flight change
I had a terrible experience with Bravofly. This agency is a completely scam. I bought a ticket go/return Melbourne/Madrid with them and paid the extra service of full flex in order to be able to change my return flight in case I needed to. 2 weeks before my return flight, I asked to change it from January 2016 to September 2016. For 1 week, they were sending me nonsense emails, without giving me any clear solution to my request. I was trying to call them as well, but they kept sending me to other phone numbers, and no one was apparently qualified enough to do what I was asking for and what I paid for when I purchased my tickets. It is also very funny; that when you contact the company with their base in England, they ask for your banc account details and tell you the cost for the minute is 6E! When I asked for the Spanish central to call them, they send me to call the Australian central. I called the Australian one; all the lines were surprisingly occupied (I called for 4 days straight, making sure it was in the Australian working hours). Finally, after a lot of phone calls and emails, I asked them to change my flight to the first week of September, and they told me its around 1500E to change my flight. I asked to change it for the cheapest day in September and they answered me that for the 10th of September it would be a cost of over 1000E! In their website, the flights showed for the same dates are around 700E! So I paid an extra service for nothing and lost my return flight as the agency is not able to change it (they say it depends on the airline). ALL LIES. I am so disappointed. It’s the most dishonest and unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life. So, my advice for those out there planning on buying anything through them, don´t do it! You will safe yourself some money and headaches!
unethical behaviour
I booked five return tickets last October for myself and my family to New Zealand from Sydney to travel from 13th - 20th January 2016 (booking ID [protected]). A few weeks later my sister in law was told by work that she could no longer take the time off, so my sister said she will take her place and come on the trip. Upon calling Bravofly (which took 5 calls within Australia to get through to anyone) they informed me that they would have to check with the airlines to figure out whether changes could be made on the ticket. Everything was fine up until this point, and I awaited an email from them to tell me the outcome. A week later and I had not heard from them. I called again, and they told me they would try the airlines again. Another week passed. This went on 3 more times before I got told they couldn't change the name and I would have to get a refund on the ticket in order to rebook using my sister's name. This happened after customer service representatives hung up on me twice (for no reason- I was not being rude nor aggressive). I was also only going to receive less than half of the money back on the ticket price. Another week passed before they sent me an email asking me which option I preferred for my refund (money put back on my credit card, or a voucher). I selected voucher and received an email back saying that the refund has been confirmed and I would shortly receive discount code details to rebook. This was on the 24.12.15. Yesterday, the 4.1.16, after not being able to get in contact with anyone from Bravofly for the past week, I called and they said I would receive my discount code details by today. I haven't received anything. Called again today at 1pm and they said I would receive it this afternoon. We fly out next Wednesday and my sister still has no ticket, nor have I received a refund. It's been over a month since I called to change the name on the ticket and now the prices have increased significantly. I'm not impressed at all and require immediate action with the full amount to be refunded by tomorrow. Bravofly does not offer a complaints section on their website, nor an ombudsman in Australia to contact.
incompetent customer service - not acceptable
Good morning, the customer service is incompetent and uneducated. I asked more than one week ago to change my last name on the ticket due to marriage. On the ticket is my maiden name and I need to change it to my married name. I called to bravofly 6 times, sent them all the documentation - scanned old passport, new passport, marriage certificate in english and they are still refusing to do the change. I book the ticket from qatar airways via bravofly. Bravofly keeps telling me that they are sending emails to qatar but qatar is not replying. Just now I called to qatar airways official call number. They advised me that the name change is possible but they don't work via email and they never received anything from this travel agency, no single request to change the name! Qatar advised that the travel agency needs to contact them over the phone! The lady even gave me the italian number for them, for travel agencies - please call them! +[protected] she make the note in the reservation system to my booking that the name change is possible - all they need to do is to call them! They can clearly see the note! I don't understand how is possible that the agents from bravofly don't know the rules and don't know the standard procedure by changing the names in cases like this ! She told me that the change can be done within one day! I called to bravofly already 6 times, spent too much money and they still don't know what to do! They are hanging me up the phone every time I called even when i'm paying it! It's outrageous that the customer has to tell the company what to do! I am flying in 2 weeks and I need the change to be done in advance to ensure that I can fly! Zuzana hrnciarova
never use bravoflay!
