Driveway conditions
The driveway and drive through at your 610 HARTFORD road location is deplorable. My car dropped with a thud in those holes and what's worse you can't avoid them and on your way out there is an exposed wire. Horrible conditions.
Take this I am sure as on of your notices to get these repairs done before someone gets hurt or their car gets severely damaged.

Location on Redlads blvd keeps closing earlier than posted business hours & its very disappointing to make the drive & expect food and leave empty handed! I am pregnant and constantly crave it and i work late so as soon as i get off of work, i race over there and this is the second time i go and no one answers the drive thru! Very very very sad about this :((((
That's the literal worst when you want something to eat and the [censor] close down early for no reason. no signs explaining why. also, they get rude as hell over the speaker if you ask if they are open. well sir, the hours state you close at 2am, it's only 12am. sad thing is, on my side of town, there are 3 mcdonalds that are supposed to be open 24 hours, for both inside and drive thru... so can you explain to me why all 3 of those [censor] said they were closed. o. o what? and i'm not kidding, this [censor] happens 6 out of 10 visits. For a few weeks now I have heard about other employees in my store losing their money because our restaurant manager harmeet secretly changes their hours, i'm not sure if it's because she's trying to save money or if it's out of spite, but because of similar incidents me and my friends have had to inform our friends to carefully check that they have received the correct pay from now on. And yesterday, I caught harmeet changing one of my team-mates hours. She was on one of the machine, I saw all of our names and there and next to it were our hours. At first I wasn't sure what she was doing, but then I saw her click on one of my team mates name and then her tapping the screen multiple times. And I saw one of the numbers change a few times, was it minutes or hours I honestly don't know because I was a little bit in shock having to witness it. All I know for sure is that I saw her changing one of the team members hours. And I have heard multiple stories, before witnessing her do it, of team members not receiving the correct pay and instead are losing money. Maybe she knows that she's been caught, because my friend tell me that she is resigning; if it's for personal reasons or if it's because she wants to leave before she gets fired, i'm not sure. I feel bad right now just for reporting/complaining about her, but I honestly feel so mad that people in the store are losing hard-earned money. And because I heard that she's leaving, I also heard that there's going to be a change in management (which is understandable) but I also heard that they're going to be firing people and hiring people. Why? We have good workers and it makes me mad that some workers may be losing their job for no reason. This makes me furious. I am submitting this complaint anonymously because i'm actually scared that someone in the store is going to find out what I did and i'm going to get in trouble from one of the managers, or something. But you can ask anyone in the store about this.
employee not getting paid.
I work for Burger King and I was supposed to get paid today but the pay never showed up and they are not explain why. I would like to get paid for the work I did. The labor board said that they have to pay you and promptly. If not than I can file a complaint with the labor department. Also they try to short my hours. They also over worked me when I was sick.

On tuesday, february 6, 12:05pm, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a whopper meal, double whopper meal and grilled chicken sandwich. Got home no grilled chicken. Tried calling 6 times! No answer! On my way home, 7:03pm, called again, tried to explain what happened, the woman didn't want to hear it, I said you sound like the lady that took my order, she got mad, said you don't know who you talked to, you should have called back this morning, I didn't take your order and hung up. My daughter called her back because I was dumbfounded and the woman didn't want to hear anything from her, hung up and when she called back gave her day supervisor's name and hung up. At this point, I don't want my sandwich replaced, I would be afraid of what I would get, I want my money refunded! An of course, I will never visit that burger king again! I understood the mistake but the response to it, never! But I will go in one day just to see if I can determine if she was having a bad day or if that's really her personality, without mentioning my previous visit. I have never been responded to the way this person responded to me in all my 65 years. I forgot to voice my complaint last night but it's 6:08am and the first thing on my mind this morning

I get the low carb version of the Whopper, always, and yeah i do get the 2 for 7 dollars because if im on the road its my one meal of the day. Usually, the Fairville Blvd location is the one I go to and usually, they're great. Not this time. I didnt look at it until i got to my next stop, but when i took the lid off i was faced with what looked like a Jabba the Hut made of mayo. I usually do get the mayo, so yes, i expected mayo to be there, but not enough to paint my house with. Pretty gross. I scraped off as much as i could into a Timmies cup i had here, but there was still so much it ruined it. Not sure what they were thinking on this. The attached photo is what i was able to scrape off... Yikes
beggars
In grand rapids pearl st nw there are multiple beggers that constantly stop me in the door way or just before outside. So I'm sitting in the snow listening to their story and waiting for the can you get me some cash for gas or cash for food. On sympathetic with these people and got them food a couple of times but I just want to get my food and eat in peace I'm a broke college student as it is and buying meals for those in need are hard. I dont know what course of action you guys can take but it would be nice not to be bothered while I eat my food or go to eat my food.
employee attitude & just bad customer service
On 2/3/2018, I placed an order at the drive-thru window but when I got to the windows, I decided to add an order of Flaming' Hot Mac n' Cheetos, the employee checked with the kitchen to make sure if it's still available and he was told, it is, then I paid with my card; however, within 1 minute, I was told it's not available and asked if I need something else. I said "no" then the guy told me he would need to do a refund (1st order ck# 756 & refund ck#757) and repurchase (ck#758) which is fine by me. At this time, another female employee walked up, looked at me, looked away, and said "and for a $3, that's ridiculous"...?
The male employee credited my account and recharged then I was instructed to drive up and park at the front door so they can cook my food which original I order 2 whoppers and 2 bacon cheese burger, I guessed nothing was prepared between the time the order was taken and paid for.
I waited 10 minutes, even after the people who ordered after I did from the drive-thru window.
I got my order, checked it, food was not hot, but fine I'm tired, but then there is an order of fries was missing so I had to drive thru again to ask for it.
This is a total nightmare.

