Ticket change
Wanted to change flexible ticket return flight from Cleveland to Zagreb. As per their rules change must be made 24 hours before outbound flight meaning origi al flight from Zagreb to Cleveland. I made request 26 hours before. They replied change is on the way via email followed by mail that they couldn't reach me over phone. When I called they they said they cannot change ticket via phone but via email only. And after than another email that they can't reach me over phone and booking change is canceled. I called again and said since I'm not in my country they can't reach me via phone. Only via mail or I can call them. They assured me change is on the way and there is no reason to call me via phone. Sure enough 3 hours later they changed nothing and when I called again they said it is already less than 24 hours and they can't do nothing. Indicating it was my fault. Followed by promise I would get a call from senior manager to try to solve the issue. But no one called. And they aren't answering any mails.

Refund for lost flight due to pandemic
in 2020 I booked 2 flights to Tokyo under Booking ID [protected]. a refund was thankfully provided till May 2022. in view of my commitments as one of the leading teams in the Covid response in my country I had no opportunity to travel and utilise this refund during this period. Now that the emergency regulations for me have been released, I humbly ask an extension till end of January 2023 to make travel arrangements and utilise these funds.

Bravofly Car Rental purchased from Last Minute
Bravofly Rental Voucher - Booking Reference [protected]. Flight No. FR8132
My name is Sonia Dussard, I was due to collect a Group CC car, Rate code NON_RYR on Thursday 8th September having purchased a bravofly voucher from Last Minute.
Due to my husband being shown as the Main Driver (in error) and I was using my credit card for the deposit GoldCar would not allow us to take the car until the name was changed to me.
On speaking to Last Minute, they said they could not make the change and passed me onto you, spoke to someone using the number on the Bravofly voucher and they too took no responsibility and passed me onto GoldCar who said they cannot change it. For this reason I did not receive the car I booked for.
This meant I had to make a new booking for 3 times the price - 160.00 Euros to be exact. A simple name change caused me to make a new booking and they would not honour my original price.
Goldcar are saying they received no payment for my original booking as it does not transfer to them until the car is collected, because I did not collect it they received no money. This means Bravofly received the money for my original booking.
What can be done as I need to be reimbursed the 160.00 euros that i had to pay to make another booking.

Cancellation of Flight by the Airline
We had a flight booked from London Stansted to Berlin Brandenburg on 13 August and returning on 27 August. On 24 June I have received an email stating that our flights had been cancelled by Ryanair.
I have contacted Bravofly for a refund. I got assured that they will process this request and I should receive my refund within 2 months once the airline has refunded the money to Bravofly. I contacted Bravofly today via chat as their phone doesn't seem to work and have been told that it will take longer than expected to receive the refund and I will get an email once Ryanair refunded them.
I just feel that this is unacceptable to have to wait for such a long time to get a refund especially that the cancellation was not my fault. On top of that I landed up spending more money for my holiday due to the airlines cancellation.
I would like to receive my refund as soon as possible.

I have been trying to reach Bravofly since yesterday. During Chat, they advised me to contact Air France due to short time to flight. Air France insists the I deal with Bravofly. There is no way to contact Bravofly and many attempts to cancel on the website failed.
Since the ticket is without refund, I believe only the taxes and levies can be refunded on cancellation of the ticket. Bravofly is not making it possible.
I need help to get the ticket cancelled and the taxes and levies refunded to my account.

Won't fix their incorrect booking
**Never book a flight with Bravofly** I recently reserved tickets with Bravofly and they changed my flight details without my consent. I have the "successful payment" page still open and have sent them proof of the flights I paid for, but they insist it gives different flight details in their end. Which makes sense because THEY BOOKED THE WRONG FLIGHTS and refuse to take accountbility for that and either refund me or get me what I paid for! I physically cannot run around an airport to make the connecting flight on the ridiculously short layover they've now booked me on.
Ticket to Sardinia
I purchased a ticket from ORD to Sardinia, and the flight was canceled. There doesn't appear to be any customer service. I called the number many times but no one answers. With the Premium Assistance Package purchased when getting the ticket, I believe I deserve speedy service and I am entitled to a refund for the $1859.32. Flight cancellation
On 6th June, 2022, I booked a Qantas flight from Alice Springs to Sydney for 12th Aug., 2022. This was a mistake as I had already booked through the Qantas web site. I was charged $488.95. The next day I requested a cancellation and a refund.

Good morning. I am Attila Gizur. I traveled to Zakynthos on the Ryanair flight on July 4. Reservation number: NEMQVQ, ID booking number: [protected] .Before that, I bought 2 leather suitcases of max. 20 kg for a total of HUF 43,000. This purchase meant for the return trip as well. There was no problem on the Ryanair flight. One of the 20 kg suitcases was not taken on the return Wizzair flight,/ reservation no.PHKD5A /as it was not included in the travel contract. Since I couldn't even order the entrance card online due to an error on the part of the Wizzair airline, 1 pc. at the airport. The price of a 20 kg suitcase is 65 EUR.
I signed a contract with the Ryanair airline for 4 people + 2 20 kg suitcases for the round trip.
Due to an administrative or other error, I incurred additional costs of 65.00 Euros. I would like Ryanair to reimburse me for this additional cost.

