Security Tag left on Purchase
We purchased a 3 pack of socks from the Bershka men's store in Ibiza town while on holiday. No alarm went off when we left the store and we didn't realise til we were packing to come home.
Packed the socks in hold luggage with tags and receipts.
Contacted Bershka on our return, seem to be getting automated replies, and going round in circles despite sending them all the information they've asked for. They just insist I go to a Bershka store but I live nowhere near one!
The worst customer service I've come across, emails have been going back and forward for 3 weeks but no thread of the emails, just new ones every time.

Electronic tag still attached on delivery
September 2022. Electronic Tag Still Attached on Delivery. I have just read a similar complaint by another customer. It's impossible to complain to the company as no address is provided for written complaints - only a phone number and a chat line. The phone number is expensive and the person on the chat was wholly unhelpful.
Only a returns label was provided. I returned the item, but nothing was suggested about replacement of the faulty item. I had to return it - at my own fuel cost and then re-order via the website in which I could no longer claim free delivery because I needed to purchase more than one item.
I love the clothes, but the customer service is nothing more than 'dire'.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate an apology and a voucher for free delivery for a replacement, or a free replacement or a refund for part of the re-order I have just placed.
Security tag left on an online order and online help did nothing to help except send a return label i did not ask for !!!!
I placed an order of three pairs of trousers, the one of which I wanted to keep had the security tag left on it. Clearly I cannot remove this at home and would have to go into store which is hours away from me hence why I ordered them in the first place. I went onto an online chat and they did nothing but send a return label without my permission and did not try and resolve my issue at all !
Opening time
Hello there,
I am reaching out to you as me and many other customers are waiting for your stuff to open your store. It should be opened at 11:30, it’s 11:45 and the store is still closed. We see the crew walking inside the store very chilled.
There was really a lot of customers waiting and they all left very upset.
Hope you will sort this out and let the stuff know about very uneccaptable situation. Specially when it’s in London on Oxford Street, which is very busy area for shopping.

Charging for paper bags
Dear Bershka, why are you charging Irish customers for paper bags?
The levy for plastic bag use was introduced some years ago and paper bags are exempt.
I have shopped with my teenage daughter and left horrified that I was charged for the use of a paper bag. Who goes into a clothes shop and leaves without having their purchase put in a bag. When did this become optional?
I'm really annoyed about this and can't think of any reason you would justify such practices.
Please explain yourselves.

Clothes delivery
I’m so so annoyed with Bershka. I ordered 2 dresses, some shoes, some sunglasses and a bag. Firstly the sunglasses just weren’t in the package? Second one of the dresses has a security tag on so I can’t wear it? Thirdly the other dress I couldn’t even try on because the zip was broken? I’ve reached out to the company on Facebook and over email and heard nothing. This is absolutely appalling, I have paid for 3 items I can’t even use/don’t even exist. I don’t know how to go about getting a refund because I can’t even send back one of the items as it never arrived. If anyone can help that would be great.
Staff conduct
I went to Bershka in Cardiff today and there were two workers in the changing room. One of them was talking very loudly, almost shouting. They were talking about some personal issues. They took a while to notice me waiting to be allowed in to the changing room and once in there, I was unable to concentrate on trying on my clothes because of their conversation, despite having ear plugs in due to their noise. I found their chat very very unprofessional and one of their voices was also unfortunately just so loud and also intensely grating.
I have no issues with people talking as I have worked in retail and understand it is nice to talk but I think that using inside-voices and also paying attention to your customers should come first.
This lady with the grating voice then went on to serve me at the till (unfortunately as I was hoping to raise this complaint quickly in store).. she started dancing and talking about the music to her colleague and that he should text her the details etc, instead of concentrating on the transaction.
Desired outcome: Can this worker be told that her behaviour is unprofessional. She was a young woman with brown wavy hair and an American accent in the St Davids 2 store. Perhaps all workers could be told to be quieter in the changing rooms.
Service
I am plus size and have been in this store before so I know that there are options for me which is great! I appreciate that loads! However, my last experience in store left me teary eyed and empty handed. I got about £100 worth of things to try on but the fitting rooms were not clear on if you could go straight in or if they wanted you to wait so, i politely asked. I was met with an extremely venomous look up and down by a staff member who then huffed at me like I shouldn’t have been there. She just waved me in and then carried on her lovely conversation with another customer half my size. From the way she looked at me it was clear she didn’t want someone of my size in her shop. I am usually very confident but this interaction left me quite hurt. I think maybe so members of staff need to be reminded of kindness since their actions have left a loyal customer feeling unwelcome and unwanted

