On 8 February 2019 around 19.35h I went with my family (my mother and two brothers) to the Alexa shopping mall near Alexanderplatz, the centre of the City East. Grunerstraße 20, Berlin 10179
Together, we went to the Bershka. We found realy nice things in the shop. My mother and brother went to the changingroom to fit the colthes.
I have one brother who has a mental handicap, he has the brain and the behavior of a 6 years old boy, but in fact he is 30 years old and he looks also like a 30 years old man.
My mother wanted to be with my brother so she could help him to fit the clothes we choosed for him. But there was a very not nice lady working there (I think she was Chinees) and she told my mother not to help my brother because he was old enough. We said that my brother needed help and the he couldn't do it alone.
The Chinese gril who worked there called the manager to tell us the exact same thing: that my mother was not allowed to help my brother. My mother explained the situation for a second time, but the manager didn't want to hear anything. My mother told the manager that if the employees wants to help my brother than she will go away, but nobody of the employees wants to help him so my mother has to do it by herself.
The manager was not amused with the things my mother said and she called the security to help my mother and my brother out the fittingroom!
My mother explained the situation to the security and the security understood the situation of my brother and he really felt sorry for us. He didn't allowed the behavior of the empoyees. The security apologise on behalf of the employees.
We were really upset because we didn't do anything wrong and we felt really sorry for my sick brother; he felt really bad about the whole situation because he realised that he had a handicap and that is because of the behavior of the employees there.
It is not wrong to help the other person in the fittingroom, whearther you have a handicap or not, we do that always in Belgium and we never had any problems.
We are shocked of the whole situation because the employees are not supposed the behave like that. The manager and the Chinees empolyee were very rude and not friendly.
We hope that Bershka will speak with the manager of Alexa shopping mall because that is not good for the image of Bershka. We love to go the the Bershka it is our favorite shop, but everytime we think of the situation our hearts really aches.

Dear Team Bershka,
I shop quite often from your outlet in Abu Dhabi mall, because of my last experience I have lost all my interest in shopping from/recommending bershka. I bought a pair of shoes, wore them for 4 to 5 times in a month's time frame.
Within the first couple of weeks I could see minor signs of defect (ignorable ones) but post that in a single wear, the sides of the shoes opened up completely.. I was disheartened to see this from the brand that I love,
Post that I visited the store and reported the same to the concerned staff with the bill and the product,
I was told that I am supposed to glue it up and use it further..
Below are the questions that I want an answer for from the brand..
1. Does anyone buy a shoe only for a months time frame?
2. Is this a solution that bershka offers to each of their client who proved that the product is defective in a month with four to five times of usage?
3. Is a brand like bershka supposed to offer gluing up shoe as a SOLUTION?
4. How would a customer realise that the product is defective without using it?
I would appreciate a swift response on this, and a reasonable solution, if not I would like to have a refund as the shoes now are of no use to me..

Hello! I bought a pair of white jeans from Bershka - promenada mall- bucharest, i thing one month ago. And after the first wash- the jeans are stained in brown because of the label that is attached on the jeans. I respected the wash indications so i dont understand why this happended. I don t think that s normal and i don t think that is ok to only wear them 3 times and then-- ruined. I try to wash them with different stain solution but .. no results! Why is that brown label on white jeans if it s gonna stain them?

I bought something on sale today and i wanted to check its old price since there was a few price tags above each other the price that was showen was different from the old price why would you lie to customers ! It was 109 riyals before the sale and on the sale it shows that it was 189 and became 39 riyals . I just want your brand to be on top and not lie to customers thats it.

I want to complain regarding the workers at Saudi Arabia, Riyadh . Hyat mall branch . The workers are treating the customers really bad. They refuse to help and search for the product. And only one cashier was open, while there is more than 5 workers and other 2 paying spots . I asked them why don't they open the other cashier instead of standing together and talking and the shop was full and we were standing in a long queue. One of them looked at me and said they are not working and went back to laugh with her colleagues while doing nothing other than talking .
red hoodie I bought from china outlet online
1. I brought a red hoodie on 18-10-2018 online in Chinese outlet. Unfortunately, the clothes I received is second hand and used one(I have a lots of pictures as proof). Also with bad quality, dirty mark on the sleeve, wire leap drop out, broken hangtag...etc. it was a really really bad experience of shopping I ever had in my life. The price of hoodie is 279¥.
2. After I found these problems I contact their support staff. They said they will provide 10¥ for my compensation as the apology. I was shock with their poor service. Before I brought I already spent 10¥ just for courier fee, I don't care this small money. Later they try to offer me to send clothe back and refund my money. But the thing is I'm in Maldives, this is not easy to find a person to bring stuff for me. I have no way to back to China to send it back and refund. It's really really ridiculous because I mentioned this reason and they still keep saying same thing and don't want to sort it out for me. 3.I'm really really sorry for your bad service and bad quality you have. I followed bershka for 3 years. It's very bad experience I have in your company. Now I just want to want my money back I don't want to spend 279¥ to buy second hand used product especially clothing!

