Due to the unexpected cancellation of my reservation through Booking.com, I was forced to stay at another hotel in Athens, paying double the price out of my own pocket. This alternative hotel, Selina Athens Theatrou, was of very poor quality and I faced several inconveniences. I shared these issues with Booking.com, and they agreed to reimburse the amount. However, they are requesting a zero balance invoice. The hotel Selina Athens Theatrou is not providing a zero balance invoice, and Booking.com is not accepting a normal invoice.
