbage. The sandwich, no cheese as I wanted with a hard bun and dried out meat. Poor at best. Working for a living isnt fun, but seems like I got the blunt end of two employees that shouldnt be working with peoples food. Worst part im not made out of money and although I always pick arbys its not cheap food to end up with garbage. So to the two ladies today at arbys, thanks for ruinning my day because of your poor attitude.

Arby's boycott.

To whom it may concern,

Since you have boycotted Laura Ingraham"s show buy supporting a teenager that is obviously being used, I will take my business elsewhere. You see adults spend money at your establishment, or give money to their teenagers to spend. I am glad to see where your company stands. You decide to boycott her and we will boycott you.

Arby's arby’s is anti-constitution

My family absolutely loves Arby's but your choice to pull your advertising from Laura Ingraham's show is appalling. How dare you let a whiny millennial who has taken full advantage of a horrendous tragedy persuade you to turn your back on this nation and its Constitution. George Soros should be proud! This [censor] is using the school shooting to obtain fame and walk over the bodies of his murdered classmates to get there. Because of one person who made the choice to kill his classmates, you have made the choice to turn your back on millions of gun owners when you chose to be liberal anti 2nd amendment haters. We will never eat at your establishments again and will let friends and neighbors know that Arby's hates honest, hard-working American while loving propaganda-seeking liberal haters!

Arby's advertising on fox network the laura ingraham show

I will no longer purchase from your company as long as you advertise on Laura Ingram's show on Fox Network. Her insulting the teenagers from the Parkland Shooting lacks basic humanity. As Americans we should be comforting any child or adult who has experienced a mass shooting. Instead being the opposition ranks higher than'loving thy neighbor'. Shame on you Laura Ingraham. Shame on anyone who does not support these kids and all children trying to make America safer.

Please be advised as a result of your advertising on NBC, in connection with the Parkland shooting incident, you have lost me as a customer forever. I have been a customer for decades. No longer. There are other fast food options and I will patronize them from now on. One thing I will not tolerate is the murder of schoolchildren or the corporate support through advertising revenue of Laura Ingraham/NBC. Arby's has shown that its moral values are opposite my own and that it has no conscience. For the rest of my life I will avoid Arby's. Easy to remember among the fast food choices ... A as in AVOID. It will be my way of supporting the Parkland massacre victims. Good job.

First, I'm against Laura Inghram being boycotted by Arby's or any other advertisers, & won't be patronizing them in the future, although they are my favorite fast food place.
It appears to me by the comments I have read so far, that it's a no win situation for business's such as "Arbys" to take sides when social issues are involved. Feelings & beliefs over such things as the 1st & 2nd amendments run strong & deep on both sides & rarely will either side convince the other by means such as boycotts.

I would ask Arbys & other advertisers to stay out of the fray & concentrate on what you do the best, "The Meats", & leave the politics to us, the customers as we cuss & discuss over one of your great sandwiches & curly fries.

Free speech and retweet is what Ms Laura did. This is not bully. David Hogg pooled entitled kid is the bully. He was the one that put his non acceptance out there. We don't need to know that. Also, he was not a victim nor survivor he was not at school when the shooting happened. He has been so disrespectful, you can advocate for change without calling folk names.

Congratulations, Arby's, for supporting bullies. I'm not talking about Laura Ingraham. I'm talking about David Hogg and the liberal sheep.

Everyone deplores this type of violence. Why is it that the first reaction of the Left is to blame the NRA and law-abiding gun owners? They didn't ignore the warnings like the Broward County Sheriff Dept. or the school administration. They didn't run from the sound of gunfire or sit outside and wait for it to end. Despite the myriad stories of how this kid was dangerous, no one wanted to be 'that guy' and make an official report that would have shown up on a background check. The system WORKED the way it was supposed to. No one entered the data that would have stopped the shooter from buying guns.

Hogg labelled everyone who doesn't agree with his stance on gun control as murderers like the shooter. He didn't get accepted by four colleges and blamed the backlash against his activism. Laura was right. That's whining. (More than likely, he didn't get in because he's a white, middle-class male - he didn't fit the quota.) When you take sides like this, you get to alienate half the country. Guess what? I'm not buying Arby's anymore because you chickened out and ran.

Please tell us what the "right side" of this issue is. To support the heady words of an immature, liberal media-influenced, misguided and misinformed boy who believes the NRA is responsible for this shooting and every other shooting in the country, and based on this falacy wants to infringe on our rights put forth in the 2nd amendment, if not to abolish altogether. To support someone who chooses to ignore the horrible and deadly mistakes of the FBI, the local police department, and look past the school's glaring lack of security, but to instead react in knee-jerk fashion and blame the perennial scapegoats (whether they had anything to do with it or not) - the NRA and all conservatives. I'm afraid you're on the wrong side of this issue. Review all the facts (FACTS! not accusations or claims) and you will find David Hogg is not at all a victim in this but a co-conspirator with the dishonest media. Put the responsibility where it belongs.

