I went for dinner at the Cranberry Twp, PA location at 4:30pm. The recording came on and asked for my order. I ordered the first meal and a girl came on and said, “That was a recording. Could you repeat that?” I repeat that I would like a #3 with no condiments. She asked if I wanted ketchup and mayo. I said that those are condiments. Then it dawned on me the level of intelligence I was dealing with. I asked if I would still get all of the vegetables. With an attitude (as if I had insulted her), she said well, no. I told my passengers we needed to go elsewhere.
Desired outcome: I find it hard to believe someone who works in a hamburger restaurant doesn’t know the difference between a condiment and a garnishment.
