Visited my local 9710 Central Ave, Montclair, CA 91763 Burger King 9/3/17 before work ordered two woppers both woppers had three small beef patties to make up one normal size wopper pattie what a terrible experience out of all my years visiting burger King never seen this kind of product from burger King was very disappointed and couldn't return it because I was on my way to work the graveyard shift. misleading survey coupon for free whopper with purchase
Imagine my surprise when I learned that "I can have it my way" at McDonald's, but not at Burger King no. 12924. My intent was to purchase: one Whopper, one large fry, and one medium (the only size available) shake. I also intended to receive one free Whopper with my survey coupon. I was told that my order must be entered as a standard meal -- period. McDonald's always allows substitutions in consideration of an upcharge. I despise bait'n'switch tactics. And now you, the corporate bosses of Burger King, are guilty of same.

Waited at the drive thru speaker and the woman was rude. Ordered a Whopper Jr. and it was not made how I specified (I ordered cheese, mayo, pickle, onion, lettuce. Came with tomato, ketchup, pickle, and mayo). Ordered the Bacon King and it was made with two top buns. Fries were the incorrect sizes on both orders. The burgers were cold. I was in a hurry to get back home as I don't live in Tuscola, or would have gone back...also didn't want to deal with the poor attitude again. We don't have a BK in our town due to the "original" Burger King being in the adjacent town and it would have been nice to have enjoyed my meal. I paid around $23.00 for food for 3 people. I've never made a complaint on a fast food chain, but the service at this franchise today was terrible.
burger, chips and ice cream
I made an order today 04/09/2017 for ice cream ( bar one), the whopper burger meal. I was not happy with the service I received I had to wait so long only to find that the Ice cream was watery, more like it was entirely ice and chocolate. Chips and burger was not of good quality the chips looked as though they were from the previous night and they were just warmed when I placed the order, I did not enjoy the burger, the Pattie was so dry and big chunks of tomato were cut. extremely long wait and incompetent help
I ordered two orders of pancakes and two drinks. After over 15 minutes I asked when I would getting them Lori the shift manager yelled back can someone put two orders of pancakes in the microwave. They where mixing up orders both in house and the drive threw. It seemed as if everyone had just started that day. The worse service ever. Waited for 20 minutes for 2 sausage egg biscuits. Then they had no coffee ready.waited another 15 minutes. They tried to give me a small decaf. They had just given it to the guy ahead of me. He noticed it was decsf after he tasted it. They tried to give me the same cup...gross.
Not only that...i paid for a large cup. Not a small.
The day before..15 min wait and they gave me 2 cold croissant sausage egg biscuits that were cold.
By the time i got my coffee on that second day my food was cold. Didnt save the reciept.

I visited store 4485 in Bridgewater Ma..Rt 24 north...Tianna was working the counter... I ordered from the overhead menu the 2 Whoppers for $6.00. Also advertised on television with no disclaimers for any locations. I was told that I cannot have them for that price at this location. I feel that this is a textbook example of false advertising. I had to pay $5.87 for One Whopper. What do you think?

Arrive at 7:01 the card board for breakfast wasn't on.Wait till 7:05 no responde when around 2 times, employees were there so I park next to the drive thru they change the card board at 7:15 and at 7:17 I got attended, no good morning or nothing and when charge and given the food no thank u have a nice day just rude people . The service at the Burger King in Hornlake at night is ridiculous, last weekend we went to order and was told they have no small patties so we ordered a whopper was told have no large patties, so we tried to get the 1.49 nuggets and was told they were out of them they were frozen. So tonight we where there at 11 and was told the system is down but there is a line of 5 vehicles in the front of me this is ridiculous and the business you loss. Don't know what they are doing in the store they are like what can I do for you in the drive-thru. They don't appear to be in their right minds.

On 9/1/17 at around 12: pm, I ordered a double whopper + fries at the Dublin, CA Burger King on Regional St. As I was driving home to Oakland, CA an hr later, my stomach started gurgling which always means that I ate something bad & that I'd better get home quick. Sure enough, it was terrible. Barely made it. Food poisoning. I'm not saying I'm never going back, but I want Burger King to check that place for cleanliness. Other customers, especially myself, don't appreciate getting violently after eating at your restaurants.

