food and customer service complaint
My wife is in the hospital she has stage 4 uterus, lung, and brain cancer. She doesn't like the food so for almost a week now she has sent me to get her an arbys sandwich but today was pathetic. There's been times I've had to adjust her meat because it was falling off the bread and that's no big deal but today I called a lady over after they handed me my bag and I took her to be a manager because she was dressed differently but she seemed to get an attitude when I asked her if I could get a different order of fries with at least half of them in the box this time because they were everywhere. She kind of threw her nose up and got me more fries and never spoke another word even though I said thank you.. When I got back to my wife's room once again close to half of her meat was off the bread but I never say anything negative to her because she's fighting such a hard battle and being so brave that I try to be positive and strong for her but if it wasn't that she likes arbys so much I would stop eating there. There was no excuse for this and it's usually the same time of day every day so it wasn't that they were busier than usual but I just wanted you to know... Thanks for your time
pecan chicken harvest sandwich
My wife and I anxiously await the beginning of the Harvest sandwich line each year. We ordered our first of the season today at the Arby's located at about 4000 west Sixth Street in LAWRENCE, Kansas. The chicken, pecan, apple, grape salad covered less than one-third of the bread and a huge quantity of lettuce made the sandwich appear to be a full portion. We may try a different Arby's for comparison but if we receive another poor excuse for a sandwich, we will no longer be Arby's customers.

I went to your restraint in Middletown Ohio on Elliot Drive today 06/04/2018. The boy working the front counter had a plastic glove on and was using the computer and serving fries with the same gloved hand. The manager was yelling at everyone. The restraint was dirty and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered a farm fresh salad with roast turkey. I was given no receipt. Then when I got back to work, I opened my salad and it had fried chicken on it. If I wanted fried food, I would have ordered that. Now, since I used my lunch break, I get to sit here and be hungry until I can clock out for the day. This is the third time, that I have given this place a change and all three times, my food has been messed up. The other two times, I ordered a roast turkey and Swiss with no mayo. The first time I was given a turkey bacon wrap, the second time, I was given a turkey gyro. I was not able to eat either of those items and went hungry those days too. Today was the last straw, I will no longer be eating at your restaurants. Please get that place some help, it needs a complete new crew with proper training.
brisket sandwich
I won't lie I really do love these sandwiches but every single time I go to this one in Milwaukee Wisconsin on a hundred and 11th and Silver Spring when I order the sandwiches there always made so sloppy yesterday my fried onions were on half of the sandwich the cheese half on half hanging out the side Mayo ratio ridiculously low. Sad. meat was dry which why is so important that the Mayo and barbecue ratio be on point.
I feel like management up there is just letting anything go out the door.. I would have asked for my money back but at the moment I was so hungry I just ate it I adjusted the sandwich myself but I'm making this complaint and hopes that someone talks to them and they get it together

The manager was telling at the employees in front of a store full of customers. She was very rude and we weren't going to wait in line listening to her treat her employees horribly. We will not be going back to Arby's if that continues. There were multiple people in line that didn't enjoy watching such behavior as well. Stressing your employees out is not a way to get anything done, especially done correctly.

I was at arbys on us1 and offered a homeless man a meal. I walked in and ordered him a meal and manager scolded me about this homeless man was the same one that digs through dumpster for food and he didn't want him in there eating the meal I bought him. I proceeded to tell him I paid hes eating with me. He sat with us and it turns out this man was a navy vet served on navy ship for 25 years and was fighting for his benifits really arbys manager was still being a jerk to where multiple customers left because they were mad at manager making comments. This man was hungry and manager said he is not allowed to get food out of dumpster. I finally told him to hush and let him eat. I told manager after he left that this man fought for this country and I didn't need him telling me about this man eating out of dumpster. I told him this man didn't approach me asking for food I approached him I saw him counting change and something well God told me to offer food. Sad and shame on Arbys

The chocolate cookie I received was so bad that the paper was stuck to the cookie.
I had to dig with my finger nail to get some paper off the back of the cookie.
It was also hard as a rock and couldn't be eaten.
I hope to receive a response to replace the cookie we couldn't eat tonight

milkshake machine is always down
I was just at the Arby's on Frederica Street in Owensboro Ky (10:40pm) and attempted to order two jamocha shakes and was advised by the drive thru representative that the machine was down for the night. This location does not close until 1am so it's annoying to be told at over 2 hours before closing time that the machine is down just because they have already cleaned it and don't want to mess with cleaning it again. Full menu should be available until at least 15 minutes until closing time. We just drove over to McDonalds instead and gave them our money.
drive through order
I paid 19.00 tonight for my wife and my dinner French dip, Greek salad, 2 orders of jalapeno poppers. We live approximately 20 minutes away. My wife did not receive the correct salad, my French dip had No dip, now that means a dry roast beef sandwich because I don't get condiments for a French dip! Insult to injury after paying what 2.99 an order for these poppers we received 1 cup of dipping sauce just Stupid!
car wash on our property
The Arby's on FM 1960/Breck in Houston, Tx keeps having car washes on our property and they have been told many times by security, police and property management not to have them on our property but to have it on theirs. It's also a high traffic area and don't want the risk of any of these kids getting hit by passing motorist. Can you please address this since it seems to be falling on deaf ears, I appreciate it.
wrong orders
Today 05-19-2018, I went to my local Arby's and ordered a Bourbon BBQ chicken sandwich. I asked for no onions and extra cheese. When I got home and opened the box, the bun was burned, the chicken was dry and overcooked, there was barely any BBQ sauce, and yes there were onions, and no extra cheese...which, as you know cost extra. The time before that I ordered a regular roast beef and cheddar, with extra cheddar and a large diet Pepsi. (You guys must have recently switched to Coke.) She repeated the order to me, and I said yes, that is correct. I get my sandwich with no extra cheddar. She gave me Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi, good thing I took a sip. I handed it back to her and said, I said diet Pepsi. She said, oh I thought you said regular Pepsi. No she didn't, she repeated the order to me and clearly said diet. This place needs a complete overhaul. I think that the left hand doesn't even know there is a right hand.

