The other had his pants down around his knees, ordered two whoppers, it took forever, decided to avoid food poisoning, asked for a refund, which the manager reluctantly. It wasn't busy, and the other people waiting were as upset as we were.
Never mind the bad attitudes and the slow service. You can not have people working for you with dirty hands. I mean come on their handling food.
Sorry to complain, but place was disgusting, we went next door to Taco Bell, which was clean and the people were nice

My gf went to Burger King in South Holland Illinois she went thru the drive thru where she paid for her food she sat there and waited for change and food but was only greeted by two cop cars telling her that she gave them fake money but it was giving to her by a previous store she had just got things fromwe have gotten that person fired but something need to b done about South Holland policy it's not right to just call the cops on someone y'all didn't know anything about her she could've been mentally or unstable or sum and could've put lives in jeopardy you guys are supper wrong
chicken sandwich, whopper order
On 11/16/2018 at around 10:00 PM, I visited Store #22697 at 3100 Anderson Snow Road, Spring Hill, FL 34609. Phone [protected] . The store closes at Midnight 12AM as I was told by one of the employees and also posted on the order window.
I ordered a WHopper and CHicken sandwich 2 for 6 deal with small fries. The fries were cold and the little bag was not filled as it is normally filled at many other locations. I asked for the manager, because the young girl at the window was being very rude from the get go at the ordering panel and then the pick up drive window. I blew it off at first, but she kept on with her nasty short attitude after I made payment. So I received my order and I noticed the fries were cold and very few fries. There were a lot of fries missing, so I requested the manager, and they refilled the bag of fries. I went home to eat the whopper and the chicken sandwich for my relative was horrible. The piece of chicken or what ever they put into the two buns was dried out half size piece of flat crap, had a dark look inside and just disgusting with a different bun. The whopper I ate got me so sick later. I have no idea what their deal was, or why they would expect someone to eat something like that. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt, but of course no one even answered the phone for me to complain. The store was still open since they close at 12 am and it was around 10:30 pm at the time the calls were made. I could have driven there, but to be honest by the time I have gotten on my car and got there to complain they would have been closed and what could I have done at the window, with a bunch of criminals at a drive through window!
Going back to the sandwiches, The whopper was cold and I got sick from it, threw it up later and had to take medication to stop the vomiting. I believe I got food poisoning from the cold whopper, and the chicken sandwich my relative did not eat. I kept it and took pictures to show this criminals the next day when everyone is there, so everyone can see their criminal acts of selling poisoned spoiled food to customers. This is where I drew the line and determined that this should be considered attempted murder! Why would this be considered attempted murder? Well if you give or sell someone spoiled food, and they know the food is bad, or has been sitting there for a while like that piece of chicken and that cold whooper as well as the fries, and then get them so sick that it is possible that person could die from food poisoning, that is attempted murder! This should be grounds for some serious legal charges or even full force retaliation if I choose to do any way I want. Why would someone be allowed to do this to anyone and get away with it, just because they work at a restaurant or fast food place! Therefore, If you are Burger King I am going to give you two choices, I will expect you to compensate me with a full refund and some kind of extra monetary compensation or whatever needs to be done to fulfill my suffering, ill, and bad experience I went through on 11/16/18. I want each and everyone of the staff working there that night fired immediately! You know who was working during that shift including the male manager working there. If you do not comply with that option, I will file criminal charges against each and everyone of your employees, and your restaurant. Furthermore if I wish to, I am entitled to do whatever I choose to do in retaliation for what they tried to do to me. I care less if you consider this a threat or what ever you want to call it!
THIS CRIMINAL ACTS THAT THESE REGARDLESS CRIMINALS SELLING FOOD TO CUSTOMERS THAT JUST WANT A DECENT BITE TO EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT, DURING WORKING HOURS NEED TO STOP! Your restaurant hours state that you are open until 12AM on the window label. Anyone should expect the same freshness of food until closing time! This is Attempted Murder! This was done intentionally because they knew that food was not good. How can someone see a squashed dried out chicken patty and still have the audacity to place it in a sandwich and sell it to a buying customer. The same goes for the cold whopper and the fries. There was plenty of time to produce a fresh chicken patty, a fresh whopper, and fresh amount of fries to fill a small fry bag. SO yes I expect some kind of positive response from Burger King about this issue IMMEDIATELY! OR THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES OF UNBELIEVABLE PROPORTIONS! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO FIRE THESE 4 OR 5 INDIVDUALS THAT WERE WORKING THERE THAT NIGHT AND DO WHATS THE BEST TO TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION.
drive thru messed up and then forget about me.
I went thru the drive thru, order taker was telling me the coupon # was not coming up, then finally got it, he said sorry that was my fault, I had told him several times I wanted the sandwich's plain. when I went to pay I asked him if he had put the sandwich's in as plain, he said no I said they have to be plain. I pull up to the second window I was then asked to pull up and wait, they would have to remake the sandwich's, after 10 mins of sitting, a lady comes out and ask me what I had. I told her I was really getting pissed. then a guy comes out hand me my food. I live 2 mins away, I get home fries are cold and the chicken sandwich I ordered was not correct.

