Buffalo Wild Wings service

Went to the Secaucus,NJ location and was never served. We sat there nearly half hour or more and a a waiter never came to serve us. We then ordered from app. We never received our drinks either. We had to go to the bar to retriev our drinks. A fly was found on the glass and the bartender didn't care. even then no waiter came to serve us. Called manager that night and she claimed they were "short staffed". Lies. Every table was being served and assisted but us.

Buffalo Wild Wings seating area

on 3/4/20232 at 5:30 pm we walk into Buffalo wild at 6001 Iliff Rd NW Albuquerque, NM 87121.We ask for a table of seven. they said if all our people were here. we said only 4 but the other 3 where on their way. they said they werent able to sit us down. we said that fine only 4 people. so the manager sat us down. we ask for a table cause we saw 5 empty ones. he said no to us. so as i turned to my left i seen these people with a big table and only 3 people were sitting there and they had 5 more empty chairs around them with menus. so the rest of the people arrive 30 min later to sit at that table. why where they able to accommodate them and not us. Buffalo Wild Wings A call from senior management to explain the whys behind this policy.

Afternoon-

I must tell you I have been a huge fan of your business for years now and just had the most disappointing experience ever.
My oldest son was in town from college for the past week and was getting ready to head back home on Sunday. His last wish was to go to Buffalo Wild Wings before he headed back to school. I thought for sure he would want a home cooked meal but no he wanted wings from you.

We drove 30 minutes north to your Encinitas restaurant where we walked in and your General Manager said there was a $10 cover charge. I said for what we just want to get Dinner. He stated that there was a fight on TV and they were charging to sit people down. I told him I'm not here for the fight I'm here for Dinner.

He stated he doesn't care and that it was a company policy and I can try another restaurant down the street. I. was appalled as I was with my family of 5 and he wanted to charge me $50 to just sit down and eat. Where we would most likely spend $200.
Not sure if this was a company decision or not but thought this was absolutely crazy.
We ended up trying to find another restaurant for 30 minutes and my son was so bummed.

Based off this experience I'm done with your restaurant and moving on to another establishment. I've shared this story with at least 20 people already and everyone had the same reaction

Buffalo Wild Wings Bartender

There is a bartender in Hanford California branch, she likes to flirt and egg on customers her name is Jessica Grothmann which has create situations where violence has become of it. I know I witnessed and ended up being involved in because, of her childish behavior, and put me in a situation to protect her I. I am as 67 year old retired Marine that spends a lot of money there, you can look at my record, I have 44,000 awards credits. If you do not fire her I will sue Buffalo Wild Wings for her treatment of myself and other customers. If you need employees there that can verify my reputation and commitment to your company, I can provide them. If I don't hear from you sometime Monday 1/9/2023 I will proceed with legal action

Buffalo Wild Wings Service at the Linden, NJ store

On December 27 I went into the BWW store in Linden, NJ I went to order my daughter and myself something to eat. Because line was out the door we ordered to go. For 20 minutes no one was there to take to go orders. There was a woman before me when a young lady came over to take orders. She asked who was next the young lady stated the man told her to said one minute and he would take orders to go. The employee stated. "I'm not the man and I am taking orders." When it was my turn I said to my daughter what am I ordering again. The employee said you have to wait, so my daughter said no I was answering her question, she said and you still have to wait. My daughter said she didn't want anything because she refused to be spoken to like that. The employee said I go get a manger for your order. When the manger came I asked my daughter again if she wanted something she said no. The employee became loud and said oh now you don't want anything, you were so talkative before. the manager said Asia we don't that. My daughter left and when to another spot for foo. I tried to talk to the manager along with the lady about how rude Asia was and his response was we've get getting slammed all night. Really you do not ever have to worry about me or my family going to a Buffalo Wild Wing. You definitely need to train all employees. Horrible service.