fish sandwich
Please bring back fish sandwich! You have the best fish sandwich of all fast food restaurants. You carried it for a limited time. I never went to arby's because I am not a meat eater. Friends that frequent arby's regularly told me about it so I went with them and continued to go regularly (by myself) to get the delicious fish sandwich. Now I went to get one only to find out they were discontinued! Please help us fish lovers to enjoy your delicious fish sandwich! Thanks!

Hi I love Arby's, but why do they always serve the food in boxes? Everything is in a box of some sort, even when you eat there. So much waste, not counting the amount of trash you have to get rid of because it's bulky! Stop putting everything in a box please. Let's have a cleaner Earth 🌏 less trash, also you would save money, by not putting everything into take away boxes, and garbage bags, and dumping the dumpster

My son and I are huge Arby's fans. We've kind of grown up together at Arby's. It's our go to restaurant. But now it's the final days of the Pepsi days at our restaurant. They're all switching to coke. We're incredibly sad. Is there any chance you'll be switching back soon? Could you offer both? You've got pull, just tell both coke and Pepsi the way it's going to be. First of all they got part of my order wrong. I got a classic meal with fries and a shake, a classic beef and cheddar meal with potato cakes and a drink, and a classic roast beef. My beef and cheddar had NO cheese. Then I went to fill my drink and there were NO lids. My daughter had put her toys at the table and ran over to me and a girl working there threw her toys away and then when I confronted her all she said was sorry and smiled at us. The store was dirty, trash was full. And NOTHING was stocked!

Saturday 1135pm storage facility close at 12 p.m. People are still in the store but they got the doors locked The person working in Arby's says the store close at 11:30 but the sign says 12 their must change their sign out side of their business if store hour have changed it's only fair to the customer she tell me it close at 12pm and point to the sign and it's 11.35 she had no answer for me I looked up on the internet and it's said close at 12pm so what going on here.can some one from Arby's be explained this to me
Quality of food & length of ordering time
Hello... let me start off by saying that I am a huge Arby's fan! I eat at Arbys quite often for lunch... my favorites are the sliders, and brisket and most recently, the Greek gyro's.
Last week, I went through the drive-through at one of your restaurants in Tulsa. It was early afternoon (after the lunch rush). There was no one ahead of me at the drive through window... but I had to wait several minutes for someone to answer and take my order after yelling "hello" several times into the speaker. I then placed my order for (2) roast beef sliders and (2) turkey sliders and a drink. I pulled through and there was one vehicle ahead of me at the pick-up window. Here is where the problem occurred... I waited (I kid you not) 20 minutes behind this one car! Other cars stacked up behind me - at least 4 that I could see. Two of those cars eventually turned around and pulled away - even though they had already placed their orders. Honestly, I would have done the same, but there was no where for me to go because of fencing immediately to my right. When I FINALLY go to the pick-up window, my order was STILL not ready. I turned my car off again and waited several more minutes. No one even had the courtesy to provide an explanation or apologize for the delay... so much for "fast food"! But the worst part... when I got back to my office, there were (2) turkey sliders, but only (1) roast beef slider (my boss was NOT happy) - and no drink. I was so flustered after sitting in a hot car for 20 minutes, I guess I forgot my drink.
Sooooo... today, I decided to go back to a different Arbys restaurant, BUT decided instead, to go inside to place my order, AND double-check my order BEFORE leaving. Looking at the delicious-looking photo of the Greek Gyros Salad, I decided on that. The counter attendant was courteous and friendly, and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time. I checked and the correct salad and salad dressing were, in fact, in the bag! yay! I returned to my office and realized that when I opened the salad, it did NOT look at all like the advertising photo. There was very little gyro meat - (unlike the gyro sandwiches that I usually get) some was even burnt, no onions, a few tomatoes pieces - but the worst part was the brown, lettuce "ends". I was able to eat about half, before it just became totally un-appetizing. I've included a photo of the remains.
These two unfortunate experiences have me questioning if I will return to Arbys like I typically do 2-3 times per week.

On am complaining about the discriminatory and unfair treatment I have received at Arby's Restaurant. I have noticed that the amount of meat filling in an order I make is ALWAYS half of what is served compared to when my husband places an order. This is disgusting and unacceptable. The Customer has at right to receiving 100% of the product paid for regardless of gender.
triple stack
Today I went to purchase a sandwich from this store one that I've had many times before from previous stores. This time i order the triple stack and did not receive what i ordered. This isn't the first time this has happened I just shrugged it off. But this time the crew member at the window was rude. Like many times before when I had problems with the store it always seem to be with whomever is at the window. When you first drive up they are rude as if they dont want to be there this is reflected in their work and the way they interact with customers.