I booked a flight, but then something horrible happened with my best friend and I needed my booking to be cancelled. I didn't had the time for travelling, because the situation was very serious. I contacted Bravofly and received an email that cancellation was being processed. I heard nothing from Bravofly, so contacted the airline. They felt very sorry for me, but there was nothing they could do. I tried to contact the Bravofly again, but they were ignoring me. So I had no other choice that asking the airline for help. Well, they were well aware of how horrible bravofly is. It was difficult ant took some time, but in the end airline changed the status of my ticket. Bravofly is horrible company. They gave me a promise and I believed. I'll never use Bravoflay or any other services like that. I don't trust them anymore.
bravofly.com - scammers "travel agency"
"I had booked and paid for my flight through "Bravofly", I had a confirmation for my booking, but it is not recognised by your systems/site. Could you please let me know as soon as possible what may be happening? ID booking ... Reservation: ... There is very little time left before departure, supposed to fly at 12.00 and I am very inconvenienced by what is happening. " This email was sent to Ryanair, who was supposed to be the flight company and it was sent to the dodgy travel agency Bravofly. After quite some time, I called one of their numbers for an explanation. Then, after putting me "on hold", this dubious guy said I shoud youse a different email address, that someone else made, by using my name without my consent.. @grit-post.com ! I never had any such address but he insisted I should use this false address only to confirm the check-in, which is clearly not correct and I did not want to accept that I am the recipient of any confirmation with my name to an address that did not belong to me. It seems they are a bunch of scammers that should be caught, stopped and banned from the web sites that have accepted them as a travel company, if they are not even acting from some prison now..
flights
I booked a flight from Phuket to Sydney through Bravofly last week. After a couple of days I still hadn't received a confirmation email from them. After multiple attempts to get hold of someone in their customer service branch, I received an email, 24 hours before the flight to inform me my booking had been canceled. No explanation why and as yet, no refund of my money so in effect I have now l paid for the same flight twice. Terrible service. Would not use them again.
We need to get our hard earned money back.
They are scam and I was also scammed by them. I am writing you to encourage the action against them. I request you to go to police and tell them your story and also inform scam controlling services. We consumers should fight for our rights. I am preparing to file a case against them in consumer court and ask for compensation as well. Let's not be silent and stop these scammers.
Scam artists! Beware!!!
This company is a scam! Don't book with them unless you feel like throwing out your money and a lot of your time! I made two mistakes regarding Bravofly: 1) I booked with them in the first place (...way back in March 2014. This flight was mysteriously cancelled, and I was offered a voucher or a refund. I requested a refund immediately. But despite my request, and a confirmation of this request (it was "registered in [their] system"), I received a voucher number two weeks later. Strange and suspicious.) 2) I gave in and used that voucher to book another flight. (...being weirded out about my sudden flight cancellation and the fact that I received a voucher code instead of the refund I requested, I thought that perhaps I ought to use the voucher since all signs were pointing to me never receiving anything if I waited for the refund.) WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT WAS EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS: I used the voucher for a flight for my husband (...as I had already booked my flights since I was super pregnant and had to get in the long-haul before I popped...), and it was ALSO CANCELLED, ONLY ONE DAY before his flight while we were in Portugal on our baby-moon. Amazingly, I caught the email regarding this cancellation with a few hours (the email said I had 72 hrs to respond AND that "the only possible alternative was a refund"), called the phone number they provided in the email--not a valid number, called EVERY number on their extensive list--not one worked, and wrote back an email calmly stating my irritation with the 2nd cancellation and its severe inconvenience it caused us, also stating that their call centers do not accept calls (yes, I even tried paying the Vat 6, 10 from a landline), and to RECONFIRM that yes, of course, I wanted that refund (since, in their words there was no other alternative). Then I had to scramble to buy an overpriced last minute ticket for my husband as I was preparing to board a plane for the States. During my ten hour flight to the States, apparently they tried calling me twice, which I could not, of course, answer (TOO LATE, I might add). When I landed, I received an email from them saying that it wasn't their fault (CLASSIC BRAVOFLY: PASS THE BLAME ONTO SOMEONE ELSE), and this explanation: "Please note that we sent you the refund as only option availble, because actually the airline has any alternative flight on same day and unfortunately, during the weekend days, they are closed and we are not able to have any authorization for any kind of option, except refund." AND "Could [you] confirm to bravolfy direcly the refund of total