Hello, so the past few times my girlfriend and I go to BK I like everything but onion a she only likes lettuce and mayo on majority of sandwiches, why the hell is there a charge to add lettuce or tomato on a sandwich when you ask for a sandwich that only has cheese, ketchup and mustard? makes no sense. I thought BK is suppose to let customers have it their way? "BK have it your way", and yet be charged to add a simple piece of lettuce and mayo and asking to remove other toppings such as ketchup, tomatoes, pickels? always for you to rip off the community? we live in olean ny where we have 2 bks. well we have always been going to WEndys where it Is simple they have lettuce and mayo on all sandwiches and if you ask for lettuce and tomato on it they do not charge it! see that makes sense, your corporate sucks. I have askes for egg and cheese and not bacon ehich i dont eat however they served me woth bacon. After asking to replace they took 10 min to come back because its highly mismanaged and they dont keep track of order. Serving staff is rude.

I was waiting in the drive thru for our food and the woman getting our order was grabbing fry cup holders and putting her fingers inside of the cup!?
That isn't very sanitary and I am not going to eat my fries now. The dispenser for the fry cups is designed for the workers to grab the cups from the bottom!? GROSS! never again will I come back to this location.

e gift card refusal
I bought an e gift card for 25 dollars and no burger king will accept it. I pull up to the drive thru window and an assistant manager denies my egift card as payment so i had to pay with cash and getting home i realizes that the food is old and stale... Im so upset about these people ripping me off after they get to keep my 25 bucks from the e gift card purchase... I regret ever buying that card...

Used a original crispy sandwich coupon (9080) to purchase a meal. The chicken was refried . After eating half through the sandwich i vomited most of my food. The onion rings and soda were edible . I did not receive a receipt not good customer service. I was told to pull down in a small drive through behind 3 other cars! I did not like the customer service nor my food. I wanted to try the Philly cheese King so i stopped in your Dyersburg, TN location. (11/9/18) I don't normally eat here because every time I do there is a problem. I have had burgers smaller than sausage patties, wrong orders, & slow service. But, I really wanted to try the Philly Cheese King so I went any way.
When I walked in there was three waiting for food and only one person at the counter waiting to order. I get in line and notice the total chaos behind the counter. First off there wan't anyone working the register at that moment. Everyone was trying to fill current orders. I could see a nice lady (Britney) and what acted like a manager behind the counter, two gentlemen working the kitchen, and someone in the window. It seemed that Britney was working the register but was trying her best to work around the manager to get orders filled but he kept getting in her way. The cooks were not doing a good job listening to her as she asked for items to complete orders and the manager spent all his time yelling back for more fries. He even got a little too loud and used words that maybe should not be heard by the customers.
I waited in line (just 2nd in line) for 15 minute before Britney was free to take an order. She took the order for the guy in front of me then mine.. then she went to help fill orders again. Some how my order never got filled and was removed from the screen. I was waiting for about 35 minutes before they noticed that I had not gotten my order and Britney attempted to get it completed. She called back the order to the kitchen several times and over and over she had to ask for items that were missing.
At one point one of the cooks got ugly with her and the manager did little to settle it. I finally got my order 53 minutes after placing it. Then when i sit down to eat it.. it looked nothing like it should. Nothing like the one I seen in a review on youtube. It was basically a double cheese burger. (see picture )It had 3 small onions on it and hardly any cheese. I want to be sure that it is know that Britney (don't know her last name) worked hard and stayed professional the whole time.

