Hello, my order is showing as collected when I didn’t collect it. I went to the store last Sunday but I was waiting over half an hour for the employee at the desk. When no one arrived after this time I gave up without my parcel. This was at Asda fleetwood store. Not only was the service terrible I don’t have my parcel and I haven’t been contacted about it. Please could I raise a formal complaint as I also rang and nothing was resolved and I haven’t received an email with an update as promised. Currently without the items or a refund. I cannot seem to get an answer from anywhere it’s absolutely shocking service and correspondence.

In your next communication with the Asda customer service, I suggest that you provide your order number and specifically state what your problem is. In case this is not and they take time, then thinking of customer care as an alternative would be an option. Also where collecting the parcel did not involve you, you might want to request for a refund. It is important that you keep documents of everything that has been said.