amount transaction?" ...to which I thought, 'fine, I guess that makes sense, even though it was kind of their fault for working with shady airlines that cancel at the last minute for no reason'...and...'what is this, the fourth time I'm sending them an email to "confirm" that I want a refund?...sheesh!' AND, to which I wrote back and stated in e x t r e m e l y clear language that YES-for the fourth time-I want a refund. Seven months and one baby boy later, I received an email stating that the airline went out of business (surprise) and that it's not their fault we have to wait so long for our refunds. A month after that, I get an email stating that I will receive my refund after some months (minus a 20euro fee, of course. Pfff!) Another month later, I get an email stating that they've refunded me 17 euros. What?! I certainly did not pay 17 euros for that flight! To this I sent another (rather irritated email stating that 17euros is an insult). This email did not go through as the email address was no longer valid. I gave up on the whole thing for a while. In March of this year, I finally got a hold of bravofly on the phone, to which they explained that I couldn't be refunded my whole amount (only 17 stinking euros) because I used a voucher (remember that voucher I received instead of the initial refund I requested from the first last minute flight cancellation?). So, I purchased a flight, I requested a refund, I got a voucher in return (for no reason), I used the voucher to purchase another flight, that flight was cancelled super last minute--screwing me over in lots of ways--I was told the "only alternative was a refund, " I waited nearly a year for that refund, to only get 17 euros and ANOTHER USELESS VOUCHER! Why USELESS, you ask? Ha, and the saga continues... Two days ago, I was booking multiple flights for my husband, my son and I. And I figured, 'heck, why don't I try to use that stupid voucher for at least one of our flights?' Hahaha, I booked my son and my flights with the airline (see, I have learned from my mistakes;) and tried to book my husband on the same flight through bravofly. I went through the whole online reservation system, and, guess what: NO VOUCHER CODE FIELD AVAILABLE! I called them (haha...those phone numbers are bunk), I searched and searched, even looked up the 'how to use voucher codes on bravofly page', found exactly where that stinking field was SUPPOSED TO BE (...on the "Reservation" page, under the "Special Transport Needs", in the field “Do you own a discount code (voucher)?”), and it still wasn't there. I tried multiple browsers, I had my husband check on his laptop, I checked on my iPhone, I even had my mom check on her desktop and, it still wasn't there. No such thing as a voucher code field. So, I gave up, obviously that stupid voucher that I never wanted was USELESS...obviously I wasted a bunch more of my time. I decided to write them one last time before I started to go online with my story...because I'm too nice for my own good...and guess how they responded: "Thank you for contacting us. Regarding to your previous e-mail, we would like to inform you that you can provide your voucher code on the "Reservation" page, under the "Special Transport Needs". If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us." YOU KNOW WHAT I DID? I checked--for the exact same flight--and, hahahaha, that VOUCHER CODE FIELD MAGICALLY APPEARED. (In other words, they repaired their website after I messaged them). Oh my...oh my, oh my, oh my. Not only did they lure me in with a fake flight on a bankrupt airline, then cram a voucher down my throat when I demanded a refund, then-when I used that voucher-book me on another scam flight, then yank me around for a year saying that I'd receive a refund (it was the only option, right?), then give me another frickin voucher that could not be used when I needed because there was no voucher code field where it was supposed to be, BUT, instead of apologizing for a glitch on their website or some normal excuse like that, THEY ALSO INSULT ME BY INSINUATING THAT I WAS TOO STUPID TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THEIR DARN VOUCHER CODE FIELD WAS ON THE RESERVATION PAGE! Really. It's one thing to steal some one's money through a run of the mill scam, it's another to insult their basic intelligence regarding the inanely simple task of filling out a da*n webpage form. So, Bravofly, keep my money. And don't even bother responding to this or apologizing...we are beyond that. (by the way, I'm posting this on EVERY travel site I can find, so have fun erasing it;)
flight ticket
This company is a complete scam with poor customer service... I feel so sorry for their call handlers because they are trained to lie to customers. I booked two tickets and made payment on my visa debit card. Few hours later I received an email that the ticket has been voided and would not be issued. I kept ringing bravofly to refund my money with no success only telling me to be patient. I had no other choice than to let my bank know that the frozen payment was a fraud and the bank had to block it from their end. Never again going to use this rubbish bravolessfly.

tickets for flight
I requested a return ticket from Sydney to London in August 2015 and when the booking confirmation arrived by email, it was booked from London to Sydney return. The WRONG DIRECTION. They offered me less than 20% of the ticket cost as a credit towards a flight in the right direction. AU$345 from a payment of AU$1, 780. I am still trying to get a refund 2 months later.
worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! never again!!!