We ordered dinner sourdough philly cheeseburger meal and chicken fries meal. Got home opened the burger. It had 1 small onion sliver. Looked nothing like the add. Called local MGMT, she said bring it back. We did we get there and she looked at it and said "it's all we are allowed to put on it" and hands it back to us. So now the entire order is ice cold and just horrible quality nothing like what we thought it was. She did not offer to even make our food fresh after having us drive all the way back.. so no I am eating a cold crappy burger and fries and my kid is eating a cold crappy meal as well. (I refuse to let my kid eat crappy dinner we went to Wendy's). But the MGMT was rude and unprofessional. The food was very poor quality. It wasn't cheap it was $16.20 for the two meals. ( We only spent 12.58 at Wendy's for better food). But I am a single mother and work hard for every penny and feel as my time and money were wasted here.

I took a picture of the salad which contained the poorest excuse for lettuce - iceberg - some limp and some frozen, pale tomato slice -2pieces- and watery low caliber Kens Ranch. I know Ken products as I own a restaurant and happened to be traveling. These days even McDonalds has descent salads and this was a poor representation of one you would have expected back in the 1980's. Get with it! The whopper value meal for my son had a burger that was not even hot but room temp at best even though he requested something with no pickle. I warned him not to eat it but he was hungry. The fries were scant and turned upside down in the bag. I never even got a receipt so I could not fill out the survey. I did get the order slip so I can tell you it was the store on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater, Florida at 8:18 pm on Friday 11 09 18, Chk #5670 and the person who took the order name is Katrina.

Location on navy road in Millington Tn. It is 7:18 pm prime dinner service and a total of 14 cars and trucks had to turn around and left due to couldn't go thru the drive thru. The company delivering food parked and blocked the drive thru and management could have had the truck park on the side and allow business as usual. So the staff wonders around the parking lot as no drive thru and seems not to care nobody could order. I am one of the 14 cars and trucks and won't ever be back. And I go there everyday.

My fiancée went to Burger King (Clifton Heights) and ordered food for the family. When she arrived home I took one bite and it had a ling string of hair in it. I called Burger King to report this to a manager and one person answered acting as a manager, to which I was simply trying to tell them please wear hairnets because this is the second time this happened to me. The response was a second person acting as a manager being ignorant towards me and not acknowledging the fact that this happened. I wasnt asking for a refund but just that they do better. So we asked if the price will be change and counter insited even without the rice price will be the same 105.00 pesos - single order of rice is 25.00 pesos. Then, we asked the manager if there will be a replacement of rice since we will still pay the same amount - but is still they insisted they cannot provide any. We are so disappointed on this scenario it is not customer's fault the branch should bear the loss. And, to be added manager's approach on the issue is not in polite way.

Arrived at Burger King and the doors were locked when I asked what was going on I received attitude and disrespect the lady that was in the front screamed at me and made me feel really uncomfortable instead of telling me when they will be open again they ignored me for 10 minutes. I went into the BK on maine st. In Auburn Me. I went to try the Philly burger on sour dough. Well when i got my sandwich, it was on normal bun, so i returned it. They did make me a replacement on sour dough. I was able to take one bite. I then open my Philly and there was a tag on my patty, like a produce sticker with bar code. I then brought it up to counter, asked rep to come over. I at that point did get my money returned. I just wanted to share, and say, i truely never tasted a proper Philly.

Went to bk in Avon Colorado and bought three philly steak double burgers. All three had nothing but two burgers patties and cheese. The fries were old and cold. It disgusts me that someone would put these fries and this order together and hand it out the window. Shame on you. It ain't that hard to make a burger order. I spent over $30 and my DOG wouldn't even eat the fries! I'm not even joking.
They made it right for me. Seemed like an honest caring owner. No further complaints

I ordered $35.00 Worth of king meal deals and only 1 I order plain. It so long and there only 1 other costumer. Finally when I got my order they were all plain and I said something about it and very rudely minutes later gave us a small cup of pickles and small hand full of ketchup mustard and mayonnaise and didn't offer to fix it I was appluied and then we r eating and the bottom of the fries box we're burnt onions witch my boyfriend is allergic too and now because of dinner Burger King he will spend the night sick as a dog and with hives... The table were dirty and the staff was loud argueing... I won't ever bring my family be to this burgerking again...

Every time I go in the morning to burger king on Gibson and I-25, I'm always treated and greeted great by all staff except one female employee who works in the kitchen. She always gives the other employees attitude and just throws the sandwiches together like she doesn't care. I find this VERY disrespectful and unprofessional! I figure the manager would have caught on already about her attitude. Another thing I feel I should say is that do all your cooks make their coffee where they make our food... Disgusting!
She must only be there for a paycheck.
