Have have taken my car back to Big O TIRES at 1129 E Florence Blvd, Cassa Grande, AZ 85122, only to have my car sit in there lot for several days and not taken care of. I have lost several days of work. I had to buy a other car to get to work.
I am making payments on the work they did to my car of $361.74 and my car is not working right, it working worst then before. Was told to take to the dealer.
Can you please inform me of what to do?
My last visit was august 15, 2024, they kept my car and on Friday 16, 2024 was told to take it to the dealer.