I went into the Burger King at Hwy 78 and Wisteria drive in Snellville Ga.
There was only one table of customers there when I arrived at around 11:30 AM. I soon figured out why. The BK employees were extremely loud. Mostly just loud talking to nobody in particular. The girl at the counter ask to take my order. I ordered a double quarter pound King meal, (or what ever the description was on the board). She said do you want a #1, a #2, a #3? I looked, and a #3 was the same thing, so I ordered a #3.
I also as her if it was always so loud in there. She got a crazy bipolar looking stare, and said if you don't like it, you don't have to eat here. I ask her, is that how you really feel about it? She said yes! and went on to say, if enough people walk out we can shut this place down!
So, I walked out and will never go back!
Went to Hardees and enjoyed myself a Monster Burger.
whopper jr. w / cheese
I went into the Burger King (store # 3923) in Plymouth, Michigan @ 40880 Ann Arbor Rd. Plymouth, MI. 48170. I ordered two Whopper JR with cheese. When I got them home one of them looked like it had been stepped on. Only half the top bun was there and the bottom looked like it had been bitten. I attached a picture... The case# is [protected] I am pretty shocked at the fact that Burger King would let a burger that looked like the one I received go out to a customer. I obviously had SOMETHING happen to it. I doubt a worker would grab half a bun and put on the burger and think that would be okay. I really upsets me how they put up all these posters of these perfectly put together burgers and then send one out that looks like a dog or cat slapped it around and took a couple bites...
manager sexual misconduct at workplace
I am an employee at the draper Utah burger king store #17146 and one of the managers ken makes work seem like an unsafe environment. He takes pictures of female employees and pressures them to doing things they are very uncomfortable with. I never feel safe at work because he is constantly touching me and other co-workers making me feel extremely uncomfortable. He gives cigarettes to minors and doesn't take responsibility for his actions. He is always yelling at us if we don't do the tasks that were assigned to him because he doesn't want to do them. He is constantly making jokes about peoples sexuality and gender. He wouldn't give an employee a raise because she wouldn't have sex with him. He is always down-talking those around him and is a horrible team member. I hope to never see him again knowing that I am planning on resigning from this job at the end of the summer when I move.
I really hope this predator no longer works there. He should be in prison.

