Auto pedigree durban branch service
My name is Felicity Ndela from durban. I bought a car from durban branch. Git my car on the 27th of July with the promise of my car being registered to me before the end of the week. BT till today my car is not registered and I am not updated as to why plus I am the one calling them, they don't call me nor explain to me the hold up. If I call them I get a lie after another. The disc has expired and I need to do lots on this car bt I need registration. I wish I bought a car from another professional garage. From the manager to the salesman it's all the same those people are so not professional .
Faulty car

I just wanted to bring it to your attention that I purchased a Vehicle from you on the 1st June 2017 and already on the 2nd June I had contacted you notifying you of an issue I had when I was driving the car, you came through and we discovered a large hole by the fender. You then said a new part would be ordered for me within about 2weeks. I patiently waited till today. As I have been driving the car I have been picking up different things like the bonnet not closing properly and sounds from the same wheel that has an issue, but this time it sounds like a scrapping sound not just the sound of a broken fender. I then told myself I would discuss this with you. I have been calling countless times on the landline number [protected] and your cell number [protected] and all my calls have been ignored. I then further sent an email requesting details on the part that was meant to be ordered, spare key, mud mats and updated disk. Still to date not update has been given. I then went and sent another mail requesting the accident report for the Vehicle and no response or feedback still. Please note that this car has got issues, now because I am a female I cannot tell you exactly what it is but what I can tell you is that something is wrong and something just doesn’t add up. I don’t feel safe nor comfortable in this car, I am uneasy when driving it and have to drive far on high paced roads. I am a female and drive at early hours of the morning and knock off late, if anything had to happen I would be left stranded and in danger. I must also mention based on the fact that I work at MFC I asked a few stock specialists at work to inspect the car, all of them being male and all 4 of them warning me that the car seems to have been in an accident and the front left part of the car where the bonnet doesn’t close and has a major hole in the fender calls for attention and is a sign of an irregularity.
I feel this is highly unfair of you and you have not given me what I rightfully asked for when I started my journey looking for a car with Mmatshepo. In turn I feel your highly unprofessional based on the fact that your client service promise has not been achieved nor have you given me the quality Vehicle I required. Please note I will be forced to take this further as I refuse to be indebted over a Vehicle that could possible cost me my life.
Paint peeling off from the bonnet and the roof
hi, In 2014 I bought a 2011 polo vivo from Kempton park Auto pedigree. Now the paint is peeling off from the bonnet and the roof only. I took it for assessment, I was advised that the vehicle was involved in an accident and when the re-painted it they didn't put the prime coating. i purchased a car at Auto pedigree on the 12th of January 2016, springs branch. i was promised that the car keys come with a spare keys and i would receive it at a later stage. i still have not received the spare keys for my car and now is a festive season i am going away with a car with no spare key, and if something happens to my keys what then? i raised this with a branch manager Irvan, he keeps taking my details and promise to call back but doesn't. please assist i need my spare keys ASAP, i mean its almost a year now. how long does it take to receive spare keys, 5 years? Disappointed!

Vehicle advertised was not the vehicle sold to me
On about the 24th February 2016, i signed two contracts for 2013 Mercedes Benz C200 and Toyota Etios 2015 1.5SX.
Two weeks before i approached auto pedgiree paardeneiland wanting to purchase a Toyota Quantum, i told the branch manager that i would also be interested in a Mercedes Benz and a small toyota. The branch MAnager told me that he would have to locate a Quantum but would like to get started on the two cars. i told him ok but i am unable to afford Mercedes benz without the Quantum to which he said not to worry he would sort it out. He told me that he has a Merc in white with about 70 000km, i said that the mileage is a bit high and will have to think about it and let him know in the morning. He rang me up later the day requesting if could said someone to collect my companies documents for deal. After viewing the vehicles they have available on their website i located a Mercedes benz which had around 45 000km on and was grey, all the Mercedes benz listed on Website are the same models and colour but various mileage on them. The next after the Manger called me very early i said that i would come and see him as i have found an other car that im interested in. Upon my visit i again asked him about the Quantum to which he said that he has located me a quantum and is about 70 percent done with that deal. i then told him about the car i saw on the website as did some research and would rather go for that one. he said ok and we went ahead.
When the 24th came the day which i was to collect vehicles and still not having a Quantum i again asked the Manger about it he said again that he will concentrate on it today. After signing both contracts he told me that the Mercedes Benz will be here shortly and if could excuse him as have another client.
when the merc came i immediately noticed that there were stickers on the windscreen and the rear bumbers and a mark on them. when asking one of the sales man i was told that he would ask the Manager, he came out and said hes not sure . he tried scratching it of with his nails then went to fetch a scissors, which did not work. he said will check with Depot and let me know in the morning. i also noticed after that all the vehicles on the website has parking sensors and this one did not and when informing him he responded that not all has this feature. The vehicle was kept with auto pedigree almost the entire following month due to repairs/services and breakages on the vehicle
i feel that i was forced into purchisng a vehicle and it was sold under false pretence.

