I purchased general liability, worker's comp, commercial auto and umbrella insurance and paid in full, I was asked by the county in which I bid on a contract for to make sure I had proper endorsements added to the general liability policy. I sent that request to biberk and was told 3 days, I waited my 3 days, then 4,5,6,7, days, yes, I did complain and write a bad review because my company depended on the contract. Well after 47 emails and over 30 calls, I called again and was told your general liability is being canceled because of the business you're in, I do heavy equipment repair, so I lost the contract because I couldn't produce the endorsements in time, if I had known maybe I could have found someone else, and I am pretty sure you cover equipment repair companies. I feel I was treated this way because I complained, loss of revenue for my company is not going to be unnoticed. I have emails and conversation with biberk agents saying that they have never seen it take more than 3 days, and the last couple of agents said they have no idea why they would have canceled me. They put my company in a bad spot, hope they're happy.
