On Monday, June 5, 2023 we I went to the store to speak with the manager, but to no avail. You refused my Legal Right, by stating you system was hacked and not working, but again you can take money and orders. You refused to cancel my order again.
Per our Sales Contract, It clearly states the following:

“Cancellations
You must cancel your order at least 48 hours before delivery or pick-up by calling our Guest Care team at [protected]. If your order cancellation request is provided with less than 48 hours’ notice of the scheduled delivery date, we will cancel the order, and your credit card will be charged for the delivery fees.”
I have provided you more than 48 hours prior to any delivery notice, that I am cancelling our order. Per your own terms, you cannot charge me any fees and must provide a Full Refund. In addition, you have violated Federal Law, per the FTC. Either at the purchase or during my visit to your store, you were required to provide Two Copies of a Cancellation Form…Which you refused.
This will provide official notice, since your Store and your Customer Corporate People all Refused to honor our Right To Cancel. You refused to even acknowledge and plainly stated that you can’t take Cancellations since your System Is Down. You probably refused, hoping that it would put off a cancellation until you can schedule delivery.
This letter was hand delivered to your store and Video Recorded, as proof that we delivered our Official Cancellation. You already know that you have 10 days to ensure our Full Refund is posted back to the original Form of Payment. System down or not down. If you can take money, you can give it back. Ten days is Federal Law, but you already know this.
Cancel the Order, Refund our MC for $400.00. Mail a Local Check for $400.00 and Cancel the Financing with Synchrony. Once you have processed the Refunds, you will email me a copy of the Refund Authorization, a Tracking # for the Check and you will notify me when Synchrony financing is cancelled, so I can follow up with them.
Don’t make me file consumer complaints against you. It’s not necessary, but I will if you force my hand. You have 10 days to ensure my Full Refund is back to me.