Service in Bristol store
I would like to make a complain about your Bristol store. I went to the store on Saturday 9th April at around 4.15pm with my two daughters. Both wanted to try on items so they went together to the changing rooms and went into different cubicles. My daughter is 15 and has severe anxiety and she called me from the changing room as she was finding things overwhelming and wanted my help. I went to the front of the line and asked the lady if I could go to my daughter and she was extremely rude and told me I had to stand outside. I tried to explain my daughter needed help and again told me to get out of the changing room. Another lady came into the changing room at the same time and she wanted to go in with her daughter and again the lady was really rude and told her to get out.
I was extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. My daughter has a mental health condition and needs support in situations. She was very upset by the way we were treated.
I work with special needs young people and does that mean that in your stores you would not allow an adult to go into a changing room to assist them?
I went in to purchase around £70 of items and I can tell you that I will not be going into your Bristol store again.
I am not sure what your policy is about the changing rooms but I suggest you look at it regarding young people who may need assistance. I would also suggest that you teach your staff in the changing rooms some manners and compassion.

I'm trying to buy stuff with Mastercard and then payment apears to my bank app i push aprove and just nothing happens, shoping cart reloads. There are no issues with my card or app, i checked. I tried diferend browsers, its the same.
After i called [protected] she just told me to delete my browser cookies. That didint worked. After calling directly to local shop they told they cant do anything becous its online shoping. How the [censored] i supost to buy my [censored]ing shoes witch are with bigger pads, so i would be taller, becous i have date in monday and she is 3cm highter?
And then i tried to submit this complaint it told my that i have to login to my acount. I dont have the [censored]ing account.

tracking problem, customer service ignores me
i have ordered some stuff on 11th of december 2021 and the package should have been in my hands by 15 of december. well, i know, there are problems with shipping before christmas, but i still do not have my order. it is almost a month! i was conctacting the customer service many times, but i always got that, , robo-type" of email response. i was calling the servise and also chatting live with an agent. they told me about sendeng me more info asap- never did that tho. the main problem is wrong tracking number for dhl service(if anyone is trying to tell me that order number is different from the tracking one, i know. i have both numbers:)), i guess, cause i can not log it to the system. i simply want the clothes i have payed for. nothing more. can you help me, please? hope i can trust you there

Customer Service/Returns
Ordered 2 pairs of corduroy pants for my daughter's birthday (size according to Bershka site). Received them on 15 November. Because daughter was away at college, she could only try them when she came home, 17 December, which was two days after the 30 days return policy. Pants do not fit her, because their chart is not accurate. Customer service refuses to process return or exchange. This is $100 value.

Very much disappointed with Bershka, i recently placed an order. And just like any other clothing brand. I thought if the item doesn’t fit me or not satisfied with the fit I can’t return it. But now when I recieved the confirmation of the purchase. They said the item cannot be returned and when I went to the customer service. I was told this item is a “personalised product” and hence cannot process returns.
Firstly, I did not get any option to personalise this item. I just chose my size and placed the order. I have NOT customised or personalised this item that I ordered so technically they should be able to return and process refund for this if I’m not happy with this product. It seems so unfair because it’s not at all clear on their website if it’s a personalised item and considering that I’ve not customised this item. The customer service just kept on responding with an apology that they cannot do anything about this. It’s very disappointing as it’s waste of money for me also because the item wasn’t at a cheap rate.
Pants
Ordered two pairs of pants for our daughter. Ordered them so that they would get here in time as there is a shipping problem in the US. Daughter arrive home for her birthday after finishing school in another state. She tries on the pants, they are one size too small, we tried to exchange them for a size larger but we told the deadline for exchanges had passed. We just want the same pants in a size larger but the company won't work with us. It appears we a stuck with the pants AND if we want the size larger we'll just have to buy another two pair of pants. All we want is to exchange the pant we have now for the next larger size.