Purchased these beige corduroy trousers yesterday whilst in a Bershka store in Kraków, Poland, everything was fine in store. I picked up the pants, went to the counter and payed for them thinking everything would be great. I put them on me today, felt very comfortable and a great fit until I looked down to see a gaping hole at the end of the right trouser leg, I was shocked. I retraced all my steps and came to the conclusion that i myself couldn't possibly have caused the damage as I had only took them out of the bag less than 5 minutes previous of putting them on. To think that's Bershka would allow me to consume a product in such a state is disgraceful and I am extremely unsatisfied with the product.

I'm totally disappointed! I spent so much money on the jeans, and neither of these 2 pairs lasted for more than 2 months of every day wear! Check the huge holes that I got after 2 months! Horrible material ! Seriously I'm so shocked, and the fact that I didn't notice those homes in the first place and walked like that makes it even more embarrassing!

Today is was in the store in Berlin at kurfstendam . I was amazed by the new collection and already tried many pieces until I saw the amazing mannequins from menswear . I took my way up to the menswear section and found the items that I was looking for . On my way I found at fitting room with literately nobody in, no customer and no staff . I was happy because before I was in a crowdy fitting room where I oulndt even think clear because all what I could here was the staff yelling to customers about how many pieces they had .
I was done trying but my friend was still in the fitting room . I finally saw a staff member and wanted her about a jacket I saw but couldn't find . I asked her polite if I could ask her something . Without seeing my friend ( who is a girl by the way ) was the first thing she said that I'm not allowed there, that it's a men fitting room and I should leave to the woman's fitting room .. I was so shocked that I dindt even reacted . I'm so shocked that she looks at me, judge my gender and then tells me to leave !? What if I'm a transgender ? What if the line is so long and I went all the way up to have a less stressful experience! Honestly I hope that this is not how berska works because I would definitely not put any foot in the store again even if it was always my fav store at kdam .

I have been bought a red shirt and after 2 weeks while washing it, there was a color affect on the other cloth.
it is partialy turned into red color also.
So, i went to bershka shop asking for for the manager which he was not there and i waited him for 30 min to telling him about all circumistances (i showed him all affected cloth and the shirt), but unfortunetly he said he is sorry but he can't help me then he said that i have to submit a complaint via company website.
Conclusion is, suddenly i feel that i am dealing with a weak company

I'm Complaining about employee who gave me the receipt after payment. The problem that he didn't take off the button which make alarm if someone wants to Steal the pants; whoever I paid the money and he already gave me the receipt. And I didn't see that actually then I went home which I live so far from the shop and I found he didn't take off the Alarm tool from the pants then I go again to the shop and I paid again for taxi OMG! This is not my problem to pay alot of money to go again to the shop to take off the button or alarm device this the employee fault! Please I trust you that you will make justice and fair of it So please help I already paid so much for taxi and remember this not my fault this is the shop fault!

In August I have bought pair of trousers in bershka shop in Riga. That meant to be work trousers for me which I have only wore up to 7 times. After I have done hand washing these white letters went all in red it looks very disgusting now. What I suppose to do now ? I can't wear it any more I can only bin it. I don't care how much money I spent it's all about bad quality that your shop provides. I was one of your customers but now I don't want to back to the shop and spend money on unquality clothes. i went to the store and i wanted to refund the shirt or at least make an exchange with something else because when i put it in the laundry it become small and short but i couldn't because i lost my receipt and we already tried the product in the store and we already trust the brand so why we would keep the receipt but we didn't know that the shirt's quality is that bad

Almost two weeks ago I was in your Bershka store in Jervis Shopping Centre, Henry St. I purchased jeans there as I am a regular customer and I enjoy wearing the jeans which are sold there. Unfortunately when I got home I had come to find out that there was a tag left in the jeans. The store was busy at the time of purchase so I understand the young lad at the till was under pressure. However this does not excuse the fact that the tag was still on there. Being someone who has retail experience the tag is the first thing you should notice when dealing with a customer. This was very disappointing. I returned to the store today to have the tag removed. There was a queue at the till and seeing as I've already purchased the jeans there was no need for me to wait in the queue. As I walked up to the front of the till I noticed the same lad who served me the last time I was there as well as another female sales assistant or supervisor. I mentioned to her that there was a tag left on my item & she proceeded to tell me to wait in line. As confused & irritated I was by her answer, I walked to the not so long line as I was not in a rush. When I got to the front of the shop, I dealt with the lad and told him he had left the tag on the jeans. He took the tag off and told me to walk up to the till next time if it happens again. However this isn't common sense & tags should not be left on clothes at purchase. Before I left I told him that I was told to wait in line as it was evident that the staff do not talk amongst each other. I will no longer be shopping in this Bershka branch as the customer service that I experienced was appalling.

