Big O Tires review: Tire rotation oil change front end inspection

I made an appointment to have my oil changed, tire rotation and suspension front and rear inspected, when i was called and told my car was ready, I went to pick it up, after speaking with the person I originally told what I wanted done, he said…we changed the oil and rotated your tires, i asked if the proper PSI was checked because the pressure is different from front to rear and he said yes, i asked about the suspension inspection and he told me they found “play” in the right control arm and I said “play” what exactly does that mean and can you fit it, his reply was “ I am not going to touch that control arm since someone else checked it !” I said wait, you just changed the oil after the last company that did it and you rotated my tires after someone else installed them so what do you mean you won’t touch it, he just looked at me and handed me the bill ! That was all he said no matter how many more times I asked so I paid the bill and got the hell out of there, the tires were not checked for correct pressure as my on board tire system reported the correct pressure but for the front and back except they are now reversed, so fhey did nothing but take the tires off reversed them and put them back on, not sure if they even changed the oil because I can’t check it myself because I don’t have s dip stick on this car.

All in all, totally disappointed with Big O especially this location which I will never go back and have informed all the people o know not to go there