Booked my flight for for 590 euro. ..received an email of reservation and was told to wait until I received my confirmation..2 days later I received an email stating the price of my reserved flight had gone up and I had to pay the increase...I spoke with them on the phone and after a lot of convincing a chap named Sam explained I must pay the extra money..I payed only because I desperately needed to be on this particular flight..after our conversation I decided to check Skyscanner again and ther was my same flight for 590 without the increase I called British airways as I was due to fly with them and asked if there had been an increase in price he said no! He said I had been taken for a ride by bravofly and should try to get my money back..I have been calling for 2 weeks every day! Same story everyday there is no manager available and they will forward to claims dept where it has been for over a week now and guess what the claims dept don't deal over the phone! How bloody convenient for them! I called and told bravofly that's claims are not contacting me and they advised me to wait even longer I'm flying in 4 days! ! I'm disgusted with them andhow they have treated me basically ignoring my complaint!never again I have learned my lesson and I hope anybody reading this will take advice and do not book through bravofly please! !
stay away, it's a scam!
I went to Bravofly website to book a flight that advertised a good price on the date I was planning. The website lead me to believe that the flight was available and send me confirmation of my request via phone and email. Half an hour later they send another email saying the flight is not available anymore and to contact them as there was an alternative for the same day just hours earlier.
I contact them I tell the operator that I can change but I wouldn't pay more for it as they shouldn't advertise a product that's not available. The operator said he was going to see what he could do about it and half an hour later a lady calls from the company and confirms that my flight would be changed on the same day just a few hours earlier with no extra charge and an email confirmation would then be sent to me. I waited 3 hours and there was no email and I call Bravofly back, the operator then tells me that the reason why my flight wasn't changed was because there was an amount of £98 left to pay!
Are you kidding me! I explain that I had been confirmed by the lady just 3 hours before that there wouldn't be any extra charge for the change and now you're telling me I have to pay extra £98? NO FREAKING WAY! The operator kept insisting that I could either cancel or pay for the change! So I decided to cancel because for the amount of cheating was reaching unbelievable proportions! On top of that they charged my card and the refund can (most likely will) take several days to return to my bank account! Unbelievable!
STAY AWAY FROM BRAVOFLY they lie to customers, advertise a price to lead on the customer to believe they're getting the best deal while not booking other flights and then later on say the flight is not available and after saying there was no charge for the offered flight change, completely change what they just said and go and insist that after all you do have to pay more for a different flight?
So instead of booking other possible flights that I could get cheaper, bravofly conned me, wasted my time, blocked my money, lied to me, and completely disrupted my plans...
It's a total scam! I have dealt with other companies with late flights and this is a first and will be the last.
Bravofly you are Creepfly instead and I'm never dealing with you again!
You are so right! Bravofly took money out of my account 9 months ago and after dealing with them that whole time I STILL haven't got a refund that they keep claiming they issued. They literally just tell me every time I ask that it will take a couple days or to contact the bank to "unfreeze" the funds. After contacting my bank a million times and being reassured no money was even attempted to be refunded into my account Bravofly just sends me the same stupid requests over and over (i.e. send bank statements, contact bank, send booking number) I have done all of this so many times over the last 9 months I am just so fed up and want to pursue it legally except they are impossible to contact except through the email which takes days for each response IF they even bother to reply.
EVERYONE AVOID BRAVOFLY AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE MAJOR SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES!
flight booking - do not seem to know what they are doing
Do not use - awful service and wrong advice
After booking flights, we did not receive email confirmation so rang bravofly on 29th july.
The call centre told us we did not have any flights booked and that we should reclaim the flight cost from them. On the basis of that call we rebooked flights thru lastminute.com (Part of the same group as bravofly).
We emailed bravofly to claim recovery of our money - the only reply we had was to say they had booked flights and provided the details.
We have spent the time since being told that we could not cancel the flights. The terms and conditions sent thru by bravofly advised that we could change the date.
We requested date changes and were told it could not be done. We contacted the airlines and were advised the flights could be changed but only thru bravofly.
However, bravofly continued to provide mixed advice in response - they could not get the dates we wanted, could not change the dates at all, the airlines would not change the flights.
We were left with 2 sets of flights and this is purely because bravofly operator advised us we did not have flights booked.