Buffalo Wild Wings Didn’t received what I have order

Went to Jensen beach, FL location order 10 and 20 piece wings, wait for 30 min, received 10 and 12 pieces wings I open it check when I was there in front of the cashier, I ask and double check with her that’s my order? She say yes, I pay over $50 for 30 wings, only received 22 wings? The manger come over bring 7 wings over saying he will give a extra wing? I say please count it? He say oh 19? Still not enough to cover my order, I told him please refund my order I don’t want it, he give me a receipt for cancel order but not refund my money to my credit card? i told him no worry I will call my credit card company no worry.

Buffalo Wild Wings Horrible customer service and failure to make order correct

On 12/6/22 I ordered food from the turlock ca. location. I had ordered 2 boneless bundles with extra carrots and celery. When I got home the the wings were not boneless and I did not receive the extra carrots and celery that I paid for. The food was cold and I had waited in the lobby for 15 minutes for it to come out. I tried to call the restaurant and asked for a Manger. The only response from the girl that answered the phone was Hold. I was placed on hold. The call was never picked up. I waited for 30 minutes on hold. I have screen shot of the call. I can handle the food being wrong. People make mistakes but the absolute lack of respect for someone who just spent money is not acceptable.

Desired outcome: I have no real desired outcome. I'm sure nothing will come of this. The management needs to be addressed.

Buffalo Wild Wings Required ID for alcohol purchase for 76 year old customers. Managers response and indignation.

On Monday, 12/05/2022 at 11:45am, my wife and me entered the new BWW in Petoskey, Mich. My wife went to the restroom and I seated myself at a booth. The waitress came to the table and asked if we would like anything to drink. I ordered a beer and a wine for my wife. I was asked for ID. I’m 76 years old. I had no problem with showing my ID. I was informed they had to see my wife’s ID. She doesn’t drive and had no ID with her. I was informed she couldn’t be served. I was told it’s BWW policy. I asked to see the manager. She was indignant and condescending. She said it’s a State law. We left and will never return. Where is the common sense. Oh, it’s not a state law.

Desired outcome: Stop being condescending to elderly people, and don’t lie to patrons to make excuses.

Buffalo Wild Wings I’m complaining about the whole experience

My family of 4 stopped at the Bainbridge, Oh location last night about 5 pm. 11-19-22. We were seated fast (right behind the stand that holds menus) but we waited about 15 minutes before an African American waiter in a red shirt noticed us. He came over to say he will let our waiter know. Another 10 minutes or so went buy and still no waiter. We didn’t even get someone to take our drink orders. We watched 3 tables that were seated after we were get drinks and placed their orders. Last I checked it had been 26 minutes with no one coming to our table. We left very upset. I contacted that location to complain and they basically said sorry here are some points. What kind of service is that. We understand there is a shortage of help and we were ok with that but not when 3 tables seated after us were served. I did thank the waiter in red that tried to help. Very disappointed in no service and the reply with points.

Buffalo Wild Wings Delivery order

I just wanted to send an email due to it being able to successfully contact the actual location. I placed an order for 30 boneless wings with the sauces on the side. I selected the amount of sauces allowed. They delivered the order with no sauces but the receipt stapled to the bag listed all the sauces I chose. I tried calling the store to see if I could get the sauces but was immediately put on hold. After a few minuets they picked up again just to put me on hold longer. I do understand it was a Friday night and they were probably busy but there was zero customer service. Eventually my call got dropped so I called back to once again immediately get out on hold. After choosing BWW out of all the options near me, and spending over $60 on a dinner it was very disappoint to have the order incorrect and then no way to contact anyone to try and fix it

Buffalo Wild Wings Free Veterans Day food in College Park BWW IS NOT FREE What a SCAM!!!!!

Went to the College Park MD BWW today November 11 2022 to receive my FREE Veterans Day food. Saw an elderly couple who apparently were doing the same being charged $1.05 each for the same thing. Gave my selection to the cashier and showed her my VA Service Connected Disabled Veterans ID card. She said I had to PAY a $1.05 TAKEOUT FEE. There was a sign that said there was a 99 cent TAKEOUT FEE and they were adding 6 cents sales tax to that. Not even sure you can legally charge any sales tax for such a reason.

