After lot many calls & e-mails nobody was responding. At last I mailed things to Chairman of Axis Bank. Within 24 working hours i got call from their Mumbai office & Delhi Office. Delhi guy named Mr. Gulati promised within two days his person will visit to settle the things. Till date even after one week nobady came, no phone calls. Above all my saving account kept in lien & sending me legal notice. If you call customer service its pathetic. They will keep you on hold for more than 5 to 10 min. after which response will be of no use.
I am using Axis bank credit card for more than two months now and i have not received any statements yet.
I have changed my mobile number recently and hence did'nt get any sms alerts as well.
i aplied for axis bank silver card but they send me silver plus in which they have annual charges which they send my with bill. From that day i complaied in coustomer care that its wrong that they send me silver plus as i applied silver only so they send me silver card in change of silver plus but bill is still coming of silver plus card now they r forcing me to pay bill and after notice they deduct from my account. so i would say aanever to take axis back card
Yet i am not received my monthly statement through courier or Email.
above mentioned email id already with you and also given standing instration to send very month my cerdit card statment to my email id also.
but yet not received the same.
so send me urgenlty my credit card due is 10.11.08 & todays date is 04.11.08, hope u understand urgency

yes they are cheaters and even in my case also they had deducted the amount from my saving bank account and when you call they keep on telling that it will come to your accout witin 24 hours. if you have the email id of chairman of axis bank. please give forward me the same.

U r absolutely right i got my axis silver credit card by june2007 from that date to till today i did not receive any bills not even one month.Every month i use to call those people fight with them and get my bills and use to pay the money.Very worst service i had ever faced with any other banks.if you have the email id of chairman of axis bank. please give forward me the same.

They charged me extra charges without any notice. Whenever I called there customer support they didn't pick up the phone. Really the worst service ever. Never get the credit card from the Axis Bank.
beware of Axis bnk credid cards...from staffs to management..all frauds...they will dare to freeze your account even after settlement of your credit card just to loot your money
