We bought two couches in January. Two weeks after having them, one of our couches broke. A tech came out a week or two later and confirmed the reclining mechanism was broken. I bought a mattress from your company in Newnan GA about 3 months ago. The mattress has completely broke down. Your store sent a tech out who agreed it had broken down. The store manager was possibly the rudest most sarcastic person I have ever spoke with and told me the contract was null and void and live with it. Please tell me how this is acceptable to take someone's hard earned money for a mattress that has broken completely down in less then 3 months and then do nothing to make it right. I'm so dissapointed in the quality of the product and customer service from a well known company.
Sofa set
We thought it was just us but every time we set on the the couch or love seat it makes a noise like a broad is broke or something but time we miss or payment not there by the 15 of the month they call us but we have said something about and no by said anything at all and the same thing with the fabric protection with it paying money for a sofa set that makes noise when you set on it and get up that a mess 1/30/19 Thanks
Very poor customer svc, misleading info and a rip off
My husband and I applied for credit and purchased a dining room table and bedroom set. Was to be delivered the following Saturday. We stopped in the Friday before to purchase a couch and was told our original purchased furniture would need to come off the truck that evening as we hadn't made a payment, and all is required to come at the same time. We re-scheduled all to be delivered three weeks later as that was the only Saturday that was next available. New house, no furniture. Two days prior we received an email confirming delivery for Friday. Called to speak with our sales rep who said we agreed on Friday. We would never had agreed to Friday as my husband and I both work. She explained there was no deliveries scheduled for Saturday as the delivery guy had off. Next Saturday delivery would be two more weeks. Frustrated I called back the next day to speak with a manager. She asked time I could be available Friday and we set time for after 5pm. And our sales rep couldn't go the extra mile and do that! After the furniture was delivered, we received an email to confirm our first payment AND second payment for the month. Our sales rep never informed us we were required to make TWO payments a month. Again, spoke to our sales rep who said she had no idea Snap requires two payment…. VERY MIS-LEADING! She even stated another customer cancelled for the same reason. Customers need to know this as they may not be able to afford two payments. We decided to send all the furniture back and went to Crazy Deals in Fort Myers who has great prices and financing. BADCOCK - very poor customer service, mis-leading info, not knowledgeable and a rip off! Don't waste your time!

I purchased a king bed as well as mattress at your garner location 3/16/2018. I returned to the store with concern of the mattress in hopes of exchanging it. My complaint was the mattress was to soft. I wanted to exchange for a firmer mattress. I was told I was 1 week past my warranty nothing could be done. Which came off as distateful seeing as how I paid $899.95 for the mattress with a $65.97 mattress protector so the mattress is still brand new. I've spoken to all managers at the store location there was a lack of concern for the situation I was told to buy another mattress and just pay for 2 which was utterly ridiculous. I still haven't recieved a call or email regarding anything to help which let's me know Im just another customer. Im still not happy with this mattress its way to soft for my back. I would like to exchange this mattress as soon as possible. If nothing can be done I will pay my remainding balance and shop else where for my new furniture. It has nothing to do with the price its about principle and caring about your customers, at this point I'm still gonna need a mattress. Your Garner NC store location has a lack of concern for customers when there is a problem yet they are great at selling the product.

I brought the a bedroom set and dinning room since 11/25 /18 they have delivered however the dining dinning set was completely damaged.when they comes a second times there was a bad weather raining one of the chair was a really damaged is seem like a floor samples, there was no screw to put in the table together. My husband and I have many pieces of furniture that we have purchased from Babcock. We have also purchased a bedroom set that we are pleased with, aside from our headboard which is now peeling terribly. It is bubbling and pieces are falling off. It looks terrible and I have pictures enclosed of the damage. We would like to continue purchasing furniture from your company and would like this situation resolved in the form of your company providing us with a replacement headboard. Power recliner catnapper defect
customer # 718h942622 I spoke with pamela today and told her about my proplem with the chair and lack of response from the store in NC shallotte. for 2 1/2 months there ordering the part after their tech came out to look at it. now they have my chair for a month now. the store manager is never in the store, and doesn't return my phone calls. their going to repair my new chair, when ? I've been asking for a new chair, but at this point i would like a full refund of 808.00 dollars.

