Brylane Home Customer service for product not received

I placed an order for approx $250. An item for $80 was not received. Brylane said they shipped 2 but only 1 arrived on Friday. I called because I need the item and told them I didn't receive it. They proceeded to tell me that the fed ex notes said they attempted delivery today at my store but no one was there. First of all I have cameras and fedex did not come for that item today. Second it is a private residence. When I asked for a replacement because obviously it is lost Santiago the manager in CS proceeded to tell me that I NEED TO PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT AND WAIT 30 DAYS FOR A CREDIT FIR THE LOST ITEM FROM FEDEX. Why should I pay for an item not received. This is just bad business and terrible customer care. He told me I could wait 30 days and then reorder when I get the credit. Who needs a planter in August? This is a terrible company to deal with. I told him if my issue was not resolved that I would stop my credit card until resolved. He proceeded to tell me that Brylane doesn't give free items ( what is free- I already paid for it) I am not responsible for shipping . Your company should stand by its customer. When I told him I would stop the charge he responded by saying that I should do what I must.

Desired outcome: I want my missing item My planter box and then I will release the charge

Brylane Home Cancelling an Order #[protected]

I called to cancel an order that was placed on today and had not been shipped only to find out that the order could not be cancelled and I would have to pay $10 to ship it back and would not be refunded the $17 I paid for shipping that was charged when I ordered it. This is the last thing that I will ever order again from this company the last time that I ordered something from them they sent the wrong item and I had to pay to ship it back. This is a lesson learned to never ever order from this company again and I will be posting in social media so no one will ever have this experience.

Desired outcome: Cancel the order

This company is horrible and will not assist in any way for a dining banquette that was shipped in a paper thin flimsy box that spewed the contents all over the driveway! Worse, the item is too large and my disabled sister can't lift this thing, doesn't have a box for the contents, doesn't drive, and is nursing a broken foot. How on earth do they expect her to return this?

That is exactly what happened with me. They are money hungry frauds. Please listen to these comments they are very real and very true. If you order a product and 15 min later you want to cancel it you can not because it's already in process. That is the craziest thing a company has said to me. So there's nothing you can do your your product will come which then you have to turn around and waste your time to send it back you have to pay to send it back, your credit card gets charged And then you have to wait for your Money to be put back on your credit Card and if it doesn't then you have to go through the whole mess of calling them calling your bank thank. It wastes your time having to return it, it wastes your gas having to return it, it wasted the time of the fedex company the fedex driver's the people packaging the product to be shipped it has wasted all this time and money for absolutely no reason. Worst company, horrible, ridiculous.

This is a horrible company. I don't know where to start. Whatever you do, do not order from them. They are a scam. They will take your money and will not return it. They have lied to me about when I will get my package, they lied about providing tracking information, they will put you on hold for an hour and not help you when you finally do talk to someone. They use another shipping company which is also a scam called Pitney Bowes. They will send you 10 emails a day wanting you to buy something but never sent me a receipt for my order. Whatever you do, Do not buy from them.

I absolutely agree - this company is a scam. 4 phone calls and all they do is give a runaround. I spoke to a supervisor on Friday and they deny anyone by that name is in the company. A heavy item (about 75 lbs) shipped to a disabled person with a broken foot - the item arrived in a paper thin flimsy box that spewed the contents all over the driveway! Brylane refuses to assist. I thought their return policy was hassle free.

ORDERED THIS CHAIR APRIL 13, 2021. IT IMMEDIATELY WAS "BACKORDERED". They need to STOP using the "COVID" AS AN EXCUSE after ALL this time!

I've "had it" with the noncommunication. I will report them to the state in which they do business and more...I WANT THIS CHAIR AND CERTAINLY, WANT, AT THIS JUNCTURE, TO KNOW WHEN I CAN BE ASSURED THE SHIP DATE IS TRULY CONFIRMED AND WILL HAPPEN.