When I contacted bravofly, they conveniently said they could find no details of that phone call. I have evidence of the call - the time, number and length of call.
Conflicting advice from them all the time.
they didn't provide any email
I booked a ticket on the website www.bravofly.com, but my experience was terrible. I choose the place and date, but these scammers didn’t provide the number of light or any other info. They charged me immediately, but after several hours I got nothing. NO confirmation email. No Nothing. Total rip off.
Such a bad experience..
name change for one passenger, was charged 280 euros
Booking Ref [protected].
Booked a flight to Bucharest for 8 passengers in Jan 2015 leaving on Tues 30th June 2015 from Stanstead Airport via Ryanair Flights,
An emergency arose and we had to substitute a passenger /dancer ( Part of a Dance Troupe taking part in Dance World Cup in Bucharest )
We checked with Ryanair and on their terms & conditions 110 Euros was the cost for a name change,
On checking with Bravofly I was informed the cost would be 280 Euros, which was almost twice the cost of the original ticket, and to make matters worse they had given me the incorrect email to contact Ryanair for my boarding cards,
It was Sunday 28th at 16 45 before I could get a representative of Bravofly to realise they had given me an incorrect email, to contact Ryanair ( Got all this information )
Having returned on 5th July aia contacted Ryanair and was told 110 euros was charged for name change, I m am since trying to get a satisfactory explanation for having been charged this amount, needless to say never again will I book with Bravofly,
Thank you,
Ellen Fryday,
awful, avoid at all costs!
I have literally been making accounts online just to warn people about bravofly in the hopes people will not make the same mistake I did. Do not book with bravo fly ever!
I was looking to purchase tickets for a flight within europe about 5 months ago now and had gone through to checkout but was told that the transaction could not be processed and so I left it. However, the money was taken out of my account and there was no email to provide the tickets that the money was taken out for. So I emailed bravofly (Who take forever to deliver generic response emails) and was told that it was a mistake on their part and that I would be refunded the money and should receive it within a few working days. Needless to say 5 months and countless emails later I am still waiting.
I have been asking and asking and they simply just avoid providing any concrete answers by saying to contact the bank, which I have every time and there is yet to be evidence that bravofly even attempted to refund the money. I contacted a lawyer and began drawing up a case and requested bravoflys information for their legal department or management team but even that was denied by simply ignoring the request. My lawyer and I have tried all numbers on the website and through emails and all of the numbers prove to be disconnected. I am very interested in pursuing this legally as my money has been taken from my account without permission and without providing a service and a full refund was promised 5 months ago and still not delivered. I find it very helpful that others are disatisfied with this mess of a company so I have more of a leg to stand on when the legal proceedings officially begin.
However, if anyone in future is looking to use this company please do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of time and avoid this pathetic conniving group.
Update: they sent me an email after I yet again requested contact information inviting me to send a bank statement showing that I did not get a refund. So they expect me to send 5 months of bank statements showing no bravofly refunds? This is beyond ridiculous as I have already sent through previously requested bank statements and details and still am yet to receive a refund. I hope everyone looking to book with bravofly learns from my mistake. Never book with bravofly!
customer rip off
So today I called to confirm a reservation I had received back in 26 Jan 15 for my flight leaving on 10 Jun 15 at 1125. We were getting ready to leave for the airport and could not find my flight leaving out at 1125. When I spoke to john dall who he said his name was and could not spell it out properly on the phone, said they had sent another email out stating the flight was changed. After I told him I never received the email he hung up on me and every time I tried to call back they automatically would hang up. BRAVO FLIGHT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF THEY ARE RUDE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM!
Did some extra research and found that they do this on a regular basis!

very rude people
Booked flights with bravofly in March 15 for 4 adults thought I got good price. I had to phone them and spoke to the woman who told me what the final price was and took my credit card details and sorted everything out for me. I tried to pay through there website but it kept telling me there was am error so that is why I had to phone them. a few hours later I got an email telling me the price had gone up 168 pounds so yet again I had to phone them. I asked why the price had gone up and they told me it was live prices. I have been booking holidays this way for almost 20 years and know that prices can change but not when you have already paid for them.which I told them this . I said I have booked with a lot of different airlines and never once has this happened to me if you are on the phone with another airline they will tell you if there is a price change not after they take your money. Then next thing this person hangs up on me. I phone back and ask to speak to a manager and she does the same thing. I phone a third time and tell them just to canel my booking in all it cost me almost 9 pounds for these calls very ignorant people will not use bravofly again and advise others to do the same.