If David Hogg was ever traumatized, he's well over it now. It is sadly obvious that David Hogg is, to all who are not wearing blinders and can see through his blatant opportunism and the media's manipulation, nothing but an immature high school nobody, taken in by the sudden adoration given him by the near apoplectic liberal media due to his denouncing of the NRA (who are blamed by professional and amateur ignoramuses for shootings anywhere, any day, anytime, and for any reason) and his whining about anything/anyone of a conservative nature. In other words, Mr. Hogg is just like one of the media. David Hogg should be seen and treated not as a poor traumatized "young man" being bullied by Laura Ingraham, but a willing, naive tool of the vile, reprehensible, conniving, lying, liberal media.

Arby's terrible service

I went to Arbys store #1349 at 9:30 p.m. and ordered a 1/2 lb beef and cheddar, a crispy fish sandwich and a small potato cakes. They asked me to pull forward because the fish would take a couple minutes. Ten minutes later I got two sandwiches and no potato cakes. I waited another ten minutes for the potato cakes. So I spent a half hour in the drive thru. To top it all off, when I got home, I had a regular beef and cheddar and a chicken sandwich. I feel like I took $12.06 and threw it out the car window.

Is it company policy to turn all the lights off at 9:41 possibly turning away other customers?

Arby's store # 8261

I love Arby's but you have to make changes to store #8261 in Pierre, SD. I went through the drive-thru on Friday March 2, 2018. The first picture I've attached was the sign on the speaker box in the drive-thru. I understand things break down but a business cannot have a sign like that up. That picture is now being circulated via Facebook. As unbelievable as that was I still waited 32 minutes to get through the line and give my order to the guy at the window. He got the order wrong and charged me for two fish sandwiches. I gave him a break because thought it would be too much time to fix so I paid for the second fish sandwich. When I got back to my office the curly fries were missing and the Texas Brisket sandwich is the second and third picture. When I called to complain the manager told me to not call him again and hung up on me. Trust me I will not be back to Arby's until that management is changed but wanted to make you aware of incident.

Arby's food items bagged at drive thru

I just picked up my order at the drive thru from an Arby's located on S. Pine Street in Spartanburg, S. C ; and ive never had my items bagged with such chaos as I did today. The fries were dumped out in the bag and the fries container was laying on its side on top of the sandwich box; but it doesn't end there. Once I picked up the fry box, I noticed the sandwich box was placed in on its back and it was wide open. On the surface, it doesn't seem like a big problem; but it does show just how lazy and half-a*ed the restaurant was being operated.

I do not like arbys new bun. It is like a big hunk of raw dough. I understand some people may like this new bread, but i know quite a few people who do not like the new buns. I wish arbys would at least offer the old bun on one roast beef sandwich. The old buns were awesome. They were toasted and delicious. The new buns change the taste of the sandwich for me. Please get back the old buns!

Arby's arby’s fish sandwich

I don't know what the difference is about the fish sandwich this season but it is not like years past. I enjoyed many fish sandwiches with flatbread last year but this year's is not so good. I had one here in Michigan before leaving for vacation and another one in Arizona thinking it may be just the local Arby's but they were both the same. My brother, his wife and my wife all agree that they won't order another one.

Arby's I received a bread tie in my roast beef and cheddar sandwich

I received my order I came home was eating my sandwich and bit into a bread tie. I do have a picture if you need to see it. I could have choked. My order was wrong and I had to wait in the drive thru for a long time. I ordered a Hot Fish sandwich and got a regular one, after I repeated my order, cause he asked me to. I'm more upset of a foreign object being in my food, if I had not bit directly into it, I my have swallowed it a had complications.

Arby's classic roast beef combo meal with added cheddar slice and tomato

I went through the drive thru February 15th at around 12:23 pm. Having only a half hour lunch and needing to be back to work by 12:30. I have been going to this same location for over 10 years. Close to my work of 20 yrs and home. Never have I been so upset. I quick checked my sandwich before I was to eat it. It looked as if someone had taken a bite of the chedder. See photo. Bun folded over. And dry. Potato cakes cold. And by the time I was driving away too late to go back. Hungry and angry! I never ate the sandwich. Had the cold potato cakes and soda. If This isn't made right by me I may never return there. Loyal customer of ten years. Once to twice a week. Extremely disappointed!

Arby's tall male working back line

Customers are in the Lobby and a tall African American man work in the back line came up to the front counter and got really loud in calling one of his coworkers and telling her to hurry up and come on. Once he went to the back line he continued to be really loud. In my opinion that is very unprofessional. The manager probably didn't hear him but everyone in the lobby did hear him.