I purchased a dress in bershka In mahon I always shop here never really had no issues but they left the tag on my dress and obviously I couldn't take it off so I had to go back up to the shop and I don't live just down the road but I understand this can happen but when I got there the girls at the desk where so rude didn't say sorry or noting and the other girl was like make sure you check the receipt like she's obviously going to check it and I felt really annoyed because I'm being understanding of there mistake and there just being ignorant
about the employee behavior
I went to salam mall in Jeddah / Saudi Arabia at 10.45 today, Sunday 7/7/2018 for returning one piece of my clothes and the cashirist was so rude she yelled at me that I'm closing now! But still there was a line of 3-4 women ! She said that enough and get out! I said i came here from my house to return ! But she kept yelling to get out now as if I'm her youngest child ! That was so rude I never expected to face something impolite like this in your branches ! Please do something for this situation,

I am a regular customer at Bershka, both in Spain as well as in Poland where I live.
I love Bershka's clothes as well as the customer treatment they always give me.
I was in Rome two days ago and visited Bershka (on Saturday 16th June; around 3:30 PM), however the treatment I was given was totally inappropriate in my opinion.
Together with my fiance we picked some clothes we wanted to try (and possibly buy) so we went to the fitting room. I was denied access as the guy told me I had to go upstairs to the ladies' fitting room. I said ok, I left the clothes I had in my hand and told my fiance to try the clothes he chose first. He went into the fitting room and I followed him, but the guy said it was strictly forbidden as it was men's fitting room. I said that I had no clothes to try, but I only wanted to check how my fiance looked in the clothes he picked. But the guy still denied me accessing the fitting room saying that once my fiance puts the clothes on, he can go out of the fitting room (into the store) so that I could see how they fit.
We were astonished as it has never happened before. I do not understand such a behaviour as Italy is not a Muslim country...
We decided to leave the store because of such treatment.
I do not think Bershka has a policy that denies women accessing men's fitting rooms just in Rome? And I do not even mean accessing the same fitting room cubicle, but just waiting in the fitting room waiting for the other person to try the clothes to give him personal opinion.
I would appreciate if you could investigate the issue as I think that someone is breaking Bershka's law.

hey hey.. before you post such an unfair comment, please think twice and check the reality as the world you live in seems to be detached from the reality.
Why? Because your comment is irrelevant - because when you go into the changing room lounge, you have your own 'cubicle', you close the door/curtain and nobody sees you.. you are in private... What country are you from as maybe you have not seen a changing room with doors..? see the photo from the Bershka's changing room.

I am complaining about a retour

I am Martina Mormile. I am writing this email to complain about the service I received. I am a really frequent costumer of Bershka and since I work a lot I often buy online. Two weeks ago I ordered something online and I received late in the afternoon on the 5th of June. Since I had to leave for a business trip I just took everything I got in the package ( FACTUUR NR: C9506 / 189621) and I removed the label of the items and I put them in my luggage, thinking that it would have been nice on me. I am a frequent buyer, so I know without trying my size with Bershka clothes. Ok, and then on the 6th of June morning I decided to put the clothes on and then I figured out that the Jeans I bought (Denim legging met hoge taille 1608 - 0/5224/074/428/32) were actually not nice on my.. the size was perfect but I did not like the material of those jeans once I wore them. Since I had the email when I received the package proving that I would have not had time to wore them, I went to the shop next to my house - DIEZERSTRAAT, 81-83, ZWOLLE, The Netherlands) to bring them back.
Well once I got the shop the girls at the counter started saying that I wore the jeans so I could not ask any "item retour" and then when I showed the email, about when I received the package, since it was clear that I could have not wear them they start saying that it was their policy to bring stuff back without the attached paper label. I showed them that the label inside the jeans was still there so they could have added only the paper label. But they not nicely sent me away, saying only "no no no, we cannot do it". I found it rally uncorrect, because I am a frequent buyer and it was CLEAR that I could not have wear the jeans and anyway the client should be treated nicely always. I did not like it and I did not like it even more because the people around me looked at me like I did something wrong.. and now I would not like to go back to that shop anymore.. is this what Bershka wants? push away loyal clients?
I do not know how Bershka can fix this uncomfortable situation I felt in to, but I am sure that there is a way to let me still believe that you Bershka knows how to keep the loyal clients.
Attached to this complain I am sending the receipt of the jeans, the email where is written when I actually got them and a document of the retour of another item I did on the 6th of June at Bershka to show that I actually went to the shop the day after I got the package.

Good morning I bought a pair of jeans over a month ago started recently wearing them and noticed that each time I wear them the side streams gets twisted and moves to the front which is very annoying. I didn't have an issue with my previous pair so I believe there is a problem with this batch that I have got.