Refund American departing flight in less than 24 hour since booking
I booked a flight on August 1st and cancelled before midnight on August 2nd. I followed the online cancellation flow for a flight that was $560. I just received a link to claim my credit but they are only offering $20. I just spent almost 30 min talking to a chat agent and she said that although I cancelled within 24 hours their system takes longer to categorize and it didn't go in until the next day so it was a voluntary cancellation and I forfeit my money.
I wouldn't have cancelled if I didn't fully believe they would follow US law of a flight landing or departing from US offers a 24 hour cancellation policy. The agent said I was supposed to call them it I wanted a full refund. Nowhere on the cancellation flow did it encourage you to call, this is incredibly deceptive

Description of incident: I got to the counter to check-in for my Calgary to Dammam flight which was to pass through Frankfort via Instanbul via Dammam but was told that we (family of 5) don't have a flight from Instanbul to Dammam as it could not be seen in the Air canada system and as such we were not going to be allowed to travel.
All efforts to contact Bravofly assistant couldnt work out so we decided to cancel the flight based on the Air Canada counter staff. Flight was canceled at 3:45pm before the flight and i received a confirmation email from Air canada stating that the enter flight (from Calgary to Dammam) was canceled as they they refused to allow us board since there's no flight with our names from Istanbul to Dammam.
I called bravofly afterwards and your staff dropped the phone on me while explaining the incident but was insisting that it was a 'No-show' in the system.
I am asking for a refund for my return trip for 5 people from Calgary to Dammam.
I had to book another airline to enable me catch up with work in Sunday in Dammam.

Unable to change my flight dates
I had booked my flights for 22 july 2022 from BLR to LHR and returned. I requested to change the dates and I have done this multiple times. but every time I send them a request they reply back saying the dates suggested are not available, If I ask the customer care advisor to give me a date which is available as I am willing to travel on the available date they are not giving me the dates they are instead asking me to submit another date.

a lot of service charge by bravofly when my flight was cancelled by the airline
I booked BA flight to italy through bravofly unfortunately the flight was cancelled by BA. after few weeks of time, i got an email from bravofly providing 3 refund options : first is to refund with travel credit, second one with voucher, and last one refund by airline. I want to pick option 3 because i'm not sure when will be my next trip. But option 3 comes with a service charge , in my case was 105 pounds (i paid 936 pounds for this booking) . I found this too much and i couldn't find any term and condition mentioning such charge. I talked to Bravofly (online chat) , so disappointing that they couldn't answer me who is charging this 105 pounds (airline or bravofly). The online agent only repeating they refund what airline refund. I tried to seek advice to BA, but again no proper way to talk to them because i booked tickets through agent.
Bravofly customer service is disappointing, i talked to two agents. They closed the conversation before you get your answer. This is awful. I'm very regretted to use this agent and would never use it again. until now, i still no idea who and why they charge me 105 pounds.

Refund not received
I had cancelled my booking ([protected], [protected]) over a week ago and I am still waiting for refund. Now, they are saying that it will take from 15 days to 2 months for refund. I don't understand why they charge 40$ handling fee if they can not do it on time. Credit card company will charge me very high interest rate now because I don't get my refund on time. I have called their customer service many times, and explained my situation. But, they have standard response and ask you to wait. Stay away from these scam websites Bravofly/lastminute, otherwise you will regret forever.
Incorrect cancellation of my flight
I booked 4 tickets of Air Canada flight from New Delhi to Saint John, Canada for my family. Now 24 days before the flight I received a cancellation email from bravofly. However there is still ticket available uptil Montreal. I am trying to contact Bravofly but there is no official email address and no phone number for India available on their site.
Desired outcome: Since there is still flight available up till Montreal, request you to atleast provide those tickets and refund the rest amount as cancelling the complete ticket will be very expensive for me.
Booking Cancellation
We are due to take our vacation which i purchased our tickets 6months early. One week before our outbound flight we received an email that my booking is cancelled due to all flight cancellations which is not true. I countlessly check thru the airline carrier the status of flights.10 persons from our group kept their original booking while ours were not. It is clearly that Bravoly/Lastminute sold our seats to someone else. I received a propsosal of an alternative flight which is so impossible to accept because there is a difference of one day late arrival to our destination and we have stay at the airport for 12hours to wait for our connecting flight. Our hotels reservations and vehicules are all set and i am travelling with 2persons with health problems whom the other one is 82years old.