When I told her that the food was supposed to be FREE she said the food was FREE but I would have to pay the ridiculous TAKEOUT FEE.

I told her i went to several other restaurants and NO ONE CHARGED ME ONE CENT.

This is a terrible way for any company to treat Disabled American Veterans.

I told her in a loud voice "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE and left the

restaurant.

No one should be charged any TAKEOUT FEE for simply purchasing food.

Will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from BWW.

Desired outcome: Company should apologize to ALL VETERANS AND GIVE OUT REAL FREE FOOD LIKE EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT GIVING OUT FREE FOOD ON VETERANS DAY. Should be made to abolish the TAKEOUT FEE which I have never heard of before being imposed on ANYONE.

Buffalo Wild Wings Owners/management

I have worked at this store for a little over a year. I am currently a server but worked in kitchen and host. Since I moved up to server, I don't ever take a break anymore it is an unspoken rule here that servers and bartenders don't go on our 30-minute break. We clock out for breaks, but we work through them. Management at this San Bernardino location is horrible. They don't care, they are rude, are never around when we need help, talk about employees with other employees, have inappropriate relationships with employees, do drugs and get DRUNK on the clock with employees. Time after time I have been a witness of managers showing favoritism and getting people fired for it. Most of the people they have fired in the last 5 months have been African American women and men. They pick and choose their favorites and if the employees they like break the rules they turn a blind eye but once someone else does the same thing they fire them or suspend them with no warning. This store seriously needs to be reviewed deeply. In one year of what I've seen this is unacceptable behavior and management gets away with anything and this not okay.

Desired outcome: Someone from corporate needs to seriously look into this place. A lot of illegal things goes on here.

Buffalo Wild Wings manager

On 10/7/22 I emailed and called in on a manager in the ft oglethrope ga location. Her name is Leah Kellahan. I have not heard from anyone on this matter. She is misusing her title to bully and belittle employees. She talks bad about the customers and talks bad about employees families. She also drinks at the bar while on the clock. If the security camera is pulled from the manager office they will see that she also drink liquor from the bar in the office. She mishandles money. When she closes the host may leave with $7-$10. When another manager closes the host leave with anywhere from $30-$80. She has been let go before from another location bc she was not fit for that job and was doing the same things.

Desired outcome: For this manager to be fired.

Buffalo Wild Wings cook

i went into bww at 3651 weslayan st ste 210 houston texas. i ordered 10 mild wings all drums mild. my waitress brought out my wings and they were cold i mentioned that to her and she said they could remake the wings i said its all good. a little while later she returned with a hot set of wings. i thought ok this was nice. i started eating them and my mouth lips and throat started burning really bad. i couldnt eat any more because the cook put really HOT sauce on them. i mentioned to elise the waitress what happened and told her to try the sauce and she did and she started to burn she said that this sauce was not mild. i really dont appreacate the cook doing this. now im going to lay here all night with my stomach hurting mind you i have ulcers. i called and spoke to the manager on duty and all he said was sorry. im seriously thinking about going to the veterns hospital to get some meds to stop the stomach pain

Buffalo Wild Wings store manager

This is the Ft Oglethorpe GA location .

Avoid this place at all cost. The manager Leah likes to run her mouth and talk about not only her customers but her employees and their families like they are crap. She is in no shape or form fit to be a leader let alone a manager. She talks down to the employees verbally and on text when they try to be helpful. She promises customers she will replace the food that she messed up and they heard her making fun of them, then she throws their name and information in the trash laughing saying how she isn't going to replace it. I will not step foot into this place until I know she is gone. My daughter loved her job there but was being bullied by this GIRL/ Manager. She would purposely change my daughters schedule for the next day after closing so it would make my daughter look late, then she denied it. She is a con artist of the food industry!

Desired outcome: Leah Kellahan needs to be fired!