products delivery was not made
I ordered some products to be delivered to my uncle's house but unfortunately it was not delivered. When we try to track it, it shows the package at the pick-up point but at the pick-up point, they say that it is not there so I still have no way of receiving the package. I just hope that they see this message and help me.

Poor quality of clothing
The piece of clothing was purchased on the 7th of November, in Bershka Westfield, Shepherds Bush, London.
Clothing in-store did not shed and felt like a normal piece of clothing.
Clothing did not state special requirements for washing but after washing, the clothing shed so much that it sticks to absolutely everything, it is so bad that it is unwearable and caused intense allergic reaction.
Inditex, the mother company of Bershka, states that one of their main pillar is sustainability and puts customers at the centre of their decision-making. However, sustainability is blatantly absent from this piece of clothing since it sheds so much and causes intense allergic reactions that it is unwearable, needless to say non-sustainable; and it is also obviously not putting customers at the centre of their decision-making since they have decided to proceed with poor quality manufacturing and use of material for their clothing for, presumably, an increased profit margin.
I also felt like it has gone against the main reason why I have purchased this piece of clothing from the store at the very beginning - I thought the quality is fine at a moderately affordable price (not cheap!), but upon washing it (need to cut tag) it has gone against all the qualities I have purchased it for. The 'contract' of purchasing this piece of clothing has been broken as I have paid for the quality but turns out I have been 'scammed' once the clothing was washed.
Therefore, as compensation, I would kindly like to ask for a refund for this piece of clothing.

Suite set misplaced
Purchased suite set on 5th nov 2021 at besrshka avenues mall Kuwait gave for alteration. Didn't receive the suite set as the store has handed over to unknown customer. This is insane how can the store handover to the wrong customer without checking the receipt. Would appreciate if this can be taken care either refund or provide new suite.

I am really disappointed in how customer service bad in Egypt.
Well I bought a t-shirt and by accident my son ate the receipt.. I told them I have the date and time I bought it 14/9.. they told me they can't do anything and that's the policy..
This is so rigid, happened once with H And M
And the company and sales personal printed another copy of the receipt and they were helpful..
I don't expect anything, but I as I told them they lack training and I won't shop from Bershka again.

Refund issue cannot be solved in 1.5 months!
I bought an online Gift Card for my friend's birthday from Bershka for ₺450 on August 5, 2021 (more than 1 month ago). When my friend tried to shop with this gift card, they told her that it was a used card with a balance of ₺100 in 2020. I have called Bershka customer service many times about this issue. Although they told me that they would definitely get back to me within 3-5 business days in my first two calls, when I called again weeks later, they said that they would not say anything definite about when it would be concluded. How could such a thing happen?
People in online customer service in Turkey said that only Spain could solve the balance problem on gift cards. Okay, but can't Spain really solve this problem in 1.5 months? The customer will not be left in such a difficult situation. If you can't solve such a small problem between Turkey and Spain in 1.5 months, I would say stop doing your business online.
If you're shopping online from companies like Bershka, which forget how important online customer experience is, I would say you stop it. Otherwise, it seems very likely that you will be disgraced with your money like me.

Dear sir or madam, my daughter ordered a top on the 17th August and was emailed on the 19th August to say that it had arrived at her chosen collection point. We went to the shop on the 24th August or thereabouts to be told by the shopkeeper the item was not there.
My daughter then contacted you and was told that it would arrive for collection after 25th August and we went to the shop on the 26th August to again find out it was not there.
She has called customer service and emailed and nothing has come to fruition!
