I have been trying to get a refund under the company policy but no-one is answering my emails, so I cannot even start the refund process.

I write to you regarding a very recent purchase of a Men's Baerskin Beanie in black at £17.95p.
Unfortunately upon delivery, I could automatically see that the Beanie is the wrong size for my head i.e. wrong for the way that I like to wear a Beanie.
On the above basis, I would like to return the Beanie for a refund.

I didn't want to go to the Consumer Ombudsman or write negative reviews unless it was absolutely necessary.
If I haven't heard from you by the 18th December 2023, I will start the process of exercising my legal rights & freedoms afforded to me under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Claimed loss: £17.95 + postage for a Beanie that I do not want and cannot seem to return.
Desired outcome: Baerskin to give me some customer service and acknowledge my emails so that we can start the returns process as per their established company policy.