NOT FOOLING AROUND ANYMORE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL PROCEED WITH THIS THREAT IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

Brylane Home Did not receive my item

I placed an order on April 3, 2021 for a double sided comforter, and a set of sheets as a gift for a relative living in VA. I paid by credit card, and the robo- phone tracker told me my order was shipped on April 15, 2021.
The money ($65.69) was removed from my account on April 17, 2021.

Although the recording states that customer service is available 24/7. That is not the case I have called early in the morning when the phones first open, and at 12 AM. I can never get through.

I have attached documentation of the charges coming from my account. You may reach me at my email address [protected]@yahoo.com

Desired outcome: A complete and total refund of $65.69

Brylane Home Shipping Service or rather the lack there of

First and ONLY time customer. Placed order on 4/11, received order shipped email on 4/13 and FedEx tracking number provided. I check the tracking number and it says the label has been created but the package has not been received. Ok, cool. That's expected since its the same day. Fast forward to 7 days later and the status is the same. Label created but package has not been received.

Silly me, I call Brylane Home. Why oh why did I do that? This is thee most dishonest company I've dealt with in awhile. I was told I have to wait 30 days before cancelling the order for a refund because they have to make sure the package isn't lost. Excuse me? The package is at the warehouse. FedEx did not lose the package. After explaining to the rep, what she is saying makes sense IF the package was given to FedEx, however, that's not the case here. I asked if there is anyone they can contact to confirm where the order is. Response: No. But yet they have already billed my card and I will have to pay for an item that they are just sitting on. Horrible customer service. I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue further. Here we are 2 days later and no call. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. What I am going to do, however, is dispute the charge on my card and write a review on any and all platforms available. Oh, did I tell you they tried to charge my card TWICE for the same order? That's a whole other long story, that finally got resolved TODAY.

Please do yourself a favor and just skip past this company and all the ones affiliated with it.

Brylane Home Household items

This is a fraudulent company, please do not spend your money here. I placed an order on April 2nd and before my order was even processed there were several charges on my account.

I called to find out why and no one could give an explanation that made sense so I requested to cancel the order, to which they refused even though the items weren't processed or shipped. I called my bank to stop payment and once they realized this they updated the status of the items to "shipped" and used another name to charge my account. Fast forward, and it's been over a week since they claimed the items were "shipped" but nothing was actually shipped.

The tracking number they provided states "FedEx label created" and the status went back to "ready to go" please read the reviews on this company before you become a victim of this scam, their fraudulence is well documented throughout the internet. Please be aware!

Brylane Home Polciy and procedure..Customer service ..Mind boggling

I placed an order early March for 2 BAMBOO CURTAINS CROMM OAK BROWN. ( item #[protected])
Curtains were on back order. I received the items the last week of March. I PAID 85.99 FOR EACH OF THE CURTAINS. (171.98). I went on line today and the same items are 49.99 . I called customer service on several occasions representatives not only not helpful bur refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Third call I was transferred to a supervisor by the name of Ruth who stated IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET THE SALE PRICE I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE BAMBOO CURTAINS DOWN FROM MY WINDOWS..REMAIL THEM BACK...REORDER THE SAME ITEM AT THE SALE PRICE..KEEP IN MIND I ''JUST RECEIVED THEM A FEW DAYS AGO' THIS MAKES NO SENSE. I HAVE MANY ACCOUNTS WITH COMENITY ALWAYS PAY MY BILLS IN A TIMELY FASHION.
I AM A 71 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN AND I THINK I AM BEING TREATED TERRIBLE..WHAT POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEASE CHECK INTO THIS FOR ME.

Brylane Home God's Garden Sign

I placed my order on December 3, and the website said it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. I have contacted Brylane 3 times trying to track the order down and have gotten 3 different answers and was told today I couldn't cancel or get a refund because the order is already processed. But they still can't tell me if or when it was shipped.

Desired outcome: I want to know if I'm getting the item and if not, I want a refund.

