We decided to acquire a unit in Camella Monticello, San Jose Del Monte Bulacan last 2021. Natapos na namin ang downpayment namin after 12 months, and we continued to pay. Nangulit kami ng nangulit regarding our payment terms and umabot pa sa DHSUD because we've been paying for roughly 20 months still no single development in our unit.
Fast forward, December 2023 naipasok na namin sa bank financing ang bahay namin, and developer promised us na ang turnover will be second quarter of 2024. Around February, tapos na ung unit namin. We are now waiting for the turnover, pero August na, nag sstart na naman frustration ko sa Camella. Di parin natuturnover ang bahay namin. No development since February, di padin naayos ang kalsada sa tapat ng unit namin.
Claimed loss: We've been paying for our bank financing amort since December 2023. Still no house turnover. We've seen our unit and it's already done and complete, I have no idea why they keep on delaying the turnover.
Desired outcome: Please expedite the turnover of our house. If this issue is not resolve at the end of August, I will write a letter again to DHSUD to file a proper complaint.

If any of Camella executives is reading this, I want you to know that this waiting and frustrations that you are giving your homeowners are no joke. 4 yrs of paying and still no house turnover. My partner and I are recently married, but now instead of enjoying the house that we have been paying for years, we settle to rent an apartment instead.

Same scenario here. According to our contract, the turnover date is 2nd quarter of 2024; however, as of right now, there has been no update. Super poor customer service. Their Customer Care Department representative is not responding to any of our emails or calls. His initials are DDT. AS IN NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