Bravofly took my money and never booked my flight. They said the cancelled the charge but my credit card company has no record. Bravofly does not answer repeated calls. IM AM REPORTING THEIR FRAUD TO THE UNITED STATES FCC FOR CONSUMER ONLINE FRAUD.
Extremely bad company. Uncontactable. They set up fake customer service lines that do not connect to anyone, just a message saying unavailable.
Horrible customer service! You should post this over www.echoit.co in order to be heard!
refund of ticket
I booked flights for my family to travel from Brisbane Australia to Auckland New Zealand on the 26 February 2015. I used sky scanner to find the flights online and was impressed with the price. My husband and my son have the same name, it asked me for passport numbers which I checked twice before I submitted and confimred our booking. On arrival at the airport we went to the service desk and they had problems with ticketing us, the issue was that because my husband and son had the same name, my husband had been booked as a child not as a adult. We then had to purchase a new ticket for my husband. The service desk for the airline had noted everything down regarding the issue. I rang and contacted Bravofly customer services who asked me for evidence of the purchase of the new ticket which I sent through via email, they replied and asked me to be patient while they process it. I have not received an update about what they are doing in regards to this, I tried to ring a week after making the inquiry I could not get anyone, their service center could not be reached. I will not be using them again, and I will tell others about this issue.
terrible (non) service
I booked a fullflex ticket and realised that I couldn't travel. In time before the cancellation deadline, I asked if my flight could be changed and I received a mail from them saying that they would like to call me. I provided my phone number but they never called back. I tried to call, entered my credit card details (yes, you have to PAY to call them!), but the line got cut off after I had entered my details. I received some sms' from them saying that they had sent me the new itinerary, but I didn't receive it until very much later...and IT WAS BOTH THE WRONG DATE AND LOCATION! I tried to write many times (in total, I must have written about 15 mails), but I got no satisfactory answer. Another wrong itinerary was sent, though. They also wrote several times that someone would call me, but they never did. After one day with this insane lack of communication I asked them to cancel my ticket (the deadline had passed and I couldn't change it before due to their useless non-service) and I receive a mail saying that "since you didn'tuse our Fullflex services" they cannot give me a refund. The fact that I tried to use their services and was caught in their crazy loop -probably purposedly used by Bravofly exactly to do this TO MAKE THE DEADLINE PASS AND THUS MAKE REFUND IMPOSSIBLE-was fully ignored. Now they say that they can give me a voucher for 28 (!?) Euros, but that this is not their fault.
I have tried to write a formal complaint to management but they either don't seem to pass it on to them or maybe lack management? I have also scanned and sent all communication between us, only to get the same useless answer over and over again saying "since you din't use our Fullflex services". I prsume they do this to make people give up and it is the way they survive as a company.
Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THEM! (Unless you're looking for a definition of Kafkaesque experience) I have never experienced anything like it. In addition to not providing the service you pay for they blame you for it. Unbelievable!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
cancelled our flight and unable to reschedule
Bravofly cancelled my returning flight on the 3rd March 2015 2.30pm. I then emailed Bravofly 2 weeks prior to my original flight stating I do no accept the new flight details they had arranged for me for 3rd March 2015 7.30am. I have an important business meeting on March 3rd and unable to fly out any earlier then midday. I requested to take any flight on 4th March 2015 and Bravofly sent the request to the airline (Air Canada). Still not having heard back from Bravofly, a week prior to this business trip I personally phoned Air Canada and they said the change to the 4th March would be fine but they have to wait to hear from Bravofly to confirm this. Bravofly never confirmed this. I have spoken to Bravofly more then 5 times about this matter and noone has bothered to help me or process this. I received and email today (3 days prior my flight) stating that I had personally agreed to the flight of the 3rd March at 7.30am over a phone call. This is incorrect and I never ever confirmed this flight nor spoke to them on the phone on the 10th Feb. I have written evidence from 2 weeks ago stating I did not confirm this flight. I have since phoned Bravofly and they still cannot be of any help. They have changed my flight that I have NOT agreed to and have not communicated with me at all. I cannot board this flight as I have a business meeting that is the sole purpose of this trip. This is unacceptable as they are making false accusations. I cannot get on this flight as stated in written email 2 weeks ago. I fly out in 3 days and this matter needs to be taken further! Please contact me with how to proceed with this and take matters further. [protected]@gmail.com