Brylane Home I ordered blinds and had to return them because they wouldn't work for my windows.

I returned blinds that I had ordered and they gave me a partial credit because I had to pay what it cost them to ship it to me and return shipping fees, they also charged me an early return fee, a re-stocking fee and then a late fee. I had to pay them $125 and I had nothing to show for it. Commenity Bank kept calling and they agreed that I could pay $73 and that would take care of my bill. But it didn't! I got another bill with the balance after the $73 & another late fee! How is that even legal!? When I called Brylane they said they had no record of that conversation & I received another bill with a late fee today. Its pretty frustrating being billed a late fee for a late fee? I shouldn't have to pay anything more!

Brylane Home Oversized 10' x 15' instant pop up gazebo with screen, taupe

My partner purchased the following item from Walmart: BrylaneHome Oversized 10' X 15' Instant Pop Up Gazebo With Screen, Taupe. According to FedEx, the shipping label was created by BrylaneHome on 06/15/2020, but no action has taken place since then. Walmart said this item would be delivered by 06/19/2020. I called Walmart to resolve this matter, and they called BrylaneHome, but they didn't answer the phone. I then called them myself, and had been on hold for over 30 minutes. Certainly they cannot accept this as an appropriate level of customer service?

I understand that delays are more likely during the pandemic, but I am terribly upset that BrylaneHome wouldn't update us. We were expecting this product to be delivered by 06/19/2020, and they neglected their customers in a time when they need them the most. I looked forward to hearing how BrylaneHome plannef to make up for this mistake. Their expedited reply was both appreciated and expected.

Unfortunately, BrylaneHome clearly doesn't care about their customers. Their response contained the obvious statement that they have not moved a inch since we placed our order, and that we should wait for an update until July 10th. There was not even the hint of an apology for their blatant negligence. For an order that was set to be delivered a week from placing it, we now have to wait almost a month. Somehow they don't see what's wrong with that picture, how disgusting!

We submitted an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau, which finally prompted an official response from BrylaneHome. They said we agreed to a 20 business day delivery policy upon purchase. We bought this item online from Walmart, and this policy was not listed anywhere. Even after 20 business days, we never received my item. After over a month of customer neglect, we got a refund, and purchased a much higher quality gazebo at half the cost.

Let our terrible experience be a warning for you. Please, don't give BrylaneHome your money. There are so many more companies out there that care about their customers.

Brylane Home Shipping

I placed an order with BrylaneHome and request Expedited shipping which cost an extra $10 upon the $8.99 regular shipping. It took 2 weeks to receive the product. When I called about this BrylaneHome said they say on the site that due to COVID expedited shipping MAY not happen. When I called to have the expedited shipping charge refunded they said NO. They should not even have that as an option if they are not going to use expedited shipping. They are making money just because they say on their site expedited shipping MAY NOT be available, key word being MAY NOT. Since they know they will not ship expedited they should not offer that options.

Brylane Home Catalog 269-102102 price misquoted and not honored by Brylane

Received their catalog and the item I wanted is posted as $19.59. When I tried to order it came up as $68.00. I sent several emails asking them to honor their posted price. Finally received an email to call them. I called and I was told that the price is $68.00 and the posted price is a mistake. Too bad and they won't honor the price or offer any customer service. Told them to keep their catalogs and take me off their mailing list because I don't want to hear from them again!

Brylane Home item other than what I ordered was shipped

I ordered a product (storage pet bed), but received a white wicker chair. This was your mistake, but I was told that the only way to receive the product that I ordered (and paid for) was to take the incorrect item to FedEX, pay for the return, then apply to get reimbursed for the shipping, then, after all of that, I could then re-order the same item that I have already paid for initially. Option two, as explained by Louis (EID Number: 3418) is that I could order and pay for the pet storage bed a second time and wait to get credit once I shipped the chair that I didn't order back you.
This is unacceptable as this was your mistake and not mine. I will make certain that others are aware of how this was handled and discourage anyone from purchasing items from your company.

