purchased a mattress and recliner on Nov. 20,2023 for $804.57 and was told I would have my items delivered on Nov. 28, 2023. I was then informed that my recliner would be delivered but not the mattress, The mattress would be delivered on the 29th, received a second email telling me that my recliner would now be coming on the 29, and the mattress was coming on Nov. 30th. now I get a call from customer service telling me that the mattress cannot be delivered until Nov. 5,6,7 or the 8th of dec. whatever date of my choosing. unfortunately, I will be traveling out of the country on those dates and I am quite upset that you have my money but cannot get a delivery date straight before I leave. Then you offered me a $40.00 gift certificate to alleviate my inconvenience. You don't have anything I can even buy in the store for $40.00. I purchased these items in your Lawrence store in New York. customer # [protected] order # [protected]. I am extremely disgusted with your delivery service! please resolve this problem as soon as possible because I would not like to cancel the order completely...I love the mattress and recliner I purchased and would like to continue buying more furniture in the future. I had my eye on a lovely sectional for over two thousand dollars but would hate to have that order delayed as well after the purchase.