I am a 56 yr old woman w/ a Down syndrome bro. I have money and credit. Worked very hard for all I have. I chose Badcock above RTG& local Furn. I thought it was the best. I bought 10000. Worth. The truck came & got stuck in my drive. I called my friend for a jack to jack the truck up. I got a a dresser scraped & dented & chunks out of it & drawers wobbled they took 20% when I opened the middle drs. They would not shut & hinge loose.My night stands the doors will not shut on them unless I pick up the hinges to shut then they are not flush. Now they said 25% could not do more. My chest destroyed to be ordered. My real leather couch they destroyed the back trying to get it in & tore my living room wall off & dented walls. said it would not go they were going to take it back. I had to tell them to get it out turn it the other way & how to bring it in, then the damage I could see. They said 20% that's it. The electric recliner is off centered & the sofa leather has extra wrinkle defect. They used markers to cover furniture. The sleigh bed & dresser is cheaper then the one I seen and the walls were hit with that furniture dented & scraped. Then marketed that. This is unacceptable. They offered to take it back, but the damage was already done. I had done without furniture for 2 weeks shopping around for exactly what I wanted. I ordered this pd. 5000.00 dn & financed the rest. I need the furniture & I was not going to let them take it back for fear of their work tearing the house up more. I'm thru talking to the store. Not only my furniture but my house was destroyed and I have to answer for that and fix those. Please this is not acceptable and I understand people work on commission but when it is at the cost of The trusting customer No No No. I would like to have someone call me or come out & look at it. Reclining couch
I've had the couch for about a year. The foot rest when reclined sag towards the middle. The cushions are already wore out. Both end seat drop down toward the middle. The arm rest cushions are almost none existent. They are hard. I am still paying for this crappy furniture and am very unhappy with the quality and workman ship of this furniture. I will never purchase from this store again! I'm not a heavy person this couch should last me for several years.
Living room set bad cheap quality you have to do better
I bought a living room set for 2600.00 dollars the quality is cheap the one chair squeaks when pulled back as its rocking and leans to one side disgusting . The chair is already wrinkle and have not had it for a year yet. The customer service at the store was terrible i had to ask for someone else to help me . Customers should be treated right and receive satisfaction when purchasing, some people just do not care it is just sad .Dissatisfied Customer .

Whirlpool washer
On September 28, 2018, I had a washer and dryer delivered to my home at 9:40 pm in Griffin, Ga. Although I paid for install and delivery, they placed it under my garage and left. They came back the following Tuesday to connect it, but they could not get the plug out and had to bring another one. They then brought the demo washer from the floor. They did not reduce the price or ask if I wanted the demo. This one jumps and moves around on the floor. In addition, the store has lied to the corporate office by saying I had planks on the floor. I have a concrete floor. Now I am being told that I have to wait for Whirlpool sends someone out. I feel cheated out of my money, sold a defective product from the store, and disrespected. The delivery person stated to the manager that the shocks were gone in the dryer when it was delivered. I am now spending additional money to go to the laundromat to was my clothes. I do not want this defective product in my home. Please help me and demonstrate that you respect me as a consumer and value my business.
Sectional
We purchased a sectional along with a tv console with fireplace on 03/15/2017, the fireplace has been great however the sectional has been a horribly made piece of furniture.We have had 5-6 service calls on the sofa and now since our warranty expired we are dealing with the extrnded warranty company.We have had the pullcord on the recliner break twice and the corner wedge they have added foam do to balling up in a knot and the stitching was ripped and they tried to fix it but now it is coming apart again. I called the extended warranty company and they WILL NOT fix anything but the cord. Nothing was never fixed properly no matter how many time we called. Now we are stuck with something that is not in good condition after 1 year of owning and we take good care of our stuff.We pay our bill before time and are very disappointed with Badcock !
Mattress
I bought sum mattress from Tara boulevard office in Clayton County, Georgia. First of all I rented truck and was told that I would have to wait til the next Day because no one be there on Sunday to load my mattress. So Monday I was told I would have to load because no one was in to load. So I told lady guy had told me to come. So manager told me I would have to load it. While me and son was loading I noticed box spring was broke. So manager found another box spring. Then I noticed mattress had oil on it. So she took $67.00 off. When I got home and put mattress set on bed, I noticed mattress has sink and look like box spring is wrong box spring. I called manager on Tuesday and was told I would have to bring mattress up to store and switch out when other mattress comes in. And I didn't qualify for delivery for getting $67 off. I'm not satisfied with having to pay another $100 to rent a truck for the store mistake in selling me defective merchandise. Can I just refund everything
Labor day sale
My son, daughter in law, grandbabies and I walked in and was met by a very nice gentleman . He told us about the Labor Day Sale and told us about the back discount room. We found a sofa in the discount room and it had no price. The manager said it was marked down to $250 dollars.We said we would take it and a rug in the discount area and we would order a love seat. The manager messed around and said she couldn't sell this to us until Tuesday after we waited 1 hour. What kind of sales practice is that. A mother and daughter was at the discount area and walked away because we had been waiting so long and also wanted to take their sofa that day, but was tired of the managers game. They lost several sales with us and the mother and daughter. Besides us and the mother and daughter the store was smoky the whole time we were in there.