Brylane Home credit card

I fell for the easy credit card pre-approval because my mom absolutely had to have something she saw in their catalogue. First of all, let me say that the quality of their merchandise is very substandard.

I never looks the same as in the catalogue.

I always kept my account in good standing, making my payments on time. However, recently they really pissed me off! I am very vigilant about my credit report. So I was very alarmed when I received notification that there was a drop in my credit score.

When I checked, I was infuriated to find out that i'd gotten decrease on the credit limit on none other than the brylane home credit card! It went from $500 to $100 for no reason at all without any notification!

And they had the nerve to report all this to all the credit agencies!

The worst part was that I voiced this in an email to them and sent back a cookie cutter response, saying "thank very much for your email and we apologize for any inconvenience!" as long as I live I will never use that company again! And I will make sure to spread the word about my experience wherever I go!

Brylane Home credit card customer service

I paid off my credit card balance in full back at the end of June and never looked at the account again. Today I go on the account to find a new balance of $14. When I called Customer Service I am told that in July there was an accrual interest charge of $2 and when that didn't get paid another late fee and interest charge as added and again the following month adding up to the $14. They said the best they could do for me was to waive the high late charge and interest leaving me a $6 balance they want me to pay. I argued that I should not have had any balance as I paid off my balance in full. But they refused to delete the outstanding amount. Warning to others, watch out for hidden charges that occur after an account is paid in full!

Brylane Home very unpleasant experience

I had very unpleasant experience with Brylane Home, they are far the worst!
Bought something from them and they completely messed up my order. I had to send everything back and the worst part was that I had to pay for shipping!
Anyway, I returned my order and later when they received it they contacted me and said that they were not able to refund me because items arrived in a terrible condition. I told them that I need proofs and asked them to send pictures, but they refused to do that!
I did not receive my money back and never heard anything since. Please do not deal with this terrible company!

Brylane Home they cancelled my order

I have ordered curtains from this online store two months ago and did not receive anything. I waited patiently but time passed and I started to get nervous, so I decided to contact Brylane Home and get some information about my order status. Lady on the phone was nice and polite, but as a support she was absolutely useless. After several phone calls I found out that my order was cancelled. For some reason Brylane Home cancelled my order but they didn't tell me anything about that. They were supposed to contact me and refund my money but nothing was done. I'm extremely disappointed with this store, they cause me nothing but trouble. Last time I contacted them they said I'll get my money soon but it seems like another scam.

Brylane Home undelivered product and poor customer service

I very rarely write reviews but I have to share this one…I bought a side table from Brylane Home. com on the 7th of January. It is now the 29th and I still have not received it. I checked their web tracking to see what is going on with the order and it says its processed. Not sure what to do about that I called customer service. The woman I spoke with was nice but had no idea what happened. After checking with her supervisor she said the product was on back order and should have notified me when I ordered. No notice was posted on the site when ordered. Then she said I should have been sent an email letting me know what was going on with the order, again that didn’t happen. Then she said it looks like the order has been cancelled but she’s not sure why. I have never been so disappointed with a company and their lack of communication. Through multiple processes the ball was dropped. Not once but several times. This was the first and last time I will ever order from this company. Please don’t fall for this company buy from Amazon instead. At least they guarantee their products and send you plenty of info about your orders. I will NEVER order from Brylane Home again. And BTW I found the same table on Amazon and ordered it through the later instead.

Brylane Home customer service / fraud

This is the worst company I've dealt with in quite some time. They have my credit card information from an order I purchased months ago and they have fraudulently charged me for an additional item. I have spoken to 3 different customer service reps and they have been condescending and argumentative. I'm really disturbed and would advise cancelling your card and getting a new one if you've ordered from this company before.

They also delivered an item I did not order and claim it is my responsibility to return it although they didn't deliver it to my address. This is a scam.
