Bradlows Furniture review: Faulty abby lounge suite

Below is the complaint I have send to the Lydenburg store manager Evidence on the 10th of April 2025 and did not receive any feedback from them yet.

Hi Evidence

I came back from leave yesterday after the Abby lounge suite was delivered on Monday the 31st of March 2025. The delivery company unwrapped the lounge suite after it was placed in my lounge and I did leave for holiday immediately after that. When I arrived yesterday I realized that the single seater chair are faulty as the back of the chair is leaning downward to the right hand side meaning it is faulty. The 3 seater are also faulty on the right hand side as the 2 oval supports for the back are protruding out more than the left side as well as the two other couches and therefore make it very uncomfortable to sit in. The lower part of your back is touching the support but your upper back does not touch the couch. I do believe looking at this lounge suite were there no quality inspections and checks being done! I cannot pay for something and must accept this type of poor quality! and therefore need your assistance again please, and I suggest that you come and visit me to see for yourself! I have also attached some pictures.

If this would not be possible then I will approach Bradlows head office myself as well as the Ombudsman to assist me in this unpleasant experience with Bradlows Lydenburg.
