They sent me a junk replacement phone in April 2024. I sent it back. they said they would send me an ATE replacement phone with a larger screen and more memory. I verified this through 12 other reps on 12 separate calls. Never got the phone. they stroked me along until the 60 day warranty had expired then they refused to send me a replacement phone stating that the warranty had expired. It's now Sept. 27 2024 and I'm still fighting with them. They keep me on hold always ..sometimes for hours. I made 6 calls today alone totaling 2 hours and 31 minutes of which 2 hours and 19 minutes were on hold after I explained my situation to them.New phone with larger screen and more memory and video call capability and 3-way calling -i need these capabilities for medical purposes as I explained to them over 111 times. I have called them over 200 times this year just to discover that they have not documented most of my calls.