Attention Corporate Level of Badcock Furniture:
On the early afternoon of 08/25/2018 my son and I spent about 1.5 to 2 hours in Badcock located in Columbia, SC off of Decker Blvd. I ordered over 4100 worth of furniture. The salesman Sherman was very helpful and I explained to him I just had purchased my first home and that I needed the transaction to go smoothly because it would require me to take time off work as well as I couldn't move into the home without it. I was promised the delivery date of 08/30/2018 at the time my order was placed nothing was on back order. Sunday 08/26/2018 I came into Badcock because I didn't like the dining table that I ordered which I told Sherman I would sleep on and make sure I wanted, overnight I decided it really wasn't the look I was going for so John deleted it after we made sure we had the proper table because I ordered two tables. I was still good to go for my Thursday delivery date of 08/30/2018. Thursday came and I was told the delivery window would be between 1:30 and 5:30, at 12:16 I received a phone call that they were 15 min away. I put my contractors in place because at this point I planned my lunch around the specified delivery time. The contractor called to tell me there were only one bed, and no mattress. I head to my residence while calling Badcock and speaking to Sherman who then is relaying to his manger what is going on because I am extremely upset the manager doesn't show any remorse or empathy he basically says "oh well", the mattress now is on back order and the bed for my son got deleted some way. Once I arrive to the residence I ask the men where is the rest of my stuff and how is there a box spring but no mattress they don't know what to do or say so they call there manager and while I am still on the phone with Sherman I hear the manager tell them nothing can be done so I tell them take it all back I don't want it. They say they can't, I tell them it's a wasted trip and they are going to have to come back for it. Sherman then asks me to bring my original paperwork to the store so they can see why the system deleted it which makes no sense to me why Badcock a huge corporation can't see this on their own system. I make it to the store once I leave work early at 4:40pm there are 3 fat guys in the office and you can tell they are some form of management (a black one, one who looked like George Zimmerman, and a white one who was getting his vehicle serviced next door) As we were at the counter over an hour not one walked to see if everything was okay or to apologize. Sherman calls Stefon and Justin who then promise my furniture by 09/4/18 and 10% of f and that the furniture that was left would be picked up on 08/31/2018. On 08/31/18 I get a call that the furniture can't be delivered by then and that Justin hasn't got the approval yet on the 10% which is the Labor Day Sale it's not like they were doing an added favor for me. So I tell Sherman who Badcock continues to have relay the information instead of a form of management since I am the paying customer. I tell him I am in the process of moving and that this is sooo inconveniencing that the order can be canceled. Stefon proceeds to call for the FIRST time and same as Justin puts it off on the company and says nothing can be done. Unacceptable. I am soooo frustrated and aggravated with Badcock they do not have to worry about a customer in me. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time. I just find this unacceptable. Management doesn't care and everyone can make errors and not be held accountable. Sherman and John were great. Justin, Stefon, and the 3 fat guys who are some form of management are not. I can't see how a company plans to succeed and leave bad reputations like this. The things I heard management use when they didn't realize how loud they were talking to Sherman and the driver just isn't cool. Whether it's SC or another state.