One of your Burger King restaurants just gave me a bacon cheeseburger with a metal scraping of sorts in it; kind of like a long crinkled staple but clearly something else. I almost swallowed it, thinking it was a charred piece of the bacon, but pulled it from my mouth just in time. A picture of the metal is attached, and I look forward to your reply.
oatmeal
First of all the oatmeal was served in a coffee cup not the usual container. Second the lid wasn't on all the way so it leaked out everywhere. Third it was complete liquid with oats in it. I wasn't able to eat it because it was straight liquid. I really didn't want to drink my oatmeal. I'm disappointed. Now it's suggesting I make this at least 350 characters and I'm not sure why. The problem: Being incorrectly charged for food and being ignored when I returned to the store.
The worse problem: Being ignored when I mentioned the problem on a Burger King survey form and requested to be contacted about the matter. I never was.
The details: I went to a Burger King drive-through window intending to buy a Whopper. But there was a big advertisement on the intercom offering Classic Grilled Hot Dogs for 89 cents, (I believe that was the price on the ad, but it has been several weeks and I can't be absolutely certain about that detail. But it was a sale price.) The advertisement had a giant picture of a hot dog, and it looked so good (and the price was so impressive) that I ordered two of them. I didn't notice until I got home that I was charged $1.99 for each of them, total $3.98.
I went back to the store to give them a chance to make it right -- even though the gasoline and certainly the time spent made that impractical. But it was one of those situations where the principle is what is important, so I went.
I tried to get it resolved at the drive through window, but they asked me to come inside and talk to the manager. I did, but the manager didn't come out. After 10 minutes, the very nice young lady at the counter seemed embarrassed he hadn't shown up and asked if she could help. I explained the circumstance, and she went to tell him again that I was there.
She returned and said the manager said the sale price of the hot dog was not in effect any longer. I told her about the sign on the outside intercom offering the sale price, and said they needed to do two things: (1) Go outside and take down the sign if the sale price wasn't in effect any longer and (2) refund me the difference between the advertised price and what I was charged.
I am a newspaper journalist and am familiar with Texas consumer laws (and I think the national consumer law is the same thing), and I know that a business that advertises a sale price is obligated to charge that sale price. I told this to the nice counter lady and asked to talk to the manager. She went back to talk to him again and returned to tell me he would be out momentarily.
I waited another 20 minutes (making 30 minutes there total) and realized he was playing some sort of game with me and attempting to outwait me. So I left and told her that I would just handle it through the feedback form at the mybkexperience.com site,
My survey code was [protected]-071608. I filled out the survey, explained the problem and asked to be contacted. I heard nothing.
I was quite surprised by the company's reaction. I was simply asking the company to comply with a consumer law.
In any case, I got a disappointing picture of what the company thinks of its customer relations.

I am complaining of a manager who was rude
On August 31, 2017 at 8:14pm I called Burger King located on 713 Stratford Street Moses Lake, WA 98837 because I had went to the drive thru and order 1 whopper jr, 3 spicy ck jr, 10pc nuggets and 6 val fries. I had contacted BK and ask to speak to the manager and whoever answer let me know she was the manager I explain to the manager that I was missing my 10pc nuggets and that I was real upset because I leave out of town and I had to drive all the way back to town because her staff was not doing their job right and the only thing she told me was I am sorry ma'ma you can come in today or any day and hang up on me when I was still talking on the phone. Therefore, I decided to drive down to town and speak to the manager in person and ask for her name, Odulia. I let Odulia know that she was real disrespectful, unprofesional and had no customer service qualities and let her know that it was real rude to hang up on a customer the way she did. In my point of view the manager should be the one who sets the examples and helps her upset customers. This is why she is getting pay for to assist and solve any encounter any customer is presenting, not avoid them by haging the phone or being disrespectful. This kind of attitude can not be appropriate when your working with customer service.
correct orders
I ordered a bacon and cheese crispy chicken sandwich... and that's what displayed on the screen when I ordered.
I got to pick up window, they weren't nasty but there was no hi no greeting just what my payment was, got my receipt (which correct order on it) got my bag of food and I left.
When I opened the sandwich all there was: bun, chicken, lettuce, tomato, mayo
I do believe there should have been cheese and bacon.
This is not the first time this has happened and at different locations.
verbally rude
We're sittin at our table eating and using wifi, after about 45 minutes employee (African American with really dark skin tone and heavier set couldn't see nametag) walked to the front counter and randomly told a worker (white blonde hair and very outspoken and seems to be over who's working sorta) very loudly "I think some people aren't following your sign rules" which got my attention and made me feel a little upset and embarrassed that she said it so obvious that we were who she was referring to, they could have came over and said it to us directly like a normal face to face conversation, and not only that but the blonde woman was very loud the entire time yelling across the store to other employees. We had seen no sign or would since their is only a tiny paper as you walk in the door on far right of wall (pretty much unnoticeable to most out of town era like us) I just know I'm not coming back to this location considering I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.

This morning, I visited your Millington, TN location on Navy Road for the first time in months--because I have grown disappointed in the food quality from past experiences. [protected] 7:05am) I loved the Croissanwiches, but every time I get one, they are so over-microwaved the croissant roll is extremely rubbery and pulls apart, making a mess. THIS time was even worse! It was over-microwaved to the point of being hard as a rock on the top half of the roll. It's really a shame that your breakfast food has been slacking because it used to be way better than your rival, McDonalds. I guess I'm done, once again, with Burger King. I really hope you address this. It was truly yet another disappointing breakfast experience along with wasted money.

I ordered a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, and they gave me a croissanwich. This is the third or forth time this has happened this year. I think that the morning crew does not know the difference between a biscuit and a croissant. The person who took my order repeated back the order to me correctly. Yet the mistake still happened. I always use the drive-through on my way to work, so I don't have time to go back and get it corrected. Any assistance you could offer that location would be great.