I went to burger king twice on cleveland & 5th ave here in columbus, ohio... i order a sandwhich it was cold an my meat was hard.. i went to it again today to order chicken nuggets an they were cold... they didnt taste right an the person that took my order was rude to me an i told her my food was cold an she told me to warm it up in a microwave... i dont like that
store not being ready to serve customers
Location 550 123 by pass in Seguin Tx .. Too many times this location is not opened or ready to serve during breakfast hours .. Most of the time they under staff .. Being that it's inside a Walmart store there a lot of customers get angry at the Walmart employees ..I usually get there around 8:30 am there's is barely coffee ready or anything else .. Sometimes it's as late as 9am .Just want you to know what is taking place at this location ...
bad customer service and fraud to me
Today this early morning around 1.00 am this morning I went to the Burger King drive through and order my food number 2 from the board that was double whopper with the meal when I done order food I went to the pay for food to the window and I have them 50 dollar and 1 cent because my food was 10 dollar and 1 cent The Who was on the counter I think she was manager she put that money in her upper pocket and tell me that's a fake money .i call the police after that on this incident and she think she was slick she came to the window because I didn't move from the window ask me did u call the police I said yes.than she go inside the room in the Burger King do some swapping with the money and bring the fake bill to the police to show .and tell he gave us fake money.thats a black neighborhood I never thought it's gonna happened to me they did fraud to me.and the I call the police they didn't even help me I told them to check the camera because she did swapping with money that I gave her than she gonna say u have to come tomorrow to check it.she cannot even talk right on that time when I told them to check the camera because she she know she did wrong.i know what bill I gave her that was from the bank .if I was wrong I knew it I never gonna call the police and file the complain to ur guys because it was totally wrong to me and they made me fool over there and fraud to me .its not about 50 dollar now it's about right and wrong. original chicken sandwich/made incorrectly 2ce in a row
Went to our local Burger King (located in Roslyn PA) about 10:15PM tonight. My grown son was with me & he ordered first, (2) 10 pc. chicken nuggets & 2 mozzarella sticks. I then ordered *1* original chicken sandwich *without mayonnaise* and an Oreo pie slice. We checked the order, (as it's almost always incorrect there). Of course, my sandwich had mayo slathered all over it. 😦 I went back to the drive-thru window, told them my [lone] sandwich was incorrect, as it had mayo & that it is a shame the poor animal died for nothing - as of course, the sandwich was thrown in the trash. I ordered the sandwich again; *without mayo*. The BK employee gave me french fries, in an effort to make up for the incorrect order. We departed without checking the order, as we were the only customers there and assumed they wouldn't get the same sandwich wrong twice in a row. When we got home, I opened up the bag, took out the sandwich and it had mayonnaise all over it once again 😡 I tried to call twice, they did not answer, even though they were open.
not able to fix my own coffee / rude manager
I went to the location at 5024 N U.S. Hwy 41, Apollo Beach, FL and told the girl at the counter that I prefer to fix my own coffee. She was a nice young lady who seemed a bit confused at my request. She gave me the coffee along with a whole bottle of milk. I said that I just needed a creamer. She said they didn't have those and I was welcome to take the entire bottle. I told her I didn't want to waste so much, so take my coffee and go ahead and put the creamer in but only half as much as I only use a little cream. She returned with my coffee which was almost white with creamer overload. It wasn't her fault so I accepted that and asked for one packet of artificial sugar. She said they don't have packets. She poured loose sugar into a cup, put a lid on it and handed that to me. As she was doing that, a woman who I think was a manager walked behind her on her way to the takeout window area loudly saying ... "And THAT'S why WE put the cream and the sugar in!" Evidently your slogan about "Have it your way" does not apply to coffee.
customer service and food quality
Last week my husband saw a commercial saying that Burger King has the Flame Broiler again, he was very interested in trying it since he doesn't go to Burger King often. Last Wednesday, 1/24/18, around 6pm we pulled up to the drive thru. My husband asked if their burgers were flame broiled the person ( we found out later was the manager, Nicole) said "I guess so" with an attitude. We pulled up to the window to pay and they had us and several other cars wait in front of the store for our food. We waited about 10 minutes and when they came out the burgers were cold. I went inside to let them know that I would like a hot burger not cold. The cashier had a nasty attitude saying that I would have to wait a while. I explained that we waited a while to please be as quick as possible. As I waited my husband came in and said that they already ruined the experience with cold burgers, he didn't want it anymore. The manager Nicole started getting loud with my husband and screaming that they were short handed and she is doing the best she could. She continued to yell at my husband and told him to get out of her store. We were in shock, we could not believe the attitudes of these employees, the cashier at the front and the manager. As we were leaving the store we saw another customer complaining to another manager so we went back in to talk to that manager. She was very apologetic and explained that they were short staffed, Nicole continued her rant, screaming that she was a manager as well and no one can do anything to her. She continued yelling at the other customer as well as us. She continuously said that her name was Nicole and no one can do anything to her, she can act in any manner she wants and so can her staff because they were short staffed. My husband works in the food industry as well, the night before he was also short staffed, they did not have any problem with attitudes, food quality, or having people wait for their food. We do understand that it can be stressful but you always have to act in a professional manner. The customer is always right, even if they are wrong sometimes. Attitudes like that should not be in the workplace especially in a customer based industry, if it weren't for the customer Nicole would not have a job. I hope you do something to correct Nicole's behavior, she should be the example to her crew and understand that you should be professional no matter where you work.

Burger King at 139 Turnpike Road, Westborough, MA is an eye sore. It's an embarrassment to our community. It has looked under construction for years and upon research appears to be owned by one of your largest franchise owner. The Tyvek paper is starting to blow off - I don't understand why as a large corporation you would allow this to continue for years without stepping in perhaps you don't seem to see it or care but I do and would appreciate help with this eyesore! Fine the owner until he takes care of this - the McDonalds is close and always well kept and just had a renovation. I don't get this lack of caring.

We attended metro centre burher king today my husband daughter and myself. We ordered to super whopper meals and a kids cheeseburger meal. We waited for 20 mins for food as only one cooking and one serving . When we received our food we went to the table which wasn't clean. We opened our food and it was cold and not well prepared chips were stale and burger was revolting . My daughter couldn't eat her burger as was stone cold cheese solid and bun hard.. u was discusted by this. No manager avalible. Also we payed £19 for a load of rubbish and wasn't happy at all.. when asked where nearest toilet was I was told that there want any at all and wasnt told where the nearest toilet was ...I am discusted with the service we had today and my husband and I won't be returning to a restaurant unless it's improved .. Mc Donalds wouldnt stand for this at all ans the matter would be resloved asap I hope you do something about this as this restaurant will loose custom through staff lacking and food laziness