Chair repair
Your Wilson store is very bad in keeping its promises to return calls. I called several times to ask about my chair being repaired and it's the same song and dance we will call you back and they never do. This is very irritating and if I was to miss a payment you will be all over my back about. All I want is a phone call or at least keep me informed about what is going on.
Unable to find using google
I received notification today from W.S. Badcock corporation concerning my account #666h299572 stating I had disregarded previous requests that I make a payment on my account and that if I wanted to retain the merchandise purchased!
No, I don't want my freezer picked up but linda at the cairo georgia badcock store is a ball faced lier. I have contacted her many times, which she says I haven't, lie #1. When I bought the freezer and dining room table and chairs, both times, I told the lady drawing up the papers that I did not want the insurance, first time I didn't know they put it on because I wasn't told about it but when I found it, I had to go back to store and sign papers to have it removed. When table and chairs were bought, I told them ahead of time I did not want insurance, but when I got back to my vehicle, I noticed it was added so I turned, going right back into the store and signing papers again, only this time, they were told ahead of time, that I didn't want it. I never paid attention to papers when they came each month, but when I did, I called and that, woman you have working for you, told me that I needed to come in and sign papers to have the insurance removed. When I told her I had already told as well as signed the damn papers and she had the god given nerve to tell me, I hadn't signed any papers and that she pulled my file and that there weren't any signed papers. This is crap, last time I went back to sign papers again, I told them I needed someone to bring papers out to me to sign (bad back). That woman that lies so well, brought papers out and several smart [censored] things, then said "I should have just made you come in", my reply was, starring straight into her eyes, "I do not plan on ever setting foot in that store again". Signed papers and left on that but earlier on phone I told her I had mailed her $100.00 on 8-14. I took check with me to store and showed it to her, she didn't look at it only said"we didn't get it". I called bank on monday and they told me to give it a few more days to clear, if it didn't, they'd put stop payment on it and I could rewrite check.
I have also told that women that I was not going to pay anything due to table and chairs setting in my house for 10 days or more (stupid rule anyway) because I was injured when sitting down the chair went sliding (flying) across the floor causing me to have to grab table to keep from falling, causing injury to my right arm. Had company that witnessed this accident. I went and bought the little things you put on bottom of legs to prevent sliding, which helped a great deal. When your employee was told about this, she never said a word. Seems all she wants to do is threaten me. I have had enough of this [censored], so as far I care, I don't give a fat rats [censored], what y'all do but i'll fight you every step of the way because all of your employees actions are so wrong, she can butter you up till the cows come home but her word is not worth the price of digging a hole.

Power sofa and chair
I, too, am in the process of trying to get restitution for poor quality sofa and chair, both power, purchased from Badcock in Live Oak Florida in May, 2018. Am now dealing with a dispute on credit card so that they can handle this. Poor customer service and poor quality. I can not get satisfaction through Customer Service not can I get to speak to a supervisor, Jesus, by name. Very unsettling!

Bought $3000 in merchandise and was not told about having to buy houses separately for washing machine or a power cord for a stove. Said it was our fault by manager and salesperson at the Fairlawn VA store. Then was given brochures about warranties and found out we were being charged and when questioned said we wrapped it into your payment. Furniture was also broken and used and we were told would be brand new but now we have to bring it back to store to exchange and without a way we have to deal with it. This is the worst place ever to purchase anything. I would not recommend my worst enemy to shop in this store.
