Assurance wireless took me off my services when I was using it and try to login and the screen comes up blank no way of doing anything on account. Trying to see if unlocked to transfer phone to new service provider since assurance wireless does not like customers and not reapplying for lifeline, what is the point of doing so?
There services are not that good, for one services drops lot especially when power goes out and have the same phone I joined 3 1\2 years ago and it is not doing good.
Can not contact customer to resolve issues only get recording to pay to use, which I will not do so. Not been able to contact family on b/c of this idiots since they stopped my services the 18th of last month dispute using phone and text through each month.
Desired outcome: Phone released to use with another phone company.