Car service
I bought a car from auto pedigree westgate. The same day I noticed that the car was faulty. I took it back and they said they took the car for fixing. I demanded an exchange or my money back and to date I am still waiting for my car. My money is with them and I don't have a car. I am panicking and everytime I call I'm told the matter has been forwarded to the CEO. Still there is no feedback. I am even thinking of calling the police.
No use of it
On 4th April 2011 I bought a new CHERY TIGGO 2.0lt from AutoPedigree in Trichardt, cash for R180 000.
Since I had no use of the vechile because of gearbox problems. The vechile now is standing for 6 weeks at AD Gearbox Centre in Trichardt, where it was for the past year regulary.
Please help me to regain use of my vechile

I bought BMW 1 series from Autopedigree in JHB Westgate branch in October 2007. On collecting the car I noticed that the keys for the car were faulty and the salesman said he will order another key for me. To date I'm still waiting for the keys. For two years now I've been driving with a faulty key and no spare key.
At the same time the car was due for service and again he told me to service the car and I must fax the invoice to refund me. Till to day I'm still waiting for the refund. Each time when I'm calling the branch I've been told that the matter is being adressed and forwaded to the Regional Manager. I don't know how many times they have changed the Westgate branch Manager as each time when I call I've been told that we now have a New Manager. They always promise to get back to me and not even once they ever did and I must call them. I don't know how many times I have been faxing letters as well as proof of payment for the service. This has been the worse service I ever came across. They don't value their customers and give feedback.
Bought my polo vivo at auto pedigree thohoyandou june 2022 and havent received my spare key ,have found my car unlocked two tomes already while its parked at the mall. The branch manager is not answering my calls when i contact him. And the person who assisted me when i was buying is also not assisting
I bought a Hyundai Tucson from Pretoria gezina branch the car has two colours now, I phoned them they said I must bring the car on arrival. Mr wessel the salesperson told me I will have a driver to take you home. He doesn't even know when the car will be back from wherever they are taking it to. I told him I need a car on daily basis for me and children to school. Pls someone teach this people how to deal with such a situation, me as a client l am not happy at all, they treated like trash he phoned me to bring the car, my time and my expensive petrol coc I had to drive back home with my car. I would like to do that since I need to service my car and I’m told that is out of service because of the year model and when I bought my car I bought a 2011 car only to find out later that it was resisted in 2010and I was robbed in the process my car is still at 47000km and the service plan is at 90000km I need this to be fixed please I beg you in the name of God.

I would like to complain about my car the chery tiggo Reg: BJ64WJ GP that I bought in 2011 June, my ID number is [protected] after I have sign the contract mfc pick it up that the car was actually registered in [protected] and I have to sign a new agreement for it as it will change the service plan and the manager at Auto pedigree springs branch Mr Kornell Human said he will fix everything about the service plan he still need to discuss it with the his manager now lately when I went to auto pedigree in springs he has been moved and does not work there anymore so I will like mfc to recalculate for me how much the auto pedigree has to give me back as its not my fault that auto pedigree they have registered that car in 2010 march and I buy the car with the price for 2011, I feel I have been robbed and I am being discriminated as a black woman I also feel that Kornell Human new everything about the registration of my car he just wanted to make money from me illegally and mfc pick it up .I cannot be buying a 2010 car with the price of 2011 cars please fix this for me what about the whole year and 3 month I have lost on the service plan surely mfc can fix this for me I have been a good customer for mfc to be robbed like .